I know i took too long to post..but..really not in my hands..
Emmm..
I got married..so m still busy with settling down and attending dinner functions.. n on top of that..i have many many weddings lined up on my way..
That's keeping me a hell lot busy.
Plus the net service..not to forget doesnt work good here.

Anyways..i tried writing a bit lengthy update..as i wanted to end that phase completely..
N honestly. .i had thought till here only..
So its a humble request..

KINDLY SEND ME WHAT WOULD U LIKE TO READ FURTHER IN THE STORY..

this story has almost approached its end..so i would want u guys to give ur inputs as of what u would want to see..

A wave of relief and satisfaction filled the courtroom once the judge gave his verdict. With tears rolling down and occasional sniffs..everyone stood up n applaused for Nandini..applaused for the verdict. After suffering from so much and for so long, at least now Nandini got justice..n not only justice, she was even being honored by forming a movement on her and her Hero's name. But amidst all this, Nandini was lost. She was lost in her thoughts, she was lost in her memories. Her pain, her suffering, her loss..everything that was instilled inside her just blew out..reminding her of every tiny bit of pain she has suffered.

Abhi rushes towards Nandini n takes her in a hug n cries. Yes, Hero was Nandini's life, her twin, her brother..but he even held great importance in Abhi's life. Being an orphan, he never knew what family and relations meant. But after Nandini stepped into his life, he got a family..he got relations. And then, all of a sudden one day, everything dispersed in thin air. He knew nothing about his family. He knew nothing about the pain his Barbie endured..he knew nothing about Rishab. As he remembered about it, he tightened his hold on Nandini n cried. He cried and cried..mayb cried on their cruel fate..mayb cried on his helplessness..mayb cried on the void that Rishab's death has made in their lives.

Nandini hugged him back n slowly ruffled his hair..trying to comfort him. After a long time, Abhi broke the hug and wiped his tears as well as Nandini's. He holds her hands n says..

Ab: ab bas Barbie..ab no more tears. Chal.. yaha se kahi door chalte hai. Lets go home first Barbie. Come..

Abhi turns around to walk but stops when he feels a tug at his hand. He turns around to see Nandini still standing there..not moving from her place.

Ab (cupping her face): kya huwa Barbie?

Nan (lost): i want to b alone.

Ab (frantically): a..alone? Why? Barbie..bas bohot akele jee liya. Ab me hu na saath jaan.. plz..me b saath aaunga.

Nan: i need some alone time. I will come back.

Ab: no plz Barbie..I..I will come with u. Plz don't leave me alone.

Nan: I will come back BB.

Ab(releasing a deep sigh): ok..but promise me..u..u wont do anything wrong. U..U will come back.

Nandini nods her head..still lost in her memories. She starts walking towards the door when Manik holds her hand, halting her in her steps.

She turns around n looks at Manik..getting lost in his eyes. Manik's eyes reflected her pain..her suffering..her loss. Yet they showed her the much needed support and comfort that she wanted. Apart from this, she even saw his insecurities and his vulnerability. He was scared..scared to let her go..scared to even blink..for she might just disappear again. Looking into his eyes..she says..

Nan: I will b back.

Looking in her eyes n finding the much needed assurance, Manik slowly leaves her hand. Nandini turns around n leaves.

Aliza: Manik..u need to come with me. Kuch formalities poore kerne hai..n since tumne Aryaman ko laaya hai..so u have to complete these formalities.

Manik simply nods n goes with her.

GOD'S ANGELS ORPHANAGE:

Nandini opens the door n goes inside. The all time busy and chaotic orphanage had no aura of little angels in it. The atmosphere was gloomy and dull. No kids were present in the play area. No one was playing with the swings..nor anyone was playing in the swimming pool. Nandini made her way to the rooms, where she saw everyone standing outside Arohi's room with gloomy faces. Tarush was the first one to see her. He rushes his wheelchair towards her n hugs her tightly from her waist n cries. Nandini hugs him back n ruffles his hair. All the kids hug Nandini tyt n cry. Listening to their crying voices, Choti maa comes out from Arohi's room. When she sees Nandini in front of her eyes, she too couldnt hold herself back. She ran n hugged Nandini tyt n cried.

C.m: me jaanti thi..meri Nanda ko..kuch nahi hoga. Tu..tu theek hai na?

