Opening his eyes, Izuku felt different. He couldn't feel a rush of adrenaline or even hear the cry of the audience anymore.

Looking at his surroundings, Izuku saw his computer with its monitor turned off. His first reaction would have been to turn it on and continue working on something, but instead, he stood up from his chair and looked around the building he was in. He was just in his workshop. There were parts and gadgets lying around everywhere, but everything was turned off, it was like there was a blackout.

"Something's off," Izuku mumbled as he scratched the back of his head with his left hand. Still scratching his head, Izuku was going to pull out his phone, only to realize that his prosthetic arm was missing. "Strange... I've only taken off the arm when I go to sleep." He said as he tried to do what he did best. Think.

After thinking for a few moments, Izuku thought of two different reasons for him being stuck in his workshop. It was a prank by someone in his class or he hit his head while he was working and had forgotten what he was doing. Thinking about it more, the first reason was a bit unreasonable since only his family, Momo, and Mei even knew about his workshop.

But, all of the sudden, he heard an unfamiliar voice. "Rath is taking this too far. I'm going to take control." A soothing feminine said.

Turning to it, Izuku looked toward the lounge area of his workshop, only to see two figures. The first figure was of a woman made completely of green energy wearing a simple dress while her hair was braided down her back with a few roses acting as accessories and hair ties.

"Serena, wait until the situation absolutely demands it." A man made of white energy spoke to the woman, Serena. "Rath should know how to control himself properly."

The second figure was a man made of white energy who was taller than Izuku, but he sounded a bit on the older side from the tone of his voice. Though his knight-like armor and cape made him look like a little kid or a hero pulled out from a fairy tale.

"Do you know that for sure, Justice?" Serena asked, keeping her cool and not even seeing angered or disturbed. "After all, he is an embodiment of rage and bloodthirst. This can only be natural."

"That explains why you've never needed to take control for all of your years." He replied back to her as Serena sat down on one of the couches in the small lounge. "But, Izuku, are you just going to stand there and watch us?"

Surprised by even being mentioned, Izuku froze up and tried to think of what he could do in response. But there was still one question that remained on his mind. "Um... w-where are we?" He asked nervously as Justice grew a sympathetic look on his face and Serena turned to face him with a small smile.

Instead of answering immediately, Serena motioned for him to come closer and he nervously did so before she patted down on the couch next to her, motioning for him to sit down, again, he did so nervously. Once he was sitting down, he looked at the two people before following their gazes, leading to the television. On that screen, he saw his left hand turning red as it melted a concrete wall.

"We are in your mind and that screen is showing us the world through your eyes." Answered Serena, not even taking her eyes off the screen as she remained completely calm. "Justice and I are magnifjcations of your emotions, but right now, we're watching Rath fight against Katsuki."

Watching the screen, the group of three witnessed a concrete wall melt away by the palm of Izuku's hand. Then, Izuku walked through the hole he created and continued to walk until he reached a concrete dome.

"Justice, explain to Izuku what he needs to know. I'll get ready to switch out." The green woman said as she closed her eyes and her body started to glow brightly.

Turning toward Justice, Izuku saw the man grit his teeth and clench his fists as he watched Izuku's body burn through more concrete, this time, with an arm made of pure red flames. "So, you two are... part of my Quirk?" Izuku asked Justice, but the man didn't even take his eyes away from the screen.

"Yes. Serena has been in your head ever since you were a kid while I've only been here since that time at USJ." The caped knight replied as Izuku turned to face the screen, right as Katsuki tried to punch and explode Izuku's face. "Your Quirk can make a flame by using the absorbed heat stored in your body, but each of the spirits in your head has an additional power."

'That's cool, but... also scary...'

"Don't worry. With enough training, you'll slowly tap into your potential." He continued as the screen flashed green as a man made of red energy with horns and a cloak covering all of his body except his head.

"Why does she have so much control!?" The man shouted as he angrily stomped toward the couch Izuku wasn't sitting on.

"Rath, Serena has been here for over 10 years, there isn't any way for you to overpower her." Answered Justice, although that answer had made Rath angrier, Rath was an embodiment of anger, so there wasn't really an expectation for him to be anything but angry.

