Nathaniel watched as his army and blades slowed to a stop. He himself may have frozen if not for the godly blessings on himself and his equipment.  While this was good, he still was outnumbered.  It was at this point the bullet was shot, heading towards him.  Instinctively, he leaped into the air, causing the shot to miss.
