The Boatem crew were awake and doing their daily routines as Scar steered the ship. "Hey captain" Mumbo said, coming over to him. The vex hybrid looked over at the vampire. "Yes?" Scar asked curiously as Jellie came over to jump on Scar's shoulder. "So y'know how we all met?" Mumbled asked. "Yeah we met in a cave, fun times. But what about it?" Scar said.

"Well how about we talk about our past to get to understand each other. Y'know like why Impulse doesn't like to talk with people or Pearl's and Grian's mysterious purple in their hair" Mumbo said. The vex hybrid thought about that, as much as he hated to remember what happens it could be helpful to talk about each other's past. "Alright then" Scar said.

"Alright I'll go get everyone" Mumbo said. Scar nods and goes over to put the anchor down. Once everyone was gathered they all sat down on the deck. "So I guess I'll go first" Scar said and everyone nods. The vex hybrid took a deep breath. "Well when I was younger my parents were never really around. I lived with my grandparents until one day my parents came back. Me and them went to store but they seemed embarrassed to be around me" Scar said.

"Why?" Pearl asked. "Well I was born a vex but no one in my family was. And well when we went back there still wasn't any talking with my parents. But when we fell asleep, there was a fire. That's how I got my scar, we all survived expect my grandparents. No one else from the village knew I was a vex so of course they helped me. My parents took me to live with them in their boat and they made me do chores so one day I escaped and I found Jellie" Scar said.

"Oh Scar..." Impulse mumbled. "It's fine, whose turn is it?" Scar said. "I suppose I'll go next" Mumbo said and sighs. "Well I was a blacksmith with my dad when I was younger. My mom wasn't around as she died when I was like 2. Me and dad would usually drink the blood of cows we had. One night my dad came into my room and told me to hide. Which I did after some time I went to go find him. And I found him dead on the ground, a stake near his heart..." Mumbo said.

"That's terrible!" Pearl said and hugged Mumbo. "Yeah but continuing on, I moved to a new village and worked as a blacksmith there. Although they found out I was a vampire and were out to kill me with arrows. I hid in a cave they all ran passed it except one. He shot a stake at through my arm and cut it off. I walked to another village and a man saw me. It was a voidrian and pulled me in his house, after some long minutes I got my robotic arm. Then there was another voidrian he was around my age, his name was a Xisuma" Mumbo said.

"X-Eye-Suma?" Grian asked. "Sure G, sure" Mumbo said. "My turn I suppose" Impulse said. "So when I was younger I lived in a cave, I never knew my parents and I was an outcast to any village. One day I was hunting for food and I was going to get water, but a human was near the lake. So I roar to scare him off. But then the humans found me and I they tried to shoot me while I flew. I was almost free before one shoot my wing and leg" Impulse said.

"Oh Impy" Scar said. "I had to go retreat to a cave and I passed out. So in the morning I woke up with my leg and wing bandaged up and a basket of food. And I still never found out who gave me that basket and healed me up" Impulse said. "You never found out who left it for you?" Pearl asked. "Nope so it was always a mystery but that food lasted me for a while until my wing and leg was healed" Impulse said, wishing he did find out who gave that to him so he can thank them.

"Okay then I guess it's mine and Grian's turn" Pearl said. "Okay so we have been lying about our identities this whole time" Grian said. "You guys are trans?!" Scar asked surprised. "What?! No!" Pearl yelled. "Not their gender Scar, their like life" Mumbo said. "Yes our life, Scar" Grian said. "Oh...Okay!" Scar said while petting Jellie.

"Okay so me and Pearl are actually are a prince and princess of the ___(I need a name okay, anyone have suggestions?) kingdom" Grian said and watched as the three others blinked with shocked faces. "Pardon?" Impulse asked. "Me and Grian are the princess and prince of the ___ Kingdom" Pearl said. "O-Oh o-okay when you guys said you two were rule blood I didn't expect from that kingdom, continue on" Mumbo said trying to sound shocked even if he was.

"Okay so I'll start since you need my side first. Me and Pearl were siblings but we had three other siblings, Martyn, Lizzie, and Jimmy. Our parents would yell at us, hit us, and starve us for some days the usual" Grian said, the other three were surprised now causally Grian said that. "Mhm, same old same old" Pearl mumbled. "Anyways, one day I got my wings to became the parrot wings I have right now-" Grian was cut off by Impulse. "WAIT THOSE AREN'T YOUR NATURL WINGS?!" Impulse exclaimed shocked. "Nope" Pearl said.

"So with my new wings I changed into some normal village wear and flew to a village. Then I got captured by pirates to be sold as and I stayed there for a some time" Grian said. "Oh...No wonder you hated me when we first met" Scar said. "Mhm" Grian said.

"My side of the story now" Pearl said. "Grian already explained our home life. So let's go to the days Grian was gone. It was the same thing our parents yelling at us, hitting us, and starving us for some days. They didn't even care that Grian was missing, they played it off like nothing. So one day I got my wings to became the dove wings I have right now. And went to find Grian myself. I changed into some normal village wear and flew to a village. I found the pirates who took Grian, snuck into their ship at the dead of night. And saved my brother" Pearl said.

"That was a lot" Impulse said. "I am suddenly happy my father was a good parent" Mumbo mumbled. "Well this has been fun!" Scar said. "Now I know Pearl and Grian are completely traumatize" Scar said and got up. "Yeahhh never doing that again" Pearl said.
