Night 12 am ; Nandini's place:

Abhi n Nandini were sitting at Nandini's favorite place..sipping their hot chocolate...looking ahead at a clear sky.

Nan: BB..y dd u say no for spending a night at Malhotra Mansion?

Ab: aa..ah..wo...wo haan..i had a very important meeting..online...so...aur us meeting ki files yaha thi to isiliye..bas.. kyu? Tumhe rukna tha?

Nan: y dnt u accept the truth BB? Tum isliye nai rukna chahte the coz u were scared...scared for..ME..for my... (closing her eyes) my Nightmares...

Abhi wraps his arms around her shoulder n pulls her closer to him..

Ab: sshhh Barbie..sab theek hojaayga. We r together in this now.. i wont leave ur side..ever now. Relax..

Nan: acha bataao..u ddnt tell me ur story..what happened in these 2 years with u?

Ab: well..nothing much..as u knw...was working as an intern in US..then got a recruitment in MNC as an entrepreneur...n got migrated to London..with the hope that i wud get to see u there..but jab tum waha nahi mili to..i thought of going to Canada..waha b tum nahi mili..bas..phir kept taking transfers with the hope to find u..n m glad i did..see..i finally got u..here.

Nan: mene tumhe bohot sataaya na?

Ab: tera poora haq hai baby..aur sirf tera haq hai..jaise sataana chaahe sataa lena..but plz...aise nai..not by leaving me alone.

Nandini smiles n hugs him tighter.

Nan: acha ye bataao..got any luck with girls? (Winking at him)

Abhi unwraps his arm..

Ab: not really.

Nan: matlab..u mean to say u dont like any girl?koi mili nai ya pasand nai aai?

Ab: koi mili nai jo pasand aaye.

Nan: hmmm..what about Mukti?

Abhi suddenly starts coughing..while Nandini just keeps looking at him knowingly..waiting for his cough to subside. Seeing Nandini continuously staring at him..he gets nervous

Ab: what..what about Mukti?

Nan: BB..we both knw that we share everything. No secrets..no lies. Yes..i knw i ddnt tell my part yet..but thts coz i need time..i dnt want to lie BB..

Ab: i knw baby..i knw u wont lie to me.

Nan: then even u dont. Tell me.do u have any feelings for Mukti?

Ab: Mukti...she..she is a different girl. She shows to b a tough girl..but is a very delicate one..a very sensitive one. Baato ko samajhti hai..insaano ko b samajhti hai..she is a nice...in fact a very nice girl. Jab b wo saamne aati hai..all i want to do is keep looking at her..it feels as if she will disappear if i even blink for a second.

Nan(happily): wowww..thats one piece of news. Y dont u tell her then? Coz m sure even she has feelings for u. U could get together..start seeing each other..be a couple...go out..enjoy ur lives...get married..make babies....

Ab: hold on hold on.. dnt u think u r thinking too much n too far?

Nandini pouts grumpily.

Ab: n i dont want to tell her.

Nan(shocked): but y?

Ab: coz i dnt want any girl in my life. I m happy with my Barbie doll.

Nan: what does that even mean?

Ab: nothing important. .its getting late..lets put u to sleep.

Nan (crossing her arms at her chest): i m not going anywhere till u answer my questions.

Ab (sighing): tum nai maanogi na?

Nandini turns her face to other side.

Ab: Barbie..i said we need to sleep..so we need to sleep.

He carries her in his arms n takes her to the room.

Nan: BB..put me down..put me down..i dnt want to talk to u.

Ab: we arent talking now..we r sleeping..thats it .

Nandini grumpily lies down n covers herself with duvet.

The night comes to an end..but nothing different from the previous one..the same nightmare..the same Nandini...the same Abhi..the same words of both..again sleeping in Abhi's arms..n again Abhi crying n apologizing for not being there with her.

Next morning..as decided..everyone had assembled at Malhotra mansion for their first day of mentoring. They had planned for mentoring to continue till 1 pm..have lunch and then Aliya and Dhruv wud get ready there itself and the rest wud just chill out. Till now..their plan was goin on as per planned. While giving them theoretical lessons..Abhi n the rest reached near the pool.

