Halilintar was reading Solar's book when Duri literally crashed in.

"Hali!"

Duri shouted his name excitedly. In his hands, there're many bags. And a bouquet of flowers. Halilintar just sighed, closed the book and put it aside. He looked at Duri with fondness.

"Hello to you, Duri."

Duri beamed at his reply. He quickly put the bags down and moved to the vase next to Halilintar's bed. Duri picked the vase up to put some water in it. Then he put the flowers he bring in it. Halilintar watched him humming while fixing the flowers in the vase.

"Duri."

Hearing his name, Duri turned around to look at him.

"Yes, Hali?"

"Don't get me wrong. I'm happy that you visit me but why are you here?"

Duri gave him a knowing look. Halilintar felt a little exposed honestly.

"Taufan will come in the afternoon. I'm here on Gempa's request actually."

"Oh?"

Not gonna lie, this got Halilintar curious. He watched Duri pulling things out of those bags. There're a lot of clothes. Most of them are customed for winter.

"Gempa said it's gonna winter soon. So you might need these new clothes."

Duri gave him a gray sweater with red accent. Halilintar put it on. He hadn't realized that it was fairly cold until he wore the sweater. Duri gave some other outfits for him to see before moving to counter to make some tea.

"Do you like that sweater?"

"Yeah, it's comfy."

Duri smiled at his respond. The sound of boiling water ran in the background.

"Did you know that Ais made it for you?"

Halilintar's thoughts came to a halt. Because Ais? That Ais who rather sleep than do pointless things? Who he hadn't seen since his stay at this place? That Ais!?! Halilintar looked at Duri in disbelieve while Duri just chuckled at his reaction.

"It's kinda hard to believe right? But he really did knit that sweater for you."

Duri put Halilintar's red cup on the counter next to his bed. The tea was the same kind he have other day. Halilintar still can't comprehend the thought that Ais really spent his time to make him this sweater. It's felt so surreal.

"Why are you surprised? Even if you two don't really get along, he still care for you. We are a family after all."

"But it's Ais, you know? I haven't thought that he willingly waste his time to make this."

Halilintar said while pointing at the sweater he wearing.

"And for me too."

Duri rolled his eyes at Halilintar's crisis and took a sip of his tea.

"Don't put yourself down like that. We care for you. He care for you. And he decided to show you that by making you a sweater. End of story."

Halilintar picked up his cup and took a sip too. One spoon of honey, perfect amount of sweetness. Duri really knows Halilintar's habits.

"I still can't believe it."

Duri just rolled his eyes again. He pulled a box out of another bag, opened it and gave it to Halilintar.

"Here. Have these."

In the box, there're cupcakes decorated with colorful sprinkles.

"I made them."

Halilintar raised an eyebrow at this.

"You made these?"

The sarcasm in his question wasn't missed by Duri. He answered with a huff.

"Okay, okay. Taufan made them. But I did help him you know?"

Halilintar chuckled at his annoyance before picking up a cupcake. He took a bite and cringed at the overwhelming sugary taste. The cupcake was very sweet. Halilintar found himself coughing. Duri quickly poured him a glass of water. Halilintar took the glass and chucked down the water. Duri looked a little guilty at him.

"Is it really that bad?"

Halilintar sighed before answered Duri.

"It's not that bad. But it's really sweet. How much sugar did you put in these cupcakes?"

"A lot, I guess?"

Halilintar looked at him with exaggeration.

"Duri! How can you make me a perfect tea but can't mesure the right amount of sugar to the cupcakes for me?"

"I don't know. The tea is different, okay!"

"You're an idiot."

Duri looked offensed at his words. He turned his eyes away, refused to look at Halilintar.

"I'm not! Now you're just being rude."

Halilintar rolled his eyes and picked up the unfinished cupcake. Duri took a glance at him and looked surprised at his action.

"You don't have to finish it, you know? I can ask Taufan to make another one that is not as sweet as this one."

"It's okay. I don't mind."

He answered between the bites while Duri looked at him like he grow a pair of ears and a tail.

"Sometime I don't understand you at all."

"Like wise."

Duri just pouted at him before picked up all his stuff and left.

"I'm leaving now. See you later, Hali."

Halilintar waved at him while licking his finger. He wasn't lying. Halilintar did enjoy the cupcake even if it's too sweet.
