Y/n P.o.v

'Damn it, Y/n! Keep yourself together!' I chastised myself for acting the way I did at the second round. The truth was, I couldn't keep my thoughts straight after what All Might and the principal said to me.

Flashback.

Principal: "For what we're about to say, you must first hear what happened." I nodded for them continue. "15 years ago, they were testing the machine to see if it worked, like every other scientist would do. They've managed to bring another person to our world. It was a great success, however they tried to send back the person." He became silent.

Y/n: "What happened!?" All Might sighed.

All Might: "The machine was on a temporary 'sleep mode'."

Y/n: "Ok, it was temporary. What's wrong with that?"

Principal: "It was temporary until few months ago." My eyes widened.

Y/n: "F-Few months ago!?" They nodded. "You're saying that it was asleep for 15 years!?"

Principal: "Yes. But it has been modified during it's sleep. And the whereabouts of the person who was brought into this world is currently unknown, but that is the primary suspect that has brought you here." He slid a picture in front of me. I took it and looked at it. My eyes widened. "This picture was taken the day you were brought to this world."

It was a picture of the man that I fought at the U.S.J. in the 'Flooded Zone'. The same mask, outfit, and he was carrying me. I looked at All Might and the principal.

Y/n: "Tell me... how long will it take for me to be sent back?" The principal sighed.

Principal: "13 years."

Y/n: "13 years!? But wasn't it modified!!!???"

Principal: "It has, but it's still not perfect to be fully functional. To be 24/7 open."

Y/n: "Then, that means I'm stuck here for 13 years!?"

All Might: "Young Y/n, calm down. I-"

Y/n: "How can I calm down when I won't be seeing my parents again for 13 years!? Hell, if I manage to see them, I'll be 27 years, I've already graduated, and they won't be part of it!"

Principal: "We understand that the love for your parents is very important to you, but there's nothing we can do. It's up to you to continue your life here and keep the secret."

Y/n: "Why keep it a secret!? Some people already know and I doubt people will believe me!"

All Might: "For your own and other world's safety. The Villain Alliance may try to use this machine to travel to another world and cause havoc. We cannot allow that."

Y/n: "But this guy..." I pointed at the one in the picture. "...was with the Villain Alliance! How do we know that he hasn't told them!?"

Principal: "Then, they would've attacked the lab a long time ago. Please, keep it a secret. For the safety of another world and yours, just in case."

I threw the picture to the table, turned around, and put both of my hands behind my head while sighing. Then, I turned around and put my finger over the picture again with force.

Y/n: "I don't care if it's not hero like or whatever you call it, but mark my words, if I ever encounter with him again, he'll pay for bringing me here!" I said with anger. Then stormed out of the waiting room.

Flashback Ends.

After I went out of the waiting room, I went into the woods and sat on a tree, thinking, for a long time. Without even noticing, it was time for my match against Tenya, so I went in and fought him.

I knew I shouldn't have fought him the way I did and didn't cared about what happened, but I was angry that I couldn't see my parents for 13 years and let them be part of my teenage life until graduation.

I'm a boy that believes in family. I made a vow to never be like my grandfather, but to become like my father. He is an honorable man, keeps his words, a good father and best friend. I want to become like him, and be as caring and lovable as my mother. That is my vow.

Anyways, I was heading to the waiting room where Kyoka was while trying to put my anger aside. It was still there, but the people here don't need to be the victim.

???: "Arigatō
Meguri au yō inochi wa kurikaeshiteku

Someone was singin and I recognized the song. The voice was a feminine one, husky, but nice on the ears. I got closer to the waiting room and it was where I was heading. I slowly opened the door and saw Kyoka's back.

Kyoka: "Arigatō
Mawaru chikyū anata to watashi wa susumu
Nigiru te hanarete mo
Owaranai kizuna ga aru"
(Thank you, even as the Earth keeps spinning
You and I, we'll keep moving forward

The song that she was singning was called 'Our Path' or 'Kiseki' in Japanese. A song from an anime called 'Bang Dream'. I played the game on my phone and never seen the anime, but this was one of my favorite songs.

Y/n: "That's a beautiful song." She screamed and turned around with wide eyes and a blush. She went to use her jack on me, but I ducked. "I'm sorry. Didn't mean to scare you."

Kyoka: "H-How l-long have you b-been listening!?"

Y/n: "I just got here." I smiled and entered. "You have a nice voice and the song is beautiful." She blushed and looked away. "So, you're into singing, that's nice. May I hear the rest of the song?" She shook her head.

Kyoka: "Not now. My match is up." She started to walk towards me and the door, but soon realized something and stopped in front of me. "What happened to you? You were gone for almost half of the first round and your fight against Tenya wasn't you." She sounded a little mad and I scratched the back of my head with a chuckle.

Y/n: "It's a little complicated."

Kyoka: "Then, keep it briefly. I was worried about you." She said the last part a little saddened yet worried. I sighed and my smile turned into a frown.

Y/n: "It's a family problem. I... may not see my parents for a long time."

Kyoka: "Wh-What do you mean? Are they-" I quickly interrupted her.

Y/n: "NO! No. They are in another part of the world and I may not be able to communicate with them or see them."

Kyoka: "I'm sorry." She gently and slowly took hold of my hand. Not with her jacks, but with her hands. They felt a little cold, but it had it's warmth, and soft. "If you need any help or want to talk, I'm here. I'm a good listener." I smiled and caressed her hands with my thumb.