Ab: okay then..i guess this was enough for today. We have completed our 2 days agenda..we can continue tmrw..

Cab: hushhh...yaar abhi...kitna stamina hai yaar tujhme..khata kya hai yaar? Bina ruke..padhaay jaa raha hai.

Nav: haan...aaj to hum b bohot thak gaye.

Al: yes..kuch kuch baate to..were just bouncers for me.

Muk: guys..we should b thankful to him..he took out time for us..n came here to mentor us..to give us an idea about how the business world actually runs..we shouldnt b mocking at him.

Abhi looks at her n passes a smile. Everyone smile looking at them..Nandini goes closer to Abhi n whispers in his ears..

Nan: ehemm..Do u still want to keep it hidden inside u? Coz ur eyes r failing in doing so.

Ab: Baby..close ur mouth plz.

Man: what r u both whispering?

Nan: aah...actually BB wanted to..

Before she completes..Abhi palms her mouth gesturing her to shut her mouth..

Ab: kuch nai..kuch b to nai.

Everyone frown at them. Abhi whispers in Nandini's ears..

Ab: plz Barbie..its our little secret..dont let it out..plz pretty plz ..

N lightly kisses her right cheek..as if sealing their secret. But this kiss made Manik burn..in anger...in jealousy..he ddnt even understand when his eyes had turned fury..

Nandini just blinks her eyes as if agreeing to Abhi. Abhi removes his palms from her mouth. As soon as he moves..Nandini immediately shouted..gaining everyone's attention yet again..

Nan: y should i keep it a secret???

She teases him with her tongue n runs away from there when Abhi was just about to get hold of her.

Ab: Barbie stopppp...u knw m faster..

Nan: ha ha..in tht case..show me how fast u r.

Saying so..she was again running around the pool...with Abhi following her. Everyone were smiling looking at Nandini behaving so differently with Abhi..just like a cute little kid.

Nav: kitni pyaari lag rahi hai na Nandu..ek dum ek gudiya jaisi.

Cab: haan..ek pyari choti si gudiya.

They were all so lost in Nandini's laughter that they werent paying attention to what was going on around unless they heard a loud SPLASH!!!!.

While running..Nandini had reached to that side of the pool where Manik was standing.. Nandini was just about to change her route when her leg twists due to a pebble and she loses her balance n trips on Manik with a force that in turn caused Manik to stumble too..making them both fall into the pool!!

Manik emerges from underwater n was moving his hand in his wet hair..while standing in the pool...looking at Abhi with somewhat furious eyes..coz that "kiss" still couldnt leave his mind..n what was adding to his fury was Abhi being ever so calm..inspite of the fact tht Nandini fell because of him.
NANDINI...the name brought him back from his furious state. He started looking here n there for Nandini..calling out her name.

Man: Nandini.....(looking here n there in the pool)Nandini....

Few more seconds pass n now everyone started calling out her name..except for Abhi..who was standing at the edge of the pool very calmly.

Cab: Nandini....behna..where r u?

Dhruv and Aliya were walking around the pool calling out her name..whereas Manik was looking for her in the pool.

Man(in anger): ye kya kiya tune Abhi?what was the need to run behind her?

Nav: Nandu...Nandu... tum theek ho na..kaha ho tum..
(Self talk) hey mata rani...Nandu ki raksha kerna..uske raaz pe parda banaay rakhna.

Mukti comes near Abhi n shouts at him..and for the first time..he was happy listening to her shouts.

Muk: what the hell Abhi..yaha Nandini ka pata nahi chal raha n u r smiling? Aise to bohot Barbie...doll..baby kerte rehte ho..n abhi tumhe uski koi fikar hee nahi hai.

Muk (looking at the pool): Nandu...Nandu...

Ab (smiles): relax Mukti..everyone plz relax..Nandini bilkul theek ho...ooooooooooo

SPLASH!!!!!!