Reyansh: Angel di..aap kaha gayi thi?

Sonu: humne aapko bohot miss kiya.

Tar: Manik bhaiyya ne bola tha..aapka ilaaj horaha hai..aur aap jaldi aajayengi. Phirb aapne itna time lagaaya. Dekhiye na..aapke itne late aane se Arohi beemar padh gayi hai. Wo hum me se kisi k saath nahi khelti. Choti maa k haath se b khaana nahi khaati.

Nan (shocked): Ruhi..

She rushed inside the room and the view in front of her eyes brought tears in her eyes. Arohi was laying in front of her on the bed with a cannula fixed on her hand and ice packs on her forehead to reduce her fever.

Nandini slowly approached her and sits beside her on the bed. She plays with her hair slowly n kisses her forehead when a tear rolls down her eye. She lies down next to her on the bed n takes her in her arms.

After around 30 minutes, Arohi wakes up.

Ar(weakly): Mumma..

Nan(in a low voice): ji mumma ki jaan.

Arohi turns in her arms n hugs her tyt by keeping her head on Nandini's chest.

Ar (crying): mumma..tidhal thi aap?

Nan: sorry Ruhi..m sorry jaan.

Ar: i lovb u mumma.

Nan: i love u 2 my jaan.

C.m: Nanda..Arohi ko khaana khilaana hai.

Nandini nods her head and sits on the bed, taking Arohi in her arms. She makes her sit in her lap and brings a spoon closer to her mouth. Arohi hides her face more into Nandini's chest.

Nan: plz Ruhi. Aap meri jaan ho na. Plz mumma k haath se khaana kha lo. Khaana nai khaayga to mera bacha theek kaise hoga? Plz bacha.

Arohi raises her eyes to see her mother, who was pleading her to eat. She sits a bit straight and opens her mouth. Nandini feeds her smilingly. Seeing Arohi eating, all other kids too have their food smilingly. They were visibly relaxed on seeing their Angel di back.

Nandini fed Arohi and made her sleep. After a long time Arohi and other kids were at ease. Nandini spent her entire evening with them. Playing with them..feeding them..she did everything that wud change their gloomy faces to the bright smiling ones once again.

After singing a lullaby to Arohi n putting her to sleep at night, Nandini leaves the orphanage.

NANDINI'S PENTHOUSE

NIGHT 1 a.m

Nav: Abhi.. Nandu abhi tak nahi aayi. Hume bohot fikar horahi hai.

Ab: fikar to ab mujhe b horahi hai Navya. I dnt even know wo kaha gayi hai.

Man: wo orphanage gayi thi. Lekin waha se b wo 9 baje nikal gayi thi.

Nav: to phir use itna time kyu lag raha hai?

Man: wo aayegi. Usne kaha wo wapis aayegi..matlab wo waapis aayegi. I trust her.

Cab: Navya..wo..

Nav(interrupting him): Hum sabke liye chai banaa k laate hai Abhi. Waise b..sab yehi hai aur kaafi raat b hogayi hai. Chai se sab taaza hojaayenge.

Manik places a comforting hand on Cabir.

Man: relax Cabir. she needs some time. Just don't give up.

Cab: how can I relax Manik? Jabse Navya aayi hai, she hasn't spoken to me. Aur kare b kyu, I didn't trust Nandini when I was expected to, and I easily trusted that message when the least I could do was countercheck it. Navya is right, we don't deserve to b here.

Dhr: u r right Cabir. We don't deserve to b here.. But the least we can do now is accept our mistake and apologize to Nandini and Navya.

Al: yes. We have done a grave mistake, now we need to face it. We can't chicken out now.

Mukti walks up to Abhi and says

Muk: Abhi, I know u r angry on us, and especially on me. Poora haq hai tumhe humpe gussa Kerne ka. But please just give us one last chance. Give me one last chance please. One chance to apologize and seek your and Nandini's forgiveness. Please.

Ab: I think it's quite late, u all should go back home.

Ven: Abhi.. Princess abhi tak nahi aayi. Do u  know where she is? It's already 1.30 a.m.

Man: wo.. She had gone to the orphanage earlier. But it's been quite long since she left from there. I think I will just go and look for her.

