It was Valentine's day as Hannah would be new to the school,everybody would have had a date by the time the holiday came by,so she was pretty much by herself,except for talking to a couple of friends she made a couple days earlier.

Girl #1:hey Hannah,do you have a date for the dance tonight?

Hannah:nope,I'm pretty much single.

Girl #2:well,the two of us have dates for the night,aren't they pretty cute?

Hannah:yeah,they are,I'll probably go,but I'll be by myself,I don't really need a date or anybody special,plus,I'm still new,so everything would probably go fast if someone did ask me out.

Girl #1:well,I guess we'll see you tonight.

Girl #2:yeah,see you later Hannah.

Hannah:see you guys later.

Her to friends would leave to their next class as Hannah would lean against her locker with a sigh.