Nandini had pulled Abhi from his legs..causing him to fall in the pool. She then raises her head from underwater..throwing back her long tresses of hair..that had opened up and were covering her face... she runs her fingers in her hair and looks at Abhi..

Nav (keeping her palm on her forehead ): gai bhais paani me. Nandu k to baal hee khul gaye. Pata nai ab ye log kaise react karenge.

Nan: u shudnt have messed up with me (winking at him)

Ab: babyy......urghhhhh.... see..i told u guys..no need to panic...she is a very talented swimmer and her love for swimming is just incredible..yet u guys were blaming me... (pouting sadly) come now..lets get out of the pool. Come on Manik.

But Manik was lost...lost in some other world..the sight in front of him had left him bewildered..he just refused to blink his eyes..scared tht the most beautiful sight in front of him might just get vanished within a blink..n he ddnt want tht.....hell..he couldnt afford that. All he could see was Nandini...a beautiful ANGEL with everything in her depicting a fairytale of its own...be it her eyes...her little petite figure..her smile..her laugh..her words...her attittude..her love for others...and now...HER LONG BLACK HAIR. If this was Manik's condition..others werent doing good too. Everyone was literally gawking at Nandini..wide eyes and jaws dropped open..a gap was formed betweeb the sight their eyes saw and the information their brains were processing..it clearly felt as if they were day dreaming. Looking at Nandini..or "Soni munda"..thats what they used to call her back then..they couldnt find the same rough..witty..challenging..self made Nandini anymore. This Nandini wasnt a bit of that whom they knew..this is...Someone else..someone who not only is their Angel by her nature..but also in looks..she wasnt any less than an Angel..it looked as if God had taken His own sweet time to precisely make each and every feature of this special girl.

Nandini came out of the pool..oblivious to the thunder she has just caused..she was trying to squeeze out the extra water from her hair by just bringing her hair to right side and rubbing her hands in her hair. Abhi had followed her out of the pool n was looking grumpily at her. Navya rushes to Nandini

Nav: Nandu..tum theek ho na?

Nan: haan Navya..relax.

Nav: kaise relax hojaay. Tum apne aas paas dekho..kuch zyada hee shanti nahi lag rahi tumhe?

Nandini looks around n finds all of them staring at her..making her confused.

Nan: sab mujhe aise kyu dekh rahe hai?

Nav: iska matlab tumhe abhi tak samaj nahi aaya.. (Nandini frowns) arree..tum ab wo.."soni munda" k look se nikal k PARI look me aagayi na..isiliye. Ab kya kare? Sab ko pata chal gaya

Realization dawn upon Nandini..she touches her hair n gets to knw that the water had done its work in opening up her tied hair. She looks indifferently at Navya.

Nan: its ok navya. Mene ise isliye raaz nahi rakha tha taaki log mujhe koi aur samjhe..ye to bas mere khud k liye tha..taaki jab b me apne aap ko aaine me dekhu to kuch baate kabhi na bhoolu.

Ab: guys..whats wrong? Moun wrat rakh liya kya?

Mukti is the first one to come out her stance. She walks slowly towards Nandini n lightly touches her hair.. she passes her fingers along her hair.

Muk: u r so gorgeous Nandini.

Nandini feels a bit embarrased and looks down.

Al: no..u r not only gorgeous..u r so mesmerizing.. (smiling ) i now get it y abhi calls u Doll.. coz u actually look like one. Oh My God Nandini...i never thought u wud really look like this..so beautiful and...and....

Nan:girly?

This time embarrassment wraps around Muklya. They smile sheepishly on seeing Nandini smiling.

Dhr: Nandini..tum..aise...i mean...u dnt look the same Nandini we knew. U r someone different..a little doll.

Nandini was about to say something when they heard another SPLASH  from behind. They turned around only to find Cabir in the pool..who had jumped into the pool with all his power...getting Manik out of his stance too..disturbing him from staring the "most beautiful view" with his jump.

Man (irritatedly): paagal hai kya Cabir. Jump kyu kiya?

