"Will you come back to be a hero with me?"

"I'll always come back!"

That's what my friend said exactly eleven years ago. We haven't seen each other since they moved to (Country's Name). But I've been waiting for them ever since, and I know them well enough to know they'd never lie to me. But it isn't in their control if they can come back or not- but it's like I said, I'll be waiting for them when they do.

"Deku! what'd you make on your test?" Uraraka asked happily. "Oh...I-it's nothing much...!" I replied. "O-okay.." she said still with her bright smile. I hadn't noticed that Kacchan was glaring immensely at me. I froze in place when he got up. He walked over to me with small sparks coming out of his palm. 'What does he want now?' I ask myself, internally screaming. "I'm sick and tired of you acting all innocent Deku!! You need to man up! It pisses me off when your like this, and it pisses me off even more that you still think you can beat me!!" He yelled in my face. I totter backwards- with a gulp trying to get away from his raging self. Than we hear the door open. I turn my head with a scared expression to see a Y/h/c young lady/man in the doorway of the class. "Is this class...1-A...?" they ask huffing and gasping for air.

"Yes it is! Welcome I am Tenya Iida!" Iida says chopping his hand through the air again. They scratch the back of their neck, "Hello Iida.." Than they look at me with wide eyes. "I-Izuku..?" they ask walking over to me and Kacchan who had an even angrier expression than before. "D-do I know you?" I asked carfully trying to remember. "It's me...Y/n.." they said gesturing their hand along with their voice. "Y-Y/n...Your back!?" I gasp. "Oh my gosh you've been gone for so long. I thought I'd never see you again.." I say stepping away from Kacchan and twards Y/n. "It's been eleven years exactly..." I say looking down. "Remember what I said? 'I'll always come back!!'" They said with a bright smile. "Yeah you sure did.." I say smiling back.
