"(L/n)! (L-L/N)!" Midoriya said as you ran while you desperately searched for Uraraka so you could help finish the mission,"Stop!!"

The shout Midoriya let out only made you more anxious as Bakugo could be more on your tail,"Midoriya for your safety I recommend that we keep moving or else Bakugo will-"

"I know," Midoriya cut you off as he clenched his fists,"You don't need to worry about me. Put yourself first,"

"That's not my job," You stated while you looked around corners and turns watching out for any movements.

"Then what is your job?!" Midoriya tried to be quieter this time seeing how dangerous the situation seemed to be.

You paused while you turned to face Midoriya with a barren look,"Somethings are best to just be ignorant to Midoriya. That way you'll be alright,"

"Well, sometimes it's okay to not be alright," Midoriya pointed out, catching your attention.

It was never okay...Things are always not alright...

"Then what am I supposed to do," You said nonchalantly while you plainly looked at him. 

Midoriya smiled at you as he put a hand on your bare-naked shoulder as he said,"As your friend, I'm telling you do things for yourself and at moments let people take care of themselves,"

You smiled as heavy foot steps came sounding from behind, a distance away,"Alright. I leave Bakugo to you then,"

Midoriya nodded with a face of determination.

"I have faith in you (l/n)," Midoriya said with those departing words while he ran off to cut off Bakugo while you stood there  for a moment. 

You gripped your hands into fist while a fire burned in your past dull eyes. You started running from the standing position you always felt you were in.

I have to help Uraraka...

"NYEHEHEHEHEH," Iida laughed maniacally, but also in an idiotic way, as Uraraka hid behind a square pillar while a bead of sweat dripped down her face.

 Uraraka frantically said into the ear piece with a quiet voice"Darn it Midoriya I really need some assistance,"

"I am here," You said as you hastily slid on the floor next to Uraraka as she smiled happily.

"(L/n)..!" Uraraka shouted, but you immediately hushed her as you tried to conceal your presence as much as you could while Uraraka was horrified at the sight of you,"...What happened to you...?"

"Bakugo is what happened to me..." You said quickly with a hushed and urgent tone while the pain of the searing burns irked you usual monotone behavior. You told Uraraka the plan.

Great! But look," Uraraka said as Iida said standing right next to the paper machete weapon,"He's too fast for me. Everytime I try to grab it he's just pulling it away from me and I need physical contact to actually have a use for my quirk,"

Speed?...

The variable ran through your mind as you widened your eyes.  

"I have a solution," You said as you looked at her intensely.

｟ (L/N)! Uraraka! I have a plan and I need you two do precisely as I say! ｠

"What is it Midoriya?" You said with a stern voice as you listened carefully for directions.

｟ So what you need to do is...｠

You listened as you nodded while you had the perfect execute for Midoriya's strategy.

"Uraraka..." You called as you said with a serious voice,"Are you ready?"

Uraraka flashed a bright smile as she head up a peace sign,"Ready as I'll ever be!"

"Enough running Deku..." Bakugo boomed as he menacing walked towards the slightly injured Midoriya,"Its time to pound you..!"

With that more fighting commenced as Midoriya was trying to defend against Bakugo since he disadvantaged him in many areas.

"Can't believe that round face stole her away..." Bakugo growled lowly as he continued fighting Midoriya as he was confused,"I wanted that bitch here...And I'll always get what I want!"

"Huh..?!" Midoriya grunted not understanding his childhood friend.

"LISTEN DEKU! SHES ONLY WITH YOU BECAUSE SHES A DUNCE, GOT IT?!" Bakugo roared as he landed a large right hook to Midoriya,"IF SHE KNEW, SHED CHOOSE ME OVER YOU ANYDAY!!!"

The dust settled as Midoriya was in pain,"I don't know what you're so riled up over Kacchan...But one thing's for sure. I trust (l/n)and she trusts me..."

" I will not fail !! "

Bakugo growled as there was a stand off between Midoriya and Bakugo. Bakugo forward, screaming as Midoriya leapt to throw a punch with his quirk activated.

At the time you and Uraraka gripped on to a pillar while the ground shook for a split second then the floor blew open, rocks and debris flying everywhere.

You held on to the floating pillar thanks to Uraraka's quirk, but you used a quirk of your own, turning into a humanoid peregrine falcon, the fastest animal alive.

No matter how fast Iida was, with out ground he was nothing.

Uraraka contributed as she used the pillar to swing the debris to create a flurry of stone bullets towards Iida.

"Home Run!!~" She cheered as many stones went flying.

You flew swiftly as you grabbed the weapon,"Mission accomplished..!"

All Might was a little shocked till he immediately said,"Wa-The Hero team won!"

With that everything ended as you were to be evaluated. Even though you won, your performance was poor.

Something that rarely happens.

Now you knew that it wasn't all about winning in the end, but how you won. A honorable loss is better than a cheap win. You smiled a bit which shocked some people as they were getting used to it.

The battle was far from over however.

You went over to Bakugo, the person you deemed most closest to you, but was rejected away.

He did not talk to you. He did not look at you. He did not want to be next to you.

Why?

A question that doesn't really associate with you. You never felt as curious for a person as before. So then,

Why?

You walked away and ended up alone, with your torn self with sustainable injuries.

You felt a cold presence near you as you did not budge, but your skin reacted as it gave you goosebumps.

You looked beside you as it was Todoroki. He is a cold character, as you could compare his personality to you.

It was...

Awkward.

"You should go to Recovery Girl with Midoriya," Todoroki suggested as it caught you off guard.

"I don't need too," You said as you mentioned,"I am to stand here and observe everyone else's battles,"

"You have second degree burns. As smart as a person you are, you aren't very efficient," He said as he scolded you in a blunt way.

"You're one to talk," You retorted, Surprised, but you went along with it as it was already said and down.

"What?" Todoroki hissed as he glared at you.

"Just saying from the person that has 2 abilities, but only uses one of them. Very efficient," You said sarcastically as things were getting heated.

"You shouldn't be talking about things you don't know," Todoroki scolded as you were talking back.

"And you shouldn't be a hypocrite," You said as you coldly glared at Todoroki,"Like you said. You shouldn't be talking about things you don't know,"

You walked away from him, feeling something new and that was annoyance.

Todoroki is something else...

Your opinion of him changed as you stood by Uraraka who was chatting away to you which was basically talking to herself since you talked so little.

Something changed that day however.