Cab (still lost in stance..looking at Nandini): Mujhe laga tera swimming pool magical hai. Dekh na. Meri behna b isme giri thi..lekin jab wo giri thi tab wo hamari tarah ek aam insaan si thi. Lekin ab jo nikli hai..wo to ek PARI hai..ek bohot khoobsurat Angel..jise me dunya se chupaana chahta hu taake use kisi ki nazar na lage.

Nandini gets touched on Cabir's words. She smiles whole heartedly at him...making Cabir smile warmly too.

Nav: Cabir ji...ye magic is swimming pool me nahi balke hamari nandu me hai. To aap jitni baar hee isme dupki lagaay..rahenge to aap waise hee..bilkul bandar jaise.

Everyone start laughing whereas Cabir frowns.

Ab: ok ab bohot huwa..Barbie..lets get in n change..u knw na tumhe sardi jaldi pakad leti hai. N once its on..bohot mushkil se jaati hai. So come on..before u catch cold..we need to get u changed.

The thought of what Abhi just said made Manik boil. He immediately comes out of the pool n follows them inside. He saw girls taking Nandini to 1 guest room n Abhi was following them. He immediately increases his pace n keeps a hand on his shoulders

Man: arre Abhi..tu kaha jaa raha hai? Dekh..tu b bheeg gaya..y dnt u change in my room..

Ab: thnx Manik..but me dusre guest room me change kerlunga. U dnt have to leave yr room for me.

Man: oh no no Abhi..in no ways m letting u go towards that guest room.

Abhi frowns in confusion.

Man: mera matlab...come on yaar..tu mera friend hai..n aaj ka hamara guest bhi.. so i insist k u use my room n i will go to the guest room..plzzz.

Ab: r u sure?

Man: of course...100% sure. Come.

Manik takes Abhi to his room n takes a pair of change for himself n goes to the guest room..which was the room next to the guest room where girls had taken Nandini. His thoughts were still occupied by the new version of Nandini that he had seen in the pool. He was smiling at himself and enters the room. Keeping his changes on the bed..he headed towards the bathroom to have a quick shower. He opens the door of the washroom but freezes at the door on seeing the sight in front of him...

Listening to the sudden opening of the door..Nandini..who was standing in the bathroom wearing only a shirt  that barely covered her thighs turns around in a jiffy..causing her hair to flip to the other side. Her eyes widen in shock on finding Manik standing at the door..rooted at his place.

Nan (whispers): Manik...

Manik had completely lost it now. He was still in Nandini's thoughts. When he thought that now Nandini cant surprise him more..here she is..standing in the mid of the bathroom..clad only in a shirt...His shirt to be precise..looking hot as ever..but what stole Manik's heart was the innocence of her face..how cud someone look so dam hot and innocent at the same time? He ddnt get any answer to his question. Lost in his thoughts..he slowly entered the bathroom..closing the door behind with his hand..and started walking slowly towards Nandini. Seeing him approaching her with such an intense and strong gaze made nandini shudder at her place..she could see hell lot of passion in Manik's eyes...and started taking steps back.

Nan(stammering): wo.....wo room....wa...water prob...problem....A...Aliya..gave..this room...

Manik was just looking at her with strong desires pooling his eyes. He was just looking at her from top to bottom..but then..his eyes get fixed at her face. Nandini gest conscious about her being clad only in a shirt..she tries to pull down the shirt with an unsuccessful attempt to make it longer n cover her up till her toes. Both continue taking steps..Manik forward and Nandini backward..

Nan: wo....dress....w...wet...th...thand lagi.....si...sirf ye sh..shirt....i..i...ddnt have.....Nav...navya....kapde...laayegi....sor...sorry...

