Oct 25 of Supernatural Month

The white room with machines around patients bed. That patient was you trying to recover from the amount of blood that you have to lose.

Midoriya Izuku was cradling your hand with his two hands and press his forehead against them.

He can't stand the sight of you having wires on your body and lying there lifeless. He just hopes the blood that he donated for you, works. He was lucky that the two of you have the same blood type, along arriving on time.

With his vampire venom blood that held healing abilities would help your body recover faster.

If he took a few more minutes, it would have been too late for you to recover.

He hates himself for leaving you alone in the apartment.

He regrets having that stupid argument with you of a note that his creator has to make an attempt to break the two of you apart.

It was a love letter with a lipstick kiss on it.

You just wanted to be alone but he should have talked to you of letting him stay or should have stayed in front of the door.

If he did, you wouldn't have been in this situation in the first place.

He opens his green eyes to stare at your face, before pressing his lips against your knuckles and gently puts it back on the bed. He stands up and glares at the open window which holds his creator to smile brightly at him, sitting on the edge.

"Are you happy now? Izu~" She giggles dangerously.

Midoriya reaches underneath his shirt which reveals a wooden stake.

"I wouldn't do that. You don't wanna turn your precious toy to vampire now. Do we?" She threatens as her cat yellow eyes glow at your motionless body.

Midoriya clutched his teeth together knowing she is a lot older than him and faster. He wouldn't be able to save you from her grasp. It doesn't stop him from trying.

"Get out, Toga.

I wasn't even yours in beginning with. You gotta accept my rejection. Like or not. But I will not allow you to put another finger on [Name].

Next time, one of us is gonna be having a wooden stake through the heart." Midoriya says as his green eyes glowed dangerously.

In a snap, she is gone off his sight, as the door opens to reveal your nurse to do the normal check up on the machines.

"Are you alright? Sir." The kind nurse asks seeing him stare out of the open window.

"I am fine, just little tired." He kept his eyes on the open window, before walking toward it and closing it shut. He stares outside to see Toga waving at him happily before vanishing off to thin air.
