It was a nice night, the stars were shining and the moon was bright. Grian and Scar were "accidentally" cuddling as "friends", Mumbo was sleeping in a coffin that they finally had made for him, Impulse kept moving around his wings and tail stretched out along with his arms and legs, and Jellie was asleep in her cat bed. The Boatem crew were asleep, all except Pearl...

Pearl was on the deck looking at the water. The anchor was down like always when they sleep. She let out a quiet sigh as her dove wings flapped a bit. They were near land luckily so the dove avian looked at the land near them. She smiles sadly remembered some terrible childhood memories. The dove avian shakes her head to stop thinking about that.

She looks back at out to the sea. Suddenly she heard some kinda strange singing, the voice was seductive and yet so tempting. That she just needed to- No! Pearl shook her head. "Wha-What was that?" Pearl mumbled to herself and looked already the sea...Nothing... "Okay okay ha ha funny joke boys come out" Pearl said unamused but they didn't come out.

"Hm?" Pearl mumbled to herself and went downstairs. The dove avian looked at them all sleeping soundly. That got her confused before she went back to the deck. She sighs and thought 'I'm just imagining things again' Pearl thought and leans against the pole of the sail. She then heard the singing again. So hypnotizing...So seductive...She just felt like jumping off the sh- NO!

Pearl shook her head immediately to get her off of that singing. "Ugh my head hurts" Pearl mumbled and sat down. The dove avian lets out a groan as she held her hands in her head. After two minutes she lifts her head. "Okay that's better but what was that beautiful singing?" Pearl mumbled as she got up.

The dove avian walked and leaned her arm on the ship fence.(?)(Okay but pause on the story, what the hell is the thing on a ship called to prevent falling????) She looked out at the ocean for a signs of anything that could making that singing. Suddenly a small splash of water landed on her clothes. Pearl let out a small gasp and fell back at the sudden action.

That's when she heard a giggle in the water. "Huh? Oi! Who is there?" Pearl called out to whatever was in the water. Another splash came and landed on Pearl's face. The dove avian immediately wiped it off her face and her gaze landed on the beautiful ginger haired woman or siren, WAIT SIREN?! Pearl rubs her eyes to make sure she was seeing things right.

The siren let out a giggle. "What? Oh right you said you don't believe in sirens" The siren said and Pearl's eyes widened. 'How did she know out?!' Pearl thought, the siren noticed her shock and smiles. "You probably wonder how I know that. Well I've been hearing what you and crew have been saying. What's your name again? Oh right Pearl. Well Pearlie my name is Gem!" The siren- Gem said.

"Yeah it's Pearl...Nice to meet you too um Gem" Pearl mumbled, 'The siren has been spying on us?' Pearl thought. "Pretty wings" Gem said with a smile. Pearl blushed a bit out of embarrassment. "Uh- Thanks. Nice singing voice?" Pearl said. "Thank you!" Gem said. 'Why is this siren being so nice? What is her plan?' Pearl thought nervously. "What's wrong?" Gem asked curiously.

Pearl got out of train of thought and looked down Gem. "Nothing! Don't worry about it" Pearl said nervously. "There is something. Tell me what your pretty voice has to say" Gem said with a teasing smirk. Pearl again blushed in embarrassment, 'Damn siren' Pearl thought before speaking. "Just curious, why are you being so nice to me? Aren't sirens supposed to like lure people in water and kill them?" Pearl asked with a curious tone.

Gem giggled. "While that is true, why would I do that to a pretty pirate?" Gem asked in a flirty tone Pearl presumed. 'She's being flirty?! I think...Why?' Pearl thought before realizing something. 'The stories...If I remember sirens are flirty to manipulate sailors to lead them to their deaths...' Pearl thought before she heard Gem singing again. So alluring so...- Before Pearl knew it her own body wasn't in her control and fell into the water. She felt herself getting pulled in the water.

"Such a shame it has to end this way Pearl. I'll spare you from death but that doesn't mean you have freedom" Gem said and felt Pearl squirm around in her grip. "Oh right humans can't breathe underwater. My bad" Gem said with a chuckle and kisses Pearl. Pearl felt surprised but they felt like she can breathe.(Pause again, I know mermaids can give water breathing not sirens but I needed to change it to let sirens have that ability in this story so Pearl can breathe somehow)

"Wha-?" Pearl mumbled confused. The dove avian looked down before her eyes went back at Gem. "Gave you water breathing" Gem said cheerfully. Pearl didn't know what happened after as her eyes had started to close from Gem's humming. All she could recall was Gem swimming somewhere with her and put her in a cage or cell? Whatever it was, but she hopes her crew mates would come save her soon.

Gem was either going to be a siren or sea monster and the wheel chose siren. I also did not realize how flirty I made Gem in this. But I swear it's just to fit sirens flirty nature that why they can get manipulate their prey as google says.

And next 6 chapters will be about the Boatem Crew's because it'll be needed to understand some chapters. So the next part of this won't be posted until after those are done. Which like for me after six weeks I'll start writing the next part.
