~ Another Year Later... ~

Currently, a villain was blocking downtown traffic after enlarging himself and breaking a utility pole which was swiftly caught by the punching hero, Death Arms, as a crowd gathered to watch was blocked up by the rescue specialist Backdraft, who could control water with his fire hydrant hands. But as Kamui Woods got to the scene several girls squealed, so they were probably part of his fan club; anyway, Kamui jumped to the railroad before he had to jump again to dodge the villain slamming his fist down.

All the while, Izuku stood back in the crowd before he spotted a giant woman running in the distance, so he clicked his tongue and was encased in a shroud of lightning that went unnoticed by the civilians and heroes before he quickly changed into a hoodie (hood up) and jeans instead of his school uniform.

Back to the fight, Kamui used his quirk to swing back away from the villain as he roared (villain not Kamui). Then he got back down to the railroad before jumping to dodge the villain slamming his hand down again, but this time Kamui landed on his hand before running along his arm while stretching his arm to wrap around the other wrist. Although he was thrown back as he was swinging around a bit before landing on the roof of the train station.

"Illegal use of powers during rush hour and robbery resulting in bodily injury. You are the incarnation of evil." He said as he readied his right arm for a capture technique. "Pre-emptive Binding... Lacquered Chain Prison!" He tried to capture the villain but heard two other voices from opposite sides.

"Canyon Cannon!/Meteor Crash!" A giant blonde woman and Izuku shouted as they dropkicked and punched the villain respectively, causing a shockwave that knocked the villain unconscious and in his regular form before the giant lady stumbled back a bit and Izuku landed on the broken edge of the railroad.

But the lady played it off as she picked up the villain while giving everyone a view of her behind. "Today is the day of my debut. My name is Mt. Lady. It's a pleasure to make your ass-Quaintance." She said with a seductive wink before she shrunk and the police came by, while Izuku was helping Death Arms move some of the rubble from the fight.

Once the news crew and police came, Izuku was going to leave and get his stuff out of an alleyway before returning to school but was stopped as Kamui Woods grabbed his shoulder. 'Play it cool, heroes are just other people like me.' Repeated Izuku as he turned around so the heroes couldn't see his hair or freckles, and only glowing, green eyes.

"I haven't seen you before, are you a new hero?" Kamui said friendly since he realized that Izuku helped clean up and stopped the villain from potentially crushing the civilians if Mt Lady kicked him their way.

"No, I was just in the right place at the right time." He replied as his lightning shroud continued to flash as it remained calm but a large spark happened every now and then. "Sorry, for stopping your capture though. Didn't want to see anyone hurt if that woman continued her attack," Izuku said trying not to insult the heroine in case she heard him.

Kamui nodded in response before turning to the camera crew and then looking back to see Izuku was out of sight. Although he ignored it as he talked to Death Arms about the small battle while another crew was solely focused on filming the debut of Mt Lady. As for Izuku, he grabbed his stuff out of a nearby alley before changing and acting like another civilian while running to Aldera Junior High.

~ Small Time Skip ~
~ Brought to you by Izuku breaking a punching bag by accident ~

Now, Izuku sat at his desk, staring out the window as he analyzed anything he could about Mt Lady's quirk which he presumed just increased her size and strength. Yet, none of his classmates noticed him. Although he was that one interesting person who sat by the window, so he was obviously the main character, they just kept talking about the new video of a mysterious hero and Mt Lady defeating a villain instead.

Although he heard someone watching the video and listened in on what the heroes said. "Now, Mt Lady, how do you feel about that mysterious guy who attacked the villain at the same time as you?" A reporter asked as Izuku closed his eyes to listen attentively.

"I mean, I'd like to talk to him. Other than that, I appreciate that he stopped the villain from causing more destruction and cleaning up." She said in response as Izuku felt a little proud of his actions until he heard the next part. "But he used his quirk without a license from what we know, so he could be just as bad as a villain. So unless he shows his face, we should be wary."

'Why? I broke the law to save lives yet they only see it as another possible threat.' He thought but that was soon interrupted by the bell ringing.