Y/n: "Thanks, Kyoka." We locked eyes and the world around us seemed that it never existed. It seemed that Uraraka was playing with gravity because I felt myself moving forward and saw Kyoka doing the same.

Present Mic: "NOW LET'S HEAD FOR THE SECOND MATCH OF THE SECOND ROUND!!!" Kyoka backed away with a huge blush.

Kyoka: "I'm sorry! I-I have to go!" She took her hand back and started to head to the door.

Y/n: "Kyoka!" I turned to her and she had the door opened while looking at me. "Good luck." I smiled. She nodded.

Kyoka: "D-Don't go shouting for me! It was embarrassing!" I nodded and she left.

============Timeskip============

I sat on my seat and Mina started to punch my arm non-stop.

Mina: "You were suppose to cheer for me and see my match! But you never did! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU!!!???" I took hold both of her hands to stop her.

Y/n: "Family problems!" She stopped struggling and looked at me with wide eyes.

Mina: "What happened?" I let go of her.

Y/n: "Their business trip took them farther away, to somewhere they may not have reception or way to keep in touch. So, I may not seem them for a while." I said with a little sadness in my voice.

Mina: "I'm sorry to hear that. But you still have to compensate for not cheering for me!" She pointed at my face.

Y/n: "Ok. Then what do I have to do?" She grinned.

Mina: "Hang out with me on Sunday. Then, I may consider your apology." I nodded.

Y/n: "Sure thing."

Mina: "YAY!!!" She fist the air. I turned to Tenya who was looking at me.

Y/n: "Sorry, for what I did. We cool?" He nodded.

Tenya: "I understand your situation. It's ok." I nodded. I saw Izuku looking at me and I nodded.

Then, I turned to the stadium and saw Kyoka and Shoto. 'Wait! Her fight is against him!!!???' I thought in worry.

Third P.o.v

Present Mic: "STAAAAAAAART!!!"

Shoto shot his ice from his leg towards Kyoka without mercy, but not as huge as the last one. Kyoka used her speakers to send a soundwave towards the ice, to break it. Fortunately, it did, to an extent, but Shoto kept it coming.

Kyoka started to run to her left while avoiding his attack, but he shot another ice towards her, blocking her path.

Shoto: "I'll end this now." He shot a huge ice towards her.

Kyoka used one of her speakers and connected one of her jacks on the ground. The combination of the vibration sent through the floor that made it crack and the soundwave made the ice break.

'Damn it!' Kyoka stopped using her quirk and held her ear because she was bleeding from her there and it gave her a little pain. She then saw ice goig to her. She started to use her speakers, but they were weak.

Then, the ice got to her, and it covered her from her neck down, making sure she did not move. 'Damn.'

Y/n P.o.v

I just saw how Kyoka was engulfed in ice. To say I was expecting it, was a fact, but to send me a little anger was never expected.

Midnight: "Jiro is unable to move! TODOROKI ADVANCES TO THE THIRD ROUND!!!"

I looked at Shoto and saw him turning his head towards us. But I saw his eyes locked with mine. We glared at each other, until he walked away. 'Our fight will be soon, Shoto.'

============Timeskip============

The other two matches were quick.

The fight between Asui and Tokoyami wasn't intense. Asui tried to use her tongue and legs against Tokoyami, but he used his quirk to grab her and put her out of bounds. Meaning, that Tokoyami passed to the third round.

The last fight of the second round was between Kirishima versus Bakugo. I for once thought that Kirishima would win, but Bakugo found out that if he attacked multiple times, the hardening would decrease. Bakugo won and passed to the third round.

Between those fights, Kyoka came back to her seat with a jacket on. She was still feeling cold.

Before I left, everybody, except Bakugo wish me luck against Shoto. Izuku did the same and gave me a stare which I nodded.

Flashback

Izuku: "If you win, I want you to do me a favor." I looked at him with confused look.

Y/n: "Dude, don't tell me that you're going to let me win. Because if you do, I'll break your legs before you use your quirk." He shook his head.

Izuku: "I won't hold back. You have my word." I nodded.

Y/n: "Alright. Then, what's the favor?" He sighed.

Izuku: "It's Todoroki." I got confused. "He won't use his left side and, if you manage to reach against him, I want you to make him use it."

Y/n: "Ok. May I ask, why do you want me to make him use his left side?"

Izuku: "I won't go into the details, but keep it brief. He had a trouble childhood with his father, and he believes that his fire quirk belongs to his father."

Y/n: "Taking the pride to reject his quirk because it came from his father." He nodded. I thought about it and sighed. "I will try to make him use it, but no promises. If I knew the full story, then I might have more motivation." I saw him mumbling. like debating on what to say. "Still with me, man!?" He flinched.

Izuku: "Ah, y-yes. Just thinking." I raised an eyebrow.

Y/n: "Thinking about what?" He looked at me serious.

Izuku: "Todoroki is a perfect child for Endeavor because he is half ice and half fire." I got confused.

Y/n: "What are you talking about?"

Izuku: "Todoroki came from a forced marriage, so that Endeavor could make his perfect weapon."

Flashback End.

I was standing on my side of the ring while looking at Shoto who was on his side of the ring. I was ready to fight him and I knew that he was ready as well. 'Time to raise hell for real.'
