Okay so I just had this weird thought pop into my head but basically the thought occurred when I was listening to This is Gospel, but it's whenever Sebastian or someone tries to touch Ciel or hug him or pick him up he screams:
"IF YOU LOVE ME LET ME GOOOOOO"
Than when he's having one of his mental breakdowns or someone asks him why he bottles up his emotions his like
"THE FEAR OF FALLING APART."