Fun Fact: In Japanese schools, you can't use your phone on campus. But since Izuku's school is super cheap, they won't enforce that law among others like using quirks and bullying.

So everyone stopped talking and a few put their phones away as their teacher walked into the class with a stack of papers that he set on the podium fixture at the front of the class. "Since you are all third-years, it's time to think seriously about your future. I'll pass out handouts for your future plans now, but... " The teacher paused as he threw the papers behind him and some people used their quirks subtly. "You're all... pretty much planning to go into the hero course, right?"

"Yes!" Most of the class shouted as they used their quirks except two people, a sandy-blonde big baby who was trying to take a nap and Izuku who just continued to look out the window as a small bird landed on the windowsill.

"Yes, yes, you all have wonderful quirks! But using your powers at school is against the rules!" He said yet his students continued to use their quirks, while the blonde Baka decided to wake up and talk.

"Sensei! Don't lump us all in the same group. I'm not going to be stuck at the bottom with all of these rejects!" He said as his classmates started to yell at him, but a certain bush-man could vouch for him although they scared the little bird away with their practically useless quirks. "You all shut up like the extras you are!"

"Ah! If I remember correctly, you wanted to go to U.A. High, right, Bakugo?" The teacher asked while holding a clipboard which silenced everyone as they now gasped at Katsuki Bakugo trying to get into that prestigious school. It's not the best hero school in the country for nothing, you know.

"That's exactly why you guys are just extras." He said before jumping onto his desk in a dramatic pose which looked retarded since he kept his head down and his nose higher, metaphorically of course. "I aced the mock test! I'm the only one at this school who could possibly get into U.A.! I'll definitely surpass All Might and become the number one hero! My name will be inscribed on the list of top earners!"

"Oh yeah, Midoriya wanted to go to U.A., too, right?" The teacher said which made everyone look at the mysterious, 'quirkless' person who just said 'hey' casually since he wasn't paying attention at all. But in an instant, they burst out into laughter which Izuku just brushed off since he knew this would happen eventually with his idiot of a teacher. He could say that his teacher was more oblivious to a situation than Ichika from Infinite Stratos, but that might be taking it too far.

Out of nowhere, Katsuki slammed his hand onto Izuku's desk with an explosion that broke the desk in two and made Izuku actually pay attention. "Hey, Deku! You're below the rejects! You're quirkless! How can you even stand in the same ring as me!?" He said before Izuku got up from his seat and grabbed Katsuki by his uniform before throwing him against the wall.

"Like that, now shut up. I don't want to hear you as your nose gets higher and someone puts a stick up your ass." Answered Izuku as he sat down with a completely fine desk built by anime logic.

But as the author doesn't want to put another time skip, All-Might stopped his grocery shopping to chase after a villain made of sludge who stole lottery tickets (?). Anyway, let's go back to Aldera with the main character.

After the last class ended, Izuku looked at his phone to realize news reports, discussions, and a quirk theory video was all over the internet about him and Mt Lady, the latter of which had stopped three more villains throughout the day. Once he put away his phone, he was going to put his last notebook in his oversized yellow backpack, that was salvaged after the incident two years ago. But of course, Katsuki grabbed it as he was about to put it away.

"We're not done talking, yet, Deku." He said as he held his nose high and the book away from Izuku who continued to sit down.

"Katsuki, what's that?" One of Katsuki's lackeys asked as they walked up to him, plus neither Horikoshi-sama or the author cared enough to give him a name. So Katsuki held it up for them to read it while Izuku just watched them do it. "Huh? 'Hero Analysis'? Seriously?" One of them said before both of them started to laugh.

"Just give it back." Said Izuku with his hair looming over his eyes, but Katsuki slammed two small explosions into the book. "That's mean... " He said before Katsuki threw it out the window.

In response, Katsuki just stood there while his lackeys continued to laugh at the misfortune of the overpowered main character. "Most top-string heroes have stories about them from their school days."

