All get shocked and scream:

Nyeonika palms her ears.🙉🙉. : why r u guys screaming???

There prevails silence for few minutes, all are staring at each other..shock written on their faces..Manik looks at Nandini with fury in his eyes whereas Nandini gives him a cold shoulder, with an indifferent look in her eyes.

Nyeonika is just swaying her head from fab 5 to Nandini n then back to fab 5.
Finally the silence comes to an end when Nandini speaks up

Nan: mam, i m sorry but i wont be able to teach them and...

Man: haan tou? As if we are dying to get tuitions from u. (Cutting Nandini in between.)

Cab ( trying to control the situation): mam, ur idea of private tutor is acceptable,but Nandini being our tutor is simply not acceptable. I mean, she is younger than us, how can she teach us?

Muk: exactly mam, and we dont even get along well, so her teaching us is simply impossible.

Al: and mam just look at her, how will it sound that THE FAB 5 is taking tuitions from this Soni Munda!!

Dh: Actually mam, what we mean is that she herself is a student, and if she teaches us then she wont be able to study herself. So plz we suggest that u change our private tuitor.

All this while Manik is observing Nandini, her indifference and her calmness is just irking him, when suddenly he says..

Man: ek min, kahi ye sab tumne hee to nahi kiya? Is this ur way to get back to us? If it is then i swear, you would have to face my wrath and trust me, you wouldnt like to see that.

Nan (calmly): people wearing black glares find the entire world black, but that doesnt mean that the world indeed is black. Just because you always find ways to get back to me doesnt mean that i too do the same. And moreover, i have more important and better things to do rather than thinking about how to get back at people who r so much into themselves.

Man: yeah y not.. u must be quite busy in getting yourself in ur this "SONI MUNDA" look. (Smirks)😏

Nan: well, even that is a much important and better work for me.

Man: just shut up. U r crossing your limits now. 😠

Nan: i set my own limits, and i dont give an ear to what people have to say about it.

Nyeo: stop it u two.

Man: tell her mom..

And again a silence...... Manik in the heat of the argument spoke to his mom directly, called her MOM after 2 long years!!!

After realising what he said, he looks here and there to avoid his mother's piercing gaze.

Nandini sees Manik and Nyeonika and gets confused, what is a big deal if a son calls his mom MOM?! Yes they r in ofice, but........ khair, mujhe kya?

Nyeo: fab 5, i want you to wait for me outside. I need to have a word with Nandini, ALONE.

Manik, as if finding this the right opportunity, rushes out of the cabin without waiting for fab 5..fab 5 follow him, leaving Nyeonika and Nandini behind.

Nan: mam, will i have a word in this decision?

Nyeo: ofcourse Nandini, its you who will have a final say in this.. but before you decide, i want you to hear me out. Will you?

Nandini simply nods.

Nyeo: have a seat.

Both Nyeonika and Nandini sit on the visitor's chair side by side.

Nandini looks into Nyeonika's eyes and finds them to be moist. Apart from unshed tears, her eyes hold untold and unshared pain, agony, satisfaction, happiness and sadness. Seeing so many emotions at the same time, she gets hell confused. Not able to hold back her curiosity, Nandini asks Nyeonika

Nan: mam, is there something wrong?

Nyeo: u know Nandini, when for the first time a couple gets hold of their child, that happiness, that glee, that pride, that sense of satisfaction, that never ending smile on your face, that wish to give your child the best of best things, is something you can never describe in words. Its a pure feeling which can only be felt. But with that feeling,comes the sense of many responsibilities. A responsibility to give your child best upbringing, a responsibility to give him the best schooling, a responsibility to give him a positive and good environment, a responsibility to check on the type of friends he is indulged with. Their children's dreams matter more than their own, their pain hurts them more than it actually hurts the child. Seeing their child suffer due to illness kills them every second, yet they keep patience and do every possible thing for their child to make him feel better. When the child stumbles or falls in the path of life, the parents become their strength and give them boost and a new zeal and power, a much needed confidence and encouragement, not only because the child needs it, but also because its parents' wish to see their child flying, to see him reaching heights in whatever he finds interesting, to feel the pride in seeing their child at the top, to be known by their children's name. Parents go out of their comfort zone to carry out the responsibilities,  not because they r compelled to complete them, but because they love their child more than anything, more than themselves. And in return, they only want their child's happiness, their child's settlement, their child to b capable enough to stand on his own feet, to fight this world and make a strong place for himself, to be capable enough to fulfill all his dreams, and all this can only be achieved through good education and hardwork. Is it wrong on the parents' side to expect this in return? Is it too much to expect??

All this while, Nyeonika was staring at no where with sometimes smile playing on her lips, remembering her old motherhood days, and sometimes pain and tears in her eyes, remembering the sour relation that she now shares with her son Manik.
After composing herself, she turns towards Nandini to get her answer, but finds Nandini lost in some thoughts.
She calls out her name few times, but it fell on deaf ears. All she could see was unbearable pain in Nandini's eyes, but her face was giving away no emotions. It felt as if she has been training herself to put up a mask to conceal all her emotions. Finding no other way out, she shakes Nandini a little to get her attention.

Nyeo: what happened Nandini? Is everything ok? Where r u lost?

Nandini was still in her gaze, while listening to Nyeonika, she was picturizing the scene of a mother , father and their child.

Flashback

A mother is running behind her daughter calling out for her to finish her glass of milk, which she was holding and running with.

Mother: Pari, plz beta, come and finish off ur glass. U r my good girl na..plzzz

Girl : no momzy, u knw i hate milk..phir b u always give me this yuckie waala milk. (Making faces)

Mother:(sternly): Pari! How many times i have told u not to say yuck to food. By saying this, u r disrespecting ur food.

Girl:(holding her ears and pouting cutely): sorry na momzy. I wont do it again. I will say sorry to Aiyappa also. But plz no milk. please pretty plzz

Mother: fine, do as u like. But mark my words, one day will come when u will remember me and my words, and at that time u will miss me and would want me to run behind u with this milk. But i wont be there..

Nandini comes out of flashback with continuous shaking by Nyeonika.

Nyeo:(worried): Nandini, are u ok dear?

Nan:(looking here and there to control her tears): ye..yes mam..ehemmm.. sorry woh..i just got zoned out.

Nyeo: u miss ur parents? R they....

Before she could complete her question and ask her whether her parents r alive or not, Nandini immediately changed the topic.

Nan: no mam! Its not wrong nor its too much to expect. Infact, it is the duty of every child to at least realise what their parents have done and are still doing for them. They shouldn't take them for granted.
But mam, for the first time even i am convinced with fab5. They wont b comfortable with me around them, so they wont be able to focus on studies too. I think u should arrange special classes for them in college itself.

Nyeo: with same professors? And what will b the outcome? The same tht has been till now with regular classes. I knw they wont b comfortable around u, but i also know that its only U who can handle them. Its only U who can tame them. And in return, even U would be benefited.(with a smile at end)

Nandini gets confused..
Sorry, i ddnt get u mam?

Nyeo: i know what u have been hiding all this time.

This one statement was enough to shock Nandini to the core.!!