Manik was about to leave when a door bell made him stop at his place.

Ab: I think it's Barbie.

Abhi goes and open the door, just to find Nandini standing there, smiling a goofy smile. Abhi and everyone else standing there release a breath of relief on seeing Nandini standing all fine in front of them. Abhi immediately takes Nandini in a bear hug but soon enough leaves her with a frown on his face.

Ab: Barbie...

Nan (smiling widely): BB...

She enters inside the house but then stumbles on her feet. Manik and Abhi immediately rush to her side to hold her.

Man: careful.

NaN(covering her mouth with her fingers): oops! Sholly.

Man(frowning): Nandini.. Tumne.. sharab pee hai?

NaN(confused): sharab? Nahi. I..I don't drink. Uff Manik.. Don't u know me? Heroine sharab nahi peeti. (Smiling goofily at him)

Ab: toh phir tumhare haath me ye bottle kya hai? Aur tumhara sling Kaha hai? Why did u remove it?

NaN(slurring): arre.. Sho many questions! Ye..ye bottle sharab.. Nahi hai. Ye to medicine hai. Dawaaaaai.

Man: Dawaai?

NaN(nodding her head with her eyes closed and smiling continuously): Dawaai.

Vis: but angel, ye Dawaai di kisne?

NaN(opening her eyes and smiling widely): teddy bear? Wow.. Aap b yaha ho? Arre..Nyeo aunty b hai.. Momzy..Popsy..sab hai. Wow (clapping her hand on the bottle)

Nav: haan nandu..sab hai yaha. Tum ye bottle Hume dedo.

NaN(in a loud voice): Navya! My best friend!! Tum... Tum b yahi ho. Wow.. Aaj to sab yaha hai. Werna to me akeli hee hoti hu.
(Getting gloomy)

Opening the bottle, Nandini gulps a big sip from it.

Abhi comes forward to take the bottle from her. Nandini snatches  it back n frowns at Abhi.

NaN: ye meliii hai.

Ab: Barbie..stop drinking. Pata Nahi konsi degraded sharab laayi hai Tumne. It's not good for ur health.

NaN: Arrre..ye shar..sharab Nahi hai. Ye..ye to..medichine hai. Wo..wo us sin...singal pe..wo Jo topi wale uncle bethe the na..ushne Kaha..k agal yaha (keeping her one hand on her heart) yaha dard ho..to ye wali medichine Leni Chahiye.

Man: Nandini, this is not medicine. Please give me the bottle

Nan(moving her head in a no): Noo.. this..this is medichine. U know Manik..ish medichine se..I forgot k mujhe dard kyu horaha tha (giggling). Lekin.. lekin (getting upset,she keeps a hand on her chest n rubs it) abhi BHI dard horaha hai. Phir se Dawaai Leni padhegi.

Nandini opens the bottle n was about to sip again when Manik stops her. Nandini looks in his eyes n finds them teary.

Man(shaking his head in a no): please...

NaN: Manik..tum..tum ro rahe ho? Rona nai..Dekho..me b nai ro rahi. Mujhe itnaaaa (opening her hands wide) dard horaha hai. Me phir b nai ro rahi. Hero ko nai Pasand na.

(Getting excited)

NaN: tum mere hero se nai mile na Manik. Aao..aao me tumhe mere Hero se milaati hu. Chalo.

Holding his hands, Nandini drags Manik with her towards the locked room. The room had digital lock. Nandini was trying to punch in the code. But due to effect of alcohol, she wasn't able to.

NaN(irritated): ye yaha do do 4 hai. Konsha waala 4 dabaau Manik?

Manik was continuously gazing at Nandini..trying to see the depth of her pain. He raises his hand n places it over Nandini's hand n punches the code 4.

In a similar manner,he helps Nandini in punching the code of the door.

NaN(excited): khullll gayaa. Come Manik. Mele Hero se Milo.

Holding his hand, she pulls him inside. It was a pitch dark room. Nandini leaves his hand n goes to switch on the light.

When the room got illuminated with lights, Manik was stunned to see the room, so were other people who had followed Manik and Nandini into the room. The room had all different sizes picture frames of Rishab..some of his individual,and many of him with Nandini. It was a room of their childhood..a beautiful childhood.

On one wall, there was a wall length frame of Rishab's picture.