"Then I guess mine starts when I beat up a few bullies." The main character said as his glare cut silence a rave, but that didn't matter when he threw Katsuki into the wall for the second time before throwing his lackeys too, both of which landed on top of Katuski in a dog pile. "And you should stop acting like the main character, the reality of the matter isn't so perfect." He said before grabbing his bag and jumping out the window that his notebook went out of, only to find the bird from earlier was pulling it out of a koi pond before flying away.

With a burnt and now damp notebook, Izuku walked back home and skipped the train to think about UA's upcoming entrance exam in the time of 9 months. Yet, along the way, he walked under a tunnel and heard something moving around the sewer, so he quickly activated his 5% Star Shroud as he called it. But as he continued to walk, the sewer lid slowly oozed out a green sludge which he let ooze out as he slowly backed up and got ready for anything that came out.

A few seconds later, a creature made out entirely of green sludge was sitting under the bridge before it realized Izuku wasn't that close to it. Then it started to rush towards Izuku before he punched it, which blew it away and separated it into chunks of sludge as the sewer lid flew off and All-Might jumped out.

"Ah, Young Midoriya, thanks for taking care of him for me! I've been chasing him all day!" He said as Izuku found a soda bottle and put the villain in them. "But good job earlier! I'll see you tomorrow!" He said as Izuku handed him the villain in a bottle, which sounds like a tv commercial product.

Either way, the two waved goodbye before Izuku left for his apartment building as he opened the door to the sight of his mom cooking dinner. But she immediately ran over and hugged him once she realized he was home, but instead of the classic hug tackle, Izuku hugged his mom before lifting her up by her waist for a few seconds.

"I guess you had a nice day?" She asked as she left to go back to cooking, but Izuku looked at his mother who became chubby over the past few years yet he helped her keep a workout regimen until she could be mistaken for a high school student. No one could even tell if she was Izuku's mom or gave birth as they could easily be mistaken for siblings, and they actually have.

"Yeah, I got to see that new heroine's debut; I think her name was Mt Lady, right?" He said as he took off his shoes and took off his backpack which had a faint stitch mark where Inko sewed over. But before Izuku could go to his room, she spoke up again.

"Izuku *sigh* You shouldn't have done that this morning." She said as Izuku sweat a bit and turned around.

"Hmm, what are you talking about?" He asked innocently with a fake smile, but his mother had her arms crossed with a stern look on her face as she used her quirk to pull a knife towards her.

"You're terrible at lying, Izu. We went shopping for that hoodie just last week, too." She said with a small pout and the tv continued to play behind her. "Go get changed and we need to talk." She said as Izuku ran to his room in pure fear of his beautiful yet scary mother.

After a couple of minutes, Izuku was in jeans and a forest green muscle shirt just in case his mother dragged him along to one of her shopping sprees again. Either way, he sat down on the couch while his mother sat on a chair to the side of it, at least the knife was gone this time. "Kaa-san, I'm sorry if I worried you. I couldn't let there be a chance that anyone got hurt this morning."

"I'm not worried about that, I want to know where you got that power." She ordered as she gave Izuku a death glare that could silence the entirety of Tokyo.

"Well... Promise to keep it a secret?" He asked desperately as he knew he couldn't get out of the situation.

"Of course. Who can you trust if not your mother?" She asked as Izuku chuckled a bit.

"My power is called One For All... It was passed down to me by All-Might a year ago after I cleaned up Dagobah Municipal Beach to prepare my body for the power. And ever since then, I tried to help some people when the heroes weren't around, but today, I knew that if I wasn't there, Mt Lady would have sent some people to the hospital." He said but before his mother could say anything, a breaking news report started.

"We have breaking news! A villain is terrorizing the downtown district and currently has a hostage. The heroes are trying to negotiate, but it seems that nothing will satisfy the villain."

Once he heard that, Izuku bolted towards the door but stopped to look back once he realized his mother hadn't said anything. "Go, Izu. Make me proud and be the hero you always wanted to be." She said as Izuku shed a tear and nodded, before jumping down the apartment complex.

