So, mc was born in Japan, since that is where the main story takes place. The mc grows up differently from the rest of the children. Certain things would be easier or harder to do than the norm.

When mc turned three, a trickle of memories slowly flows through their head. Every year after, they would gain certain memories of different people they were from their past lives.

Naturally they can't be from the same era as  each other. If the mc has the memories of Naruto, they can't also have Boruto's, Minato's or even Madara's as they still had a form of life while Naruto was alive.

Another thing, they need to have been the opposite gender at least once. Reason? Take Bakugou for example. If he was Natasha Romanov, he could have his instincts increased as they would be from her danger sense. Something she trained since the red room. It could also explain a lot of his combat forms. Reason for his anger? Broly. If you are a Bakugou fan like me, you could use Sasuke instead of Naruto to explain why he hides his true self or why he has to put up an act the entire time.