For a moment, the three remained in silence as they watched Serena calmly take over the situation at the Sports Festival before she healed the three other people near her. After she had healed Momo, she backed away and floated up into the air slightly before she encased herself in a shell of green flames.

"Looks like your time is up, Izuku. It's time to take control." Said, Justice, while Serena reappeared beside Izuku on the couch.

When she reappeared, she pulled Izuku into a hug immediately. "Just stay calm and everything will work out." She whispered, but with no context, Izuku had no idea why she wanted him to be calm in the first place.

But before he would find out, his field of vision faded into white as he went from his mindscape and back into reality.

~ Reality Shift ~

When Izuku's vision cleared up, all he could see was green flames that completely surrounded him. But immediately, what seemed like memories flashed before his eyes, all of which showed Izuku when he used his Quirk and killed Nomu. When he realized that he had actually killed someone, he started to freak out and screamed as he tried to push himself away from the flames. When he did that, he stopped floating and the flames dispersed, releasing heat back into the stadium.

"Izuku, calm down. My flames don't hurt anyone." Hearing Serena's voice somehow comforted Izuku as he fell to the ground and slowly calmed down, but really, Serena made sure he became calm since he'd probably still be hyperventilating or panicking.

Taking a few deep breaths, Izuku calmed down and stood up again, feeling no pain in his body from his fight with Eijiro from before. Looking toward his opponents, Izuku saw Katsuki using his explosions to break himself out of the concrete dome that Cementoss had encased him in. But, on the other hand, Eijiro was helping Momo up as she carried the red sphere the two teams were originally fighting over.

"Hey, Midoriya, you okay, man?" Eijiro asked as Momo stood up with no problems at all. "That was totally manly, you know! You took down Baku-bro without breaking a sweat!"

"Oh, y-yeah... I'm fine." The freckled student replied as he dusted off his uniform. "So... are we going to keep fighting?" He asked, both curious and afraid of the answer.

"Nah, you deserved the win. But next time, we won't underestimate you." The redhead replied as Momo walked over to her partner.

Looking at each other, Momo and Izuku immediately knew what they had to do. Run. But before that, Momo grabbed Izuku's utility belt and Izuku grabbed his prosthetic arm and his mask. Now, the two of them could run away. While they did so, Izuku reattached his arm using his phone to control it since the wiring in his mask had melted together during his fight. And his mask was the only piece of gear he hadn't made fire-proof, especially since it was just a few electronic parts built into a paintball mask.

After Izuku copied his map onto his phone, both he and Momo made it out of the maze with confirmed spots in the final event. Once they were out though, both were taken away from each other so Momo could get checked into the infirmary for her privacy and a solid checkup while Izuku was going to go to a private room to be safe from the press until the next round.

With Aizawa as his guide, Izuku was walking in a hallway away from all of the civilians and heroes. "Sensei, why couldn't I just be with Momo?" Izuku asked the sleepy man as the two had remained in silence for the majority of their walk.

"Less stuff for the press and it's safer." He replied simply and lazily. "Plus, I'll bet that you don't know how to use your Quirk."

Thinking about, Aizawa was right and that seemed to spark some kind of rage in Izuku, but it was quickly drowned out as he forced himself to calm down. "Then where are we going exactly?"

Instead of answering, Aizawa continued to walk for one more moment before he opened a door, revealing Eri as she watched Katsuki look for another sphere to take. And when Izuku looked into the room he looked back at Aizawa with a smile, only to be returned with a sleepy nod.

Closing the door behind him, Izuku slowly walked into the room. "Hey, Eri." He said as the little white-haired girl turned around and when she saw him, she smiled as big as she could.

"Izuku!"

A/N: Sorry this chapter is a bit short, but I didn't feel like adding more details to the whole Quirk thing. But is isn't MPD or SPD, it's just magnifications of Izuku's emotions that have sprung up over time.

So, Serena (Calm, Serenity, etc.) awakened when Izuku was four but she couldn't quite give Izuku any powers because he was sad about his Quirk not manifesting and wasn't calm. Then Justice (Heroic, Selfless, etc.) came about during USJ, but his flames power will change since most of what happened was due to ten year's worth of heat stored up. After that, Rath (Anger, Hatred, Bloodlust, etc.) awakened last chapter when Momo got hurt.

As for the rest of them, I'll reveal them in time, so see you next time, lovelies!
