The ocean waves swaying back and forth as the sun rises. Another boring day for the Flying Jellie crew or Boatem as they much prefer. Jellie meows and stretches before going over to Scar's bed. She meows as a way of asking for food.

Scar groans tiredly and sits up. The vex vew stretches his arms and looks down at the parrot avian on top of him. Wait Grian!? His eyes widened before speaking. "Ummm G?" Scar asked confused, Grian's eyes shot open and realized he was snugging against the vex hybrid. "OH MY GOD I'M SO SORRY CAPTAIN!" Grian said loudly and quickly. Scar chuckled as the parrot avian hid his face in the other's neck.

"It's fine Grian, water under the bridge" Scar said, he noticed that Impulse and Mumbo were still asleep. 'Heavy sleepers' he thought before noticing Pearl was gone. "Grian where's your sister?" Scar asked as Grian looked up. "Well she is an early bird" Grian mumbled. Jellie meowed annoyed at the "friends" banter and she went upstairs.

Pearl was on the deck, sweeping the floor. The cat went over to the dove avian and pawed at her trousers. The dove avian looked down and smiled. "Hey Jellie what's up?" Pearl asked and Jellie meowed. "Hmm hungry?" Pearl asked and the cat's ears perked. She took that as a yes and went downstairs with Jellie following after her.

She looked at Grian and Scar in bed together. "Okay love birds get up" Pearl teased ignoring the twos red faces. She grabbed Jellie's food and puts it in her bowl. The cat immediately started to eat it. "Pearlie we aren't dating!" Grian yelled embarrassed and the dove avian rolled her eyes. "Whatever you say" Pearl said and booped Mumbo and Impulse to wake up.

"Rise and shine sleeping beauties. The day is ahead of us and we have places to sail to!" Pearl said. Mumbo groans and rubs his eyes. Impulse stretches his phantom wings and his imp tail moved around. "How do you have some much energy this morning Pearl?" Mumbo asked with a yawn. "I have no idea" Pearl said with a chuckle.

"Okay crew! Everyone but Pearl go get dressed so we can have breakfast" Scar said and Grian got off of him and went to go get dressed. Pearl went back upstairs to finish sweeping the deck. After some time the men got dressed and went upstairs. "Nice cleaning work Pearl! I can almost see my hot self" Scar said cockily. The vampire rolled his eyes. "Yeah yeah sure Scar" Mumbo said.

Impulse looked in the distance before speaking. "So what's for breakfast?" Impulse asked curiously. "Who knows. What do you suggest captain?" Grian asked as the vex hybrid pondered that. "Well we have some fruit. So fruit is our breakfast!" Scar said and everyone groans. "Oh don't groan on me crew. We can go set sail back to land and go to the market" Scar said and Jellie went over to them after finishing her breakfast.

"I'll got get the barrel of fruit" Pearl said and went downstairs. "Hey captain should we set sail there now we can get there before lunch" Grian said and Scar nods. "Yeah! That's a good idea. Mumbo Impulse lift the anchor!" Scar said and the vampire and phantom-imp hybrid start to lift the anchor. The vex hybrid Pearl comes back with the barrel and opens it. "Breakfast y'all" Pearl said and grabs an apple taking bites out of it.

"Food!!!!" Grian said cheerfully, he immediately flew to the barrel and grabbed a mango. The parrot avian ate the mango with no hesitation. Mumbo and Impulse get the anchor back up and set it down. They went to the barrel, the vampire grabbed a pomegranate trying to convince himself its blood as he promised himself not to drink his crew mates blood. While the phantom-imp grabbed a dragon fruit.

"Captain you want me to bring you something?" Mumbo asked, as Scar thought about that. "Yes please Mumbo!" Scar said as he started to steer the steering wheel. He nods and grabs a banana. He went to the vex hybrid and gave him the banana. "Here you go captain" Mumbo said with a smile. "Thanks" Scar said and grabbed the banana. He peeled it and ate as he continued steering the ship. The vex hybrid noticed how the ship wasn't sailing in the right direction, he looked up realizing the sail wasn't in the right position.

"Something wrong captain?" Impulse asked as he ate the dragon fruit. Scar let out an embarrassed chuckle. "Impy can you move the sail in the direction to the right" Scar said with a sheepish grin. "Aye aye captain" Impulse said and went over to sail, he moved the direction of the sail to the right just like Scar said.

Scar smiled and starts to steer the ship to land. The rest of the crew talked as they ate their fruit of their choice. "If I ever come across a siren I'll fight!" Grian said cockily. The dove avian chuckled at her brother's words. "Oh Griba sirens are just sea myths, they aren't actually real" Pearl said as she took a bite out of her apple. "You never know Pearlie they could be real" Impulse said with a smirk. Pearl rolled her eyes. "Oh please I have to see one to believe it" Pearl said with a scoff.

The three started to tell Pearl that sirens could possibly be real but Pearl didn't believe it until she saw a real one. Scar chuckled at his crew's silly shenanigans. They turned to the vex hybrid and started to ask questions about if he believed sirens are real. But Scar barely could pay attention to that. "They'll always be my friends my crew" Scar mumbled to himself with a smile.