Her stammering comes to a hold when her back hits the wall behind..she looks at Manik n finds him still coming closer to her..she looks into his eyes n feels an extremely strong pull towards him..all her courage...her "dharmendra avatar".. had flown away without her knowledge..she was just like a little kitten who was slowly slowly but completely coming under control of the opponent. Manik comes closer to her n stops right few inches from her. He was looking so intently at her that it involuntarily increased her breaths..making them go heavy..n her heart was pounding with a fierce speed in her chest. Unable to keep herself sane with breathing thru her nostrils..she parts her lips to take breaths..swallowing the lump that had formed in her throat and licking her dry lips...which Manik found to b so sexy that the last thread that he was controlling seemed to become invisible. His breaths too get heavy on getting closer to her right cheek.. he palms her left cheek n slowly moves his fingers on her left cheek giving her a feathery touch. Nandini just closes her eyes to hold on her little bit of senses. She was finding it terribly hard to resist to get lost in Manik's heart warming touch. In deep voice she calls out his name

Nan: Manik...

Man (in a hoarse voice..whispering close to her right cheek): u just look like the Angel i always dreamt of...in fact..way more mesmerizing

Nandini feels a whirpool of some unidentified feelings causing a turbulence in her..she was slowly slowly drowning in Manik's touch..in his words..in his smell..in HIM.

Manik recalls how Abhi had kissed the same cheek a while ago..dont knw what got into him n he took the next step without any fear or hesitance..causing Nandini to squeeze her already shut eyes and slightly moving more deeper into Manik's touch. Manik had given an open mouth kiss on her right cheek..sucking it for a few seconds and then letting it go...exactly at the same spot where Abhi had lightly pecked her.

Man (whispering seductively): i dont like to see ANYONE leaving their prints where.... ONLY I should.

         Imagine them standing in the                    washroom

A knock on the door causes Nandini to snap open her eyes..but the next moment she wished she hadnt opened them..as Manik was standing so very close to her...she could feel his breath on her face..his eyes boring into hers..as if he remained indifferent with the knock.

Nav: Nandu..hum hai. Humne tumhare liye kapde laaye hai. Darwaaza kholo.

Nandini looks at the door and then back at Manik. She was about to move when Manik wraps his one arm around her waist..pulling her closer..causing her to place her hands on his chest..which was still wet due to the wet shirt that he was still wearing..

Going closer to her ear...Manik whispers in a deep husky voice..laced with authority..

Man: Nobody ELSE is allowed to see u like this..

Nandini's breath gets hitched in her throat. She looks in Manik's eyes and finds a different look...as if he wasnt advicing her..he was STATING A FACT which by all means HAS to b followed.

Navya again knocks on the door.

Nav: Nandu..kitni dair aur lagegi?

Nan (to Manik ): Nav...Navya hai.

Man (nodding his head in a no slowly): Nobody else means...NOBODY.ELSE...not navya..not any other person.

Manik nods his head curtly..as if asking her if she understood what he said..seeing the determined look on his face and hearing the authority in his voice..she feels herself getting lost in him..n without her knowledge..she just nods her head lightly..as if complying to what Manik just said.

A strange look of content n satisfaction passes his face on seeing her nod..he goes closer to her ear and whispers..

Man: ask her to leave the room.

Nandini was still lost in his husky voice..hence she couldnt get what Manik was saying until navya knocks again..

Nav: Nandu..hum andar aaye kya?

Nan (stammering): na...nahi...tum..tum wahi kapde rakhdo...aur jaao..me baahar aake change...kerlungi.

Nav: theek hai. Hum yahi rakhte hai aur jaate jaate darwaza b band kerdenge. Aate waqt khula tha. Tum jaldi se change kerke aajana.

Nandini turns back to see Manik..who hadnt shifted his gaze for a second. Both were looking deep into each other's eyes.

Nan: Manik....

Man: Nandini...

He drops his head a little down..tilting it a little..goes closer to her lips..

He seductively whispers something that takes Nandini completely off guard..leaving her flushed..

Man: NANDINI...MY ANGEL...ONLY MINE.

Saying so..he very lightly pecked the corner of her lips..

He looks into her eyes for final time..gives her a small smile..but a smile that was completely heart felt...that reached his eyes.. n slowly he turned to leave from there.. leaving behind a blushing and happy Nandini.
