Quirk Abilities:
1. Can solve problems and make up many hypothesis quickly.
2. Very well deductive reasoning.
3. Her teaching abilities helps to increase one's IQ quickly, in a constant 3 points a year.
4. Instant memorization skills and research skills.

Quirk Limits:
1. The brain functions more for her quirk. So she keeps a very balance food on the dining table and has scheduled sleeping hours.
2. She has a daily intake of sugar in her leisure time especially after using her quirk. If she were not to do that, she will get stressed due to thinking much which is using her quirk. She considers sugar as her reliever.
3. She cannot increase someone's IQ if that someone is not willing to learn from her.

Looks:

Izumi is described as a beautiful widow. Her thick red hair is what makes her stood out the most. She tends to wear redblipstick that'll match her hair.

Backstory:
Izumi is found by AFO by shore in the beach. Before this, she and her husband are on a yacht, celebrating their anniversary. Yet, there were some problems that happened in the engine, halting their vacation on the ocean. Some villains who had a grudge on her husband took this opportunity to attack. The yacht was set on fire and everyone was told to evacuate. During this incident, Izumi jumped off the boat the moment it exploded, bursting in flames. Her unconscious body that has a life jacket of course, floated to the shore where AFO found her.

Of course, AFO helped her get home to her two sons that lives in the orphanage she manages. He took this chance to manipulate her due to her quirk. Still, unknown to her about AFO's identity, she befriended the said man until she got suspicious of him on their way home.

Reaching home, she had invited AFO in the area of the orphanage where she and her family owns, she had made tons of hypothesis on who AFO would be. In the dining table, she had told her sons, Yuichiro and Mikaela to head to their rooms. There, she talked to AFO telling her that she knows.

AFO declared that even if she knows about him, she's already dancing in the palm of his hand. "I know where you will go now, and I know who you are and everyone in this orphanage now. If you care for your life and everyone's life in this orphanage, you will do as I say."

Izumi had thought of numerous ways ti get out of the situation where everyone's alive and safe. So far, none came to mind, having no choice but to submit.

Not until Hyacinth came, seeing the young girl as a way to break free from AFO.

TRIVIA:
-Izumi's husband is Russian.
-After Hyacinth leaving UA, she had worked with the heroes in finding out more about AFO and LOV.
-What she is in charge of in Hyacinth is only education, yet, she taught Hyacinth some ways that AFO would never teach her.
-She was partially the reason why Hyacinth starts deciding more for herself.
-She knows AFO wants to keep Hyacinth controlled so when the time comes, Hyacinth will be easy to handle, reason why she taught Hyacinth things about love and whatnot.
-She had treated Hyacinth as her own daughter.
-She was proud of Hyacinth finally deciding things on her own.
-She is extremely strict of Hyacinth's behavior.
