So, after the whole entrance exam, I got pretty bored and looked for a way to start my hero career a bit early. But the only ways that I see seem to be becoming popular or being a vigilante. Well, if I become popular, I'll be seen as the very heroes that I don't want to be, but as a vigilante, I'll be seen as a villain trying to be a hero.

I don't see the bad side to either being too harmful to my dream but might as well start with singing since one of my quirks works for it. Also, I have to make some kind of big entrance as a hero, maybe I could start both careers at the same time.

Time Skip ~ Next Week

Well, for vigilante work I've decided to use the shapeshifting part of my Kitsune Physiology quirk and give myself white hair again while using the blonde form as my hero form.

Although I was a bit nervous when Hestia-sama said she liked the form, I had more important things to attend to. Maybe like the rhino guy that was rampaging around the city.

"Hey, big guy, what do they call you?" I asked as I held his horn before he charged into another building.

"The name's Rhino!" He said as he slugged a punch towards me, but I dodged it.

"Well, I'm Omni, but you aren't very original," I said before I flew up and got ready to sing and fight at the same time.

I then shot fire from both my hands and tails, but they barely burnt his hide. When he started to fall, he turned it into a charge aimed at me and I prepared to intercept it.

I charged back at him, but before we hit each other, I flew behind him and grabbed his leg. Then I spun him around and threw him into the open street.

Once Rhino was in the street, he went insane and started to thrash, but I used my insanity-inducing ability on hin so that was expected. So while he thrashed about, I took the time to escort civilians out of the area.

When I finished evacuating the civilians I got ready to unleash a large stream of fire.

I continued to sing as I shot blue fire from my mouth, hands, and tails towards Rhino.

The Rhino was unconscious and his hide was burnt but I ran off into an alleyway as I transformed back to Izuku. But when I transformed back, I almost lost consciousness from that battle, maybe I shouldn't use that kind of firepower unless it's necessary. Either way, I walked back to the cafe and was met with the sight of Yu Takeyama and Yagi Toshinori waiting for me.

"H-Hey, Takeyama-san, Toshinori-sensei, did you need something?" I asked nervously as I just stood in front of the door.

"Yeah, why were you fighting a villain? You do know that using your quirk without a license is against the law." Toshinori-sensei said as he turned the tv to a news network covering my battle with the Rhino.

"Sensei, think about this for a minute. If I didn't do anything, the civilians would have gotten hurt and the heroes wouldn't have gotten there in time or just made excuses like 'His hide is too tough' or 'I might hurt the civilians'," I said as I made Takeyama-san's peach ice cream and Toshinori-sensei his plate of dango.

"I know that, but they could put you in jail for this kind of stuff."

"I don't care! Even if they put me in jail or even kill me, as long as I know people are safer because of me, I can rest easy," I said before turning to the tv and listening to their commentary.

"This fox-girl going by the name of Omni just single-handedly take down a villain that was suspected to be on par with Crimson Riot's defense. Although, we believe that this girl was a vigilante and would most likely be hiding in a different form among us." A male reporter said before the camera shifted to looking at his female peer.

"That may be true, but if you look at the footage they prioritized subduing the villain safely after evacuating everyone in the vicinity. Also, by the looks of it, they knew that they would have to use their super move and even chose to get the civilians to safety instead of continuing their show. So, if you do find whoever this Omni is, putting them in jail would be a crime to society. Hell, they saved innocent lives and defeated a villain which would take a team of other pro heroes to defeat, so let them do their thing."

"Toshinori-sensei seems like people are split about what to do with Omni. Some say they are a vigilante and others say they are a hero. So, can I keep doing this?" I said before thinking about Eri and how I saved her just a year ago.

Flashback ~ 1 year ago

It's already closing time, but I heard a loud crash and the clanging of metal objects outside. So I went outside and followed the noises into an alleyway where a little white-haired girl was running away from a black-haired man with a beak.

Then the little girl went behind me and hid behind my legs. "Sir, what did you do this girl?"

"We were just playing a little game, no scram kid."

"Sorry, but I don't think a game makes a child scared of someone this much. Now, I'll just give her to the proper authorities-" I was cut off as he slammed my mouth closed with his hand.

"Now, shut it, kid. I don't need unnecessary attention. How about you take a little nap?" He said as I felt my mouth deteriorate and time distorts, but that didn't matter as I was pulled into my mindscape.

"Hestia-sama, can you send me back in time just this once?"

"Well, you're missing out on another quirk then."

"I know, but I don't want to scare that girl right now with some new quirk I don't know how to use."

"Alright, rewind NOW!"

Rewind ~ 30 seconds

"Now shut it, kid-" I interrupted him by changing into my Kitsune form and surrounding my tail around both of his hands.

"Overhaul, leave her alone. You'll never beat me. If you strike me down, I'll just come back twice as strong as before." I said while making a blue fireball appear in my hand. "Now Scram!" 

After I let him go, he walked away slowly. "Come on, I'll take you to my home and maybe Kaa-san could adopt you," I said with a smile gracing my lips directed at the girl behind me.

Flashback End

"Toshinori-sensei, I just don't want anyone to suffer like Eri did, ... or even myself," I said with a single tear coming from my eye as I remembered my father.

"*Sigh* Well, it can't be helped now. Just do what you want without getting into too much trouble before school starts." Toshinori-sensei said before he left the cafe.