In a matter of seconds, Izuku used his quirk to get to the scene, where he saw the sludge villain again but he held a black-haired girl in his grasp, though she seemed barely conscious at the moment. While the heroes were all hanging back and holding back the civilians and Death Arms tried to reason with the thing, but of course, a perfectionist prick showed up and blasted his way through the crowd.

Then a blonde idiot, made his way into the scene as he flew towards the sludge with a crazed expression plastered on his face before he got close to the villain and started to try to use his explosions to blast the sludge apart. All of which, only resulted in spreading out the sludge as it grabbed him along with the girl, but still the heroes didn't do a thing about it.

"Two specimens, one with a strong quirk too!" The villain said like a mad scientist before Izuku used his Star Shroud which made green lightning around his body.

"Useless heroes... " he said as the crowd turned back to face him, but he quickly jumped up to a lamp post and used it to propel himself onto the scene without harming the crowd. "You greedy bastards all just want money and fame... never had the sense to help a person out just because." He said as the lightning around his body grew violent and sporadic until his right arm glowed, outlining his veins.

"Kid, you're going to get hurt! Get away!" Death Arms shouted as Izuku looked back but didn't say anything.

Instead, he reeled his fist back as he became closer to the villain in an instant before punching the sludge yet only barely touching it. "Meteor Crash!" He yelled as a gigantic gust of wind was created from the sheer force of his punch, blowing the villain away along with the hostages but Izuku grabbed the girl before she was blown away. "Everyone alright!?" Izuku shouted as he was seen holding the black-haired girl bridal style and the sludge was spread throughout the street while Katsuki was blown away and laying in the street unconscious.

But he didn't get a response as everyone was speechless at his display, then his maroon arm and green eyes started to glow gold before his body healed and the girl in his arms woke up perfectly fine. "Umm... y-you could p-put me down now." The girl in his arms said with a blush before Izuku set her down with a similar blush on his freckled cheeks. "T-Thanks." She said before both she and Izuku left the scene out of embarrassment and fear respectively.

So, you could see Izuku jumping through streets and alleys with his lightning shroud before he finally got home. Where he watched several heroes talking to reporters about not trusting him because he doesn't have a license, let Katsuki get injured, and didn't think about the lives of people who were in the buildings or on the street. Yet, he ignored it and just stayed home with his mom until the heat died down, or until he heard a knock on the door.

And behold, Yagi Toshinori was at the Midoriya apartment before Izuku let him in and he sat on the chair. "Sensei, what are you doing here?" Izuku asked frantically as Inko walked in from the kitchen and the small family sat on the couch.

"I guess you told her already?" He asked in response which got a nod from both of them. "Then here, *hands envelope* got it straight from the government, something about being a hero when no one else would." He said before chuckling and getting up to leave. "Young Izuku, good luck and you're free for today."

"Thank you, sensei." He said respectively as Yagi was at the door.

"Told you to call me Yagi, didn't I? You may be my student but you've surpassed me already and will continue to do so." He said before closing the door behind them, leaving the two green-haired family members to themselves.

But as Izuku just looked at the door, he felt a wave of nostalgia and a rapid yet powerful pulse throughout his body. "Izuku, why don't you open the envelope?" Inko interrupted as he nodded, before pulling out a small check and a license, then reading the letter that was also included.

" *Reading letter* Izuku Midoriya, for your bravery and defeating a villain when no other hero would, you have been given a temporary hero license and a small check for your accomplishments. This shall only be known to UA high and the government, but you have been given a recommendation and shall be allowed to deal with any kind of villains that you may come across. Congratulations, but please go to the police station to receive a form from Detective Tsukauchi, the rest shall be explained there." He read as he was hugged by his mom and returned the gesture before the two started to cry.

"My little boy is a hero."

~ A New Hero Arises! ~

A/N: So I'm happy how this is turning out so far, but if you read this you'll notice that I'm theming Izuku's super moves around stars and meteors because I honestly think the fanboy would want his own super moves.

Questions
I'm not making this a harem, but two girls will love Izuku. Which girl should he meet first, Itsuka Kendo or Momo Yaoyorozu?

Also, do you want more music with the story? Mainly OSTs/Instrumentals because no one is singing as far as I know.
