Sho was walking behind a civilian he was aiming for the women's bag so he could see what's in there. He was a thief, taking othes stuff and sell the stuff of value.

After a  while he following this women or well his 'victim ', grabbed the bag ad ran away with it. He soon bumped into (y/c/n)