NaN: ye hai..Mela Hero. Wait ha..me us..ushe abhi bulaati hu. Phir he will meet u.

Man: NaN..Nandini.. Rishab won't come.

NaN(frowning): won't come? Why won't he? Alle ushe aana hai..wo aayega tabhi to tumshe milega..he hash to shee na..his angel.

Man (confused): Angel??

NaN(nodding her head continuously): Haan. Now wait..me Hero ko bulaaungi.

Looking here n there, Nandini starts calling Rishab's name.

NaN: Hero.. Hero.. Heroooo

Everyone standing there were feeling helpless on seeing Nandini calling out for her dead brother. Tears had already started flowing down from her parent's eyes.

NaN: Heroooo..Kaha ho tum?

Voice: me yaha hu Heroine.

Nandini turns back on hearing a voice coming from behind. A wide genuine grins breaks on Nandini's face when she sees her Hero standing there, with a smile on his face.

NaN(gleely): Heroo..

Stumbling,she tries to run to him n hugs him tight.

NaN(hugging): where were u? Kitnaaaa dhun..dhunda tumhe. I..I didn't find u. Kaha chale gaye the tum..mujhe chodke?

Ris: me to humesha tumhare pass tha. I never left u alone.

NaN(breaking the hug n looking at him with questions): to phir tum mujhe mile tyu Nahi? Mene kitnaaaa dhunda tumhe *cough* tum..kidhar *cough* kidhar the?

Ris(holding her hand n keeping it on her heart): me humesha se yaha tha.. aur humesha yahi rahunga.

Nandini looks down at their hands on her heart and innocently looks at Rishab.

NaN: tum..*cough* yaha the? To mujhe mile kyu nai? Pata hai kinnni shaali baate kerni thi?*cough* Tumhe pata hai mere Saath kya huwa Hero? Shab ne mujhe *cough* akela chod diya. Pata hai..Raat ko me soi b Nahi. Dal Lagta tha. Toi b nai tha mere Saath. Me bohot roi. I *cough* I missed u * cough* so much.

Ris: I know Heroine. Mujhe sab pata hai. N I m very proud of u.

NaN(smiling widely): u r *cough* proud of me?

Ris(nodding his head): yes I m. Jo Tumne Kiya..wo har koi Nahi kersakta. I m proud of u my Heroine.

Nandini hugs him tight.

NaN: than *cough* thank u Hero. Mujhe *cough* pata tha..u won't b up *cough* upset with me.

Nandini breaks the hug n looks at him smilingly.

NaN: pata hai..*cough* Mene tumhare liye *cough* ek cheeze banaayi. U *cough* u wait hele.

Nandini goes stumbling to the cupboard n opens it to remove a hand woven sweater from there. She gets that n comes to face Rishab again.

Showing the sweater in front of him.. Nandini says..

NaN: detho..ye *cough* ye Mene banaaya.. tumhare liye *cough*

She keeps the sweater on him to see the size. Soon a frown appears on her face.

NaN: pal ye to bada hai. *Cough* ab ye kaishe *cough* pehnoge?

Ris: Tumne banaaya hai na. To zaroor pehnunga. Dono Saath pehnenge.

NaN(grinning): Haan.. *cough* ye shahi hai. Me *cough* dikhati hu.

Nandini opens the buttons n wraps the sweater around Rishab. Holding his hands,she slowly starts dancing with him.

She rests her head on his chest n coughs. After sometime..she says..

NaN: neeni aali hai Hero. *Cough cough* Shona hai.

She makes Rishab sit on the floor n herself lies down on his lap.

NaN(drowsily): philse *cough cough* chodke Nahi *cough cough* Nahi jaana.

Ris: sleep Heroine. I will watch over u.

Nandini closes her eyes holding Rishab's hands.

Sounds of sobs filled the air of the room. Navya closed her mouth with her hands n was crying incoherently. Every person standing there was too shocked to see this side of Nandini. Manik was rooted at his place. He couldn't believe his eyes..he couldn't believe that Nandini was hallucinating..he couldn't trust his own eyes when he saw Nandini talking in air with practically no one..yet imagining replies from her Hero. He was shocked to see Nandini holding the sweater in her hands n dancing with it..assuming it to b on her Hero. It hurt him like hell to see Nandini keeping her head on the sweater that she was holding, assuming it to b her Hero's chest. It broke him to see Nandini lying on the floor,assuming it to b her Hero's safe lap..holding onto the sweater n nothing else. This was a glimpse of Nandini's pain. This was just a glimpse of her true and genuine love for her Hero.

