It all started with superhuman abilities. The world discovered them and they had named the abilities, quirks. The first discovery of these quirks was a baby that was able to produce light glares from its body. But there was an exception. Only 80% of the world had this natural ability to produce or use superhuman skills.

Luckily, you have a quirk. You had a combined quirk of, your mom and fathers.

Your mother has a water manipulation quirk while your dad can utilize time. So you can regulate water and cease time.

Pros:
Your water quirk can wipeout multiple people at once if you consume enough water in your diet.

Your time manipulation quirk can freeze time, erase someone's memory within 3 hours, or even travel in time.

Cons:
When you don't drink enough water and overuse your quirk, you can pass out or get severe headaches that make your vision blurred for about 30 minutes.

If you aren't able to focus when regulating time then you have a risk of forgetting memories or things that occurred around 1-2 hours, or you can go blind for a short period of time.

Your family:

Mother:  She is a short petite woman around 5'2 married to a fit and tall man, or known as your stepfather. She gave birth to you and your two siblings. Only your younger sister had a different dad (your stepfather). She remarried a year after your father had been discovered as a cheater.
You all moved in with your stepfather and stepsister. Now your mother works alongside your stepfather as simply citizens of the town.
She gave up her dream to be a hero when her high school sweetheart was uncovered, having affairs with her ex-best friend. But even with her dream being set aside to continue her life, she still lives happily married to your stepfather and occupied with you and your siblings.

Father: He grew up in Japan being childhood friends with your stepfather. Unfortunately, he stole the girl from your present father's fantasies. In high school he was popular, he got all of the girls, and got detention weekly for fighting and coming to school late. (What a basic douche bag)
Soon into adulthood, he was out with other women and scheduling secret dates just because they lived in luxury. (Or they were just rich girls looking for a hot husband to get famous?) This continued for months. Before he knew it, he was thrown out of his wife's humble house to go live with one of his 'side hoes'. He did truly love your mother but he needed the money to live. He went down the wrong path and ended up going to jail for heist and breaking and entering.

Stepfather: long story short, he fell in love with your mother in middle school. But he was an outsider. He never really got bullied but when he did it was usually because he had no friends and he never bothered to socialize.
People believe that he was a child of some villain because nobody knew anything about him. He was wrongly accused because he was born into a nice family with a mother as a hero. Even if he was alone at school he still had his younger brother to keep him company at home. That all changed though once he got to high school. Him and his brother lost the bond they once had years ago when he stayed in dorms at his school. He was alone now. Though he still visited, even if his brother grew a hatred upon a misunderstanding. Your uncle only visited you when your father was working late. He loved you dearly too but hated his brother. He once told you that your stepfather left him as soon as he attended high school. He was left with his mother yelling at him or his father forcing him to train. He just missed when his family got along and the days they were laughing at the dinner table or watching a movie together. That all ended just because of his brother. He was the favorite and the oldest. Your grandmother always gave him special attention and affection your uncle never got, yet he deserved it for the bullying he received.
