Another Dabi oneshot was requested for a fem reader scenario where you get captured by Endeavor and Dabi panics. The theory about Dabi being a Todoroki is applicable here too. So enjoy!

"I'll be back before you know it."

"Alright."

You kissed the top of his head like always and headed out for your mission.

Now that short conversation seemed so trivial. You should have told Dabi that you loved him more than anything in the world, but you didn't. There was no way for you to know that you were going to be captured by Endeavor himself. 

You were handcuffed to a metal chair in what looked like an interrogation room so there was no way of telling where this was going to go.

You had heard many stories about pro heroes beating up villains once they were in custody and even killing them. Would that be your fate now? After all you had been through, dying in an interrogation room seemed rather anticlimactic.

"What's wrong y/n? You look a little scared." Endeavor said in a low voice, interrupting your thoughts. You glared him down despite the fact that he had all of the leverage here. You wished that he could turn off his flames too, it was stupid.

"I'm not scared of you," you replied, "and you look like a real asshole with those flames around you. You think you're intimidating or something?"

He was silent for a moment, his blue eyes narrowing at you and you felt a familiar feeling in your stomach. His eyes almost looked like Dabi's when Dabi was angry that is. But it could just be your nerves getting the best of you.

"Hm, oh well. It's too bad I don't give a shit." He said, with venom in his voice. "Let's just get down to the questions."

Dabi was not usually one to panic easily. In fact he was known as someone who did not crack under pressure at all. So why was he frantically searching for a reason as to why you were not texting him back? Or why you were not back yet. After all you were four hours late now.

"Shigaraki I'm going to find y/n." He said, grabbing his black jacket from its place on the chair. "She should've been back by now."

Shigaraki sighed. "I wouldn't do that if I were you, it could be a trap."

Dabi frowned when he heard that and his anger just grew. "What do you mean?"

"She could have gotten captured by a pro and they're using her to get to you."

"So you want me to just abandon her!?" Dabi shouted out suddenly. "I will never stoop that low!"

"...No." Shigaraki said after a moment of thinking. "I just think you should be more careful about this. Have Ujiko help you, for both of your safety. Their warping quirk can help you, since Kurogiri isn't here right now."

"Shigaraki...I-I think Endeavor is the one who captured her." Dabi said, a slight tremble in his voice. He hated this, he felt so powerless right now.

"Got any proof?" The grey haired man asked. Dabi shook his head.

"No. Just a gut feeling." He said. This whole thing reeked of Endeavor, the man who was his real father. If it was Endeavor who had gotten her, then he really had to be careful. "I think I know where she might be too."

"What's your relationship with Dabi?"

"What do you care?" You asked the flame hero. "You can't detain me for having a relationship with someone you know!"

Endeavor raised an eyebrow at you. "I'm not detaining you because of that, I'm detaining you because you are a well known villain, and you have been blacklisted. It's your own fault that you're in the situation you're in. And I'm just curious about you and Dabi. Nothing more."

"Screw off." Was your blunt reply. "You're just scared because Dabi is stronger than you!"

Endeavor's stoic face suddenly flashed with anger when those words left your mouth."What the hell did you just say?"

"You heard me. His firepower is stronger than yours and you are scared of him. Because you're a coward." His hand slammed down on the top of the chair right next to your face and you flinched on instinct. An uncomfortable silence fell over you two.

He raised his head to look at you, his eyes full of an intense hatred that you had only seen once before when Shigaraki was talking about killing All Might. "I'll kill him myself, I just want you to know that. You'll have to watch him die y/n, the love of your life will die and you won't be able to do anything about it."

"Then you'll have to go through me first asshole." You replied, but before he could respond you felt a metallic tasting liquid bubble up in your throat and you gasped.

Ujiko's quirk! They found me!

The liquid surrounded you, freeing you from the handcuffs and Endeavor. Guess your nice little chat with him would have to wait for another day.

You landed with a thud on the cold concrete ground but you had never been happier to feel the fresh air on your face or to hear a certain someone's voice. "Y/n! Are you hurt, are you ok?" Dabi squatted down next to you, his clear blue eyes filled with worry. You smiled at him gratefully and put your hand on his shoulder. He took off his black jacket and put it on you, its warmth enveloping you.

"I'm fine...well now I am. Thanks to you and Ujiko...where are they?"

"Warped out of here already, little bastard." Dabi said. "I'm--I'm just so damn relieved to see you y/n. I-I..." Dabi's voice trailed off, it seemed like he was too upset to speak.

"It's alright. Everything's alright." You told him soothingly. You leaned forward and your lips connected with his. The feeling of his cold metal piercings on your lips sent shivers down your spine and he pulled you closer to him. "I love you so much Dabi, I should tell you that more often."

"I love you too y/n...I will tell you that more. I promise." Was his reply.

After a little bit you two walked back to the hideout, reunited and safe at last.