Mr and Mrs. Murthy were crying together,trying to hold on to each other. Abhi too didn't stop himself. He was completely shattered to see his Barbie missing her Hero to this extent that she was hallucinating him. Mr and Mrs. Malhotra too were shedding tears on seeing the pain that this young girl had hidden within herself. Fab4 too were wailing out.

Everyone were lost in their trance when bouts of coughs broke their train of thoughts. Nandini started coughing vigorously. She was finding trouble in breathing too. Manik was the first one to rush to her side. He takes Nandini in his arms n pat's her face to wake her up.

Man(hoarse voice): Nandini.. Nandini wake up.

Abhi too joined Manik in waking her up. But nothing seemed to work on Nandini. She kept on coughing, and had started taking deep breaths.

Man: shit..Nandini utho..kya huwa? Please wake up.

Ab: Manik..I think we need to take her to the hospital. Me car nikalta hu..u get her down.

Manik immediately scoops up Nandini in his arms and follows Abhi. Meanwhile Cabir had gone to get the elevator till their floor.

Nandini was rushed to the hospital immediately..her condition was worsening with every passing second. By the time they reached the ER, Nandini's breathing had stopped. Manik tried feeling her pulse but couldn't locate it.

Man(frantically): No no..nothing is gonna happen to u Nandini. Wake up please. Don't give up. I can't lose u Nandini. Please utho.

He tried compressing her heart to retrieve her heartbeat but of no use.

Ab: Barbie please utho. We can't see u like this again. Please wake up. Just 2 minutes..we have reached the hospital Barbie..please don't give up.

Man: I can't lose u again. I won't.

Placing his lips on hers, Manik starts giving her mouth to mouth breathing to retrieve her breathing back. After 3 attempts, Nandini finally inhaled a sharp breath. That was all that was needed for them to hold onto the last tinge of hope.

Rushing out of the car, Abhi immediately arranged for a stretcher and doctors. Manik placed Nandini on the stretcher and holding her hand all the while he took her inside.

Doc: u can't come inside. We need to check her.

Man: doctor please, don't let anything happen to her. She is my life. I will die without her. Please.

Doc: don't worry. We will try our best.

The doctor takes Nandini into the ICU, keeping Abhi and Manik out. As soon as the door of the ICU shuts, Manik trembles n falls on his knees. Palming his face, he wails out loudly. He couldn't hold himself anymore. He cried and cried. Cried on Nandini's pain,on her suffering, on his helplessness.

Feeling a hand on his shoulder, Manik removes his palms from his face to face the person. But seeing tears in that person's eyes as well, he hugged that person tight n started crying all over again.

Man: why Abhi? Why so much of pain for her? Kya bigaada tha usne Kisi Ka..kyu Diya Uparwaale be use itna dard? I can't see her like this Abhi. It hurts..it hurts like hell.

Ab: it hurts me too Manik. But we need to b strong. Tum aur me hum dono jaante hai k Nandini ko sabse zyada ab humari zaroorat hai. If we will break like this, Nandini won't b able to pull herself back.

Man: I can't Abhi. Aur strong Nahi reh Sakta Uske saamne. I..I can't see her like this. Kuch Kar Abhi..please kuch Kar

Ab: kaash me b kuch kerpaata. Lekin we can't lose hope now. We have to be strong for her. Please Manik..sambhal khudko.

Abhi breaks the hug n makes Manik stand on his feet. Giving him a glass of water, he makes him sit on waiting chair in front of the ICU.

Here, everyone had reached the hospital.

Saras: Abhi..meri pari kaisi hai ab? Doctors me kya Bola? Use achanak se huwa kya tha?

Ven: Abhi..do u think yaha k doctors theek se Princess Ka ilaaj Ker paayenge? Should we take her to US or Germany? Me abhi Captain Luke ko call kerta hu to get the jet
Ready.

Ab: Dad..wait. Let's wait for the doctors. As it is..hum is waqt Barbie ko Kahi nahi lejaa sakte hai.

Ven(teary): ek bete ko pehle hee kho chuka hu. Ab apni Princess ko nahi kho Sakta. Use kuch hogaya to kaise jiyunga?

Man: kuch Nahi Hoga use. Kuch b Nahi. Wo mujhe chodke Nahi jaayegi. She won't leave me. I won't let her.

Doc: excuse me, patient k Saath koun hai?

Ven: hum sab hai doctor. I m her father. How is she now? Wo theek to hai na?

Doc: dekhiye..it's a case of Angioedema.. that is a life threatening condition jisme patient swell hojaata hai. Uski wind pipe b swell hoke narrow hojaati hai his waje se patient ko breathing me problem hoti hai..and that becomes the reason of death. Aisa hee aapki beti k Saath huwa hai.

Saras: par ye achanak se kaise hosakta hai doctor?

Doc: this reaction is usually produced as an allergic response. Kya aapki beti ne kuch aisa khaaya ya piya tha jisse use allergy hai?

Saras: Nahi doctor. Pari ko walnuts aur mushrooms se allergy hai..but she keeps good care of that. Usne aisa kuch khaaya Nahi Hoga jisme mushroom ya walnut ho.

Man: doctor, wo..wo Nandini ne..ek cheap brand ki beer pee thi. Can that b the cause of her allergy?

Doc: yes it can. Ho Sakta hai wo sharab unhey suit Nahi huwi..n that triggered her condition.

Ab: doctor..ab wo kaisi hai?

Doc: dekhiye..humne unhe injections de diye hai..lekin able 5 ghante unke liye critical hai. She needs ur prayers. Excuse me..

Saras: Aiyappa..aur kitne imtihaan loge meri bachi k? Ab bas kariye..

Nyeo: don't worry Saraswati ji..Nandini ko kuch Nahi Hoga. Hum sab hai na.

5 hours later..

A beautiful garden is shown with a lovely fountain in the centre. The garden has all types of flowers and has a stream running at the end of it. Walking amidst those lovely flowers, Nandini enjoys the cool breeze touching her face. At the far end, a man was standing, facing the stream. Nandini reaches up to him n places a hand on his shoulder. The man turns around and on seeing him, a huge grin breaks on Nandini's face.

NaN: Hero...

Ris(smiling): yaha kya Kar rahi hai Heroine?

NaN: tumse Milne aai hu Hero. Ab se me b yahi rahungi..tumhare paas.

Ris: me bhi yahi Chahta hu Heroine. Lekin hum dono ko Saath rehne me abhi waqt hai. Tujhe wapis jaana Hoga. Waha sab tera intizaar Kar rahe hai.

NaN(frowning): wapis jaana Hoga? Nahi Hero. Me wapis Nahi jaaungi. Bohot dard horaha tha waha. Sabne mujhe chod Diya tha. Aur dard bardash Nahi Hoga waha. Aur yaha Dekho..koi dard Nahi hai. Tum b yahi ho. Me tumhare Saath hee rehna chahti hu. Mujhe wapis Nahi jaana.

Ris: dard hota hai..par phir us dard Ka Marham b waha milta hai na. Aur tera waqt abhi Nahi Aaya yaha aane Ka. U have to go back. Waha Momzy,Popsy, Abhi bhai, tere friends sab tera intizaar Kar rahe hai. They need u.

NaN: n I need U Hero. Is Baar me tumhare Bina Nahi jaaungi. Ya to tum b mere Saath chalo..ya phir me b yahi rukungi.

Ris: what if I say..Mene apna promise poora Kiya?

NaN: promise? Konsa promise?

Ris: tere liye ek angel bhejne Ka promise. Ek aisa angel Jo tujhe humesha Khush rakhega. Tujhse bohot pyaar karega. Teri har wish poori karega. An angel who will watch over u.

NaN: Tumne angel bheja hai mere liye?

Ris: Haan. Aur wo Angel tumhara wait Ker Raha hai. Usne tumhe thaame rakha hai. He isn't letting u go Heroine. Don't leave him. He needs u.

NaN: koun hai wo Angel?

Ris(holding her hand): wahi jise Mene chuna..for u. (Placing her hand in someone's hand).. Tumhara Angel.. he will always watch over u.

Ris: can u hear that Heroine? Just listen to what ur Angel is telling u..

Voice: I love u Nandini. Nahi reh sakta tumhare Bina. Mere jeene k liye tumhara hona zaroori hai Nandini. Tumne kaha tha u will b back. Please come back to me. Please..

Ris: ab bolo Heroine. Kaise chodogi apne Angel ko akela?

Nan: then u come along with me Hero. Please come with me. Come back to me.

Ris(smiling): I will be back heroine.. this time..through U. Lekin uske liye..u need to go back. Angel is waiting for u. Go back heroine..go back..

Nandini's pov:

Loud beeping sounds of machines were all I could hear all of a sudden. A strong grip was holding my hand. But all I could see was darkness. I tried to open my eyes but the harsh lights didn't let me. I wanted to give up..I wanted to go back to hero..i wanted to go away from all these pain  and sufferings..but I even wanted to see that Angel whom Hero has sent for me..my Angel.

I tried again to open my eyes. This time..I could hear a faint voice calling out my name. I can't decipher what effect that voice had on me..all of a sudden I could feel a new zeal and enthusiasm in me. I wanted to fight this darkness..I wanted to open my eyes against all hurdles..I wanted to come back..only for this voice. Such was the effect on me. Deep inside I know that this is my Angel..who is still holding my hand in his..not letting me go..just like what Hero had said. I too want him to know that I m here now..not leaving him..hence I tried to squeeze back his hand. This feel..this touch..this voice..it's all familiar to me. N may b..maybe I know who this is. Maybe I knew it all along who my true Angel is. With the hope of seeing my Angel in front of me, I again tried opening my eyes..this time a bit slowly. After my so many attempts..I finally succeeded in opening my eyes..n the sight in front of me was worth the fight and my attempts. Yes..it was my Angel..my Angel whom my Hero has chosen for me..my Angel who is my love.. my Angel..my Manik.

"Manik"..

I couldn't stop myself from calling out his name. It felt like a bliss to call out his name..to see him still holding my hand..as if I would vanish if he leaves me. The pure love and raw emotions that I saw in his eyes were all I needed to get a smile on my face.

I couldn't even control the shiver that crossed me when Manik came closer to my face,still holding my one hand in his..n gently playing with my hair with his other hand.

Man: hey beautiful! So u r finally awake..

I couldn't stop my cheeks from turning pink on hearing his endearment in a whispered voice. On top of that his emotions and the way he was looking at me weren't helping me either.

I wasn't in a condition to say anything..all I could do was look at him. After a very long time i felt as if I m in peace. And the source of my peace was this man standing right in front of me..holding my hand in his..my Angel..my Manik.

Man: u scared me to death Nandini. Never ever do that to me again. I was on the verge of losing u..not once but twice. Losing u would mean losing myself. N I don't want to lose myself..not now..not ever.

His soft and sweet words touched my soul in the sweetest way possible. I didn't realize when a tear rolled down my eye..yet I had that sweet smile on my face.
I had no control on my feelings that time..hence I didn't realize how I replied him back with the most astonishing words I could have ever thought about..

" I love u too Manik"

The look of surprise that featured on Manik's face was undescribable. Maybe he didn't know that I heard him confessing his love to me. People usually say that in subconscious state people tend to hallucinate voices. But I m dead sure of what I heard.

Soon the surprise look on Manik was replaced by the biggest grin that I have ever seen on his face. His eyes teared up yet he was smiling at me.

Man: u..u he..heard me?

I could only nod coz my emotions too were all over the place.

Man(smiling widely): I love u Nandini.. I love u so so much.

I didn't realize when Manik came more closer to me n pecked my lips. Immediately after that he hid himself in the crook of my neck..pecking me there every now and then..repeatedly saying I love u's to me.

I knew Manik too was crying,, just like me. I could feel his tears on my neck. He was telling me how much he missed me, how he felt lost without me by his side, how he feels that I m his personal Angel..just like he is mine..my Angel.

We kept lying there on the hospital bed, Manik still hiding his face in the crook of my neck n I was slowly ruffling his hair. Soon enough Manik went into deep slumber..still holding me tight and close to himself..not letting me go..n that's when my heart said..

HE IS THE ONE..
HE IS MY ANGEL.
