When You Go Grocery Shopping
❤️ TodoDeku 💚
Grocery shopping with Shoto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya wasn't too difficult but it wasn't easy either...
Shoto didn't really have any experience when it came to grocery shopping, his mother usually went on her own (to have some sort of escapism) or she'd have it delivered. He didn't really know how it worked. He knew you get what you want and then go to the cash register to pay for the goods but he didn't know how to make a list. How he knew what they needed for the week. It seemed almost foreign for Shoto to go shopping.
So whenever they went shopping, Shoto often put more things than they needed into the shopping cart. He didn't even confer with his boyfriend either, he saw something, wanted it and puts it in the cart without a second thought. He didn't care about the price. He didn't care what brand or make it was. It was food at the end of the day.
Izuku groans and almost pulls at his leaf green locks as he notices Shoto putting rabbit food into the cart. The greenette arching a brow toward his dense and rather oblivious boyfriend while his daughter nibbles on a cookie holding his hand.
"Sho, what's the rabbit food for?" Izuku asks crossing his arms over his chest arching a brow, "We don't have a rabbit,"
"Not yet," Shoto says with a sheepish smile, rubbing the back of his neck with a nervous chuckle before looking to his daughter to help change the conversation, not really wanting to face the wrath of his boyfriend, "Shall we go look at the candy, cinder?"
Before Izuku could get another word in, Shoto darts down the aisle with (Y/n) holding his hand. The little girl in a fit of laughter as she notices her mother's forehead twitch slightly in annoyance. The greenette shaking his head as he pushes the rabbit food back into its place before walking off to continue the shop.
At least with Shoto out the way, Izuku could have a somewhat peaceful grocery shop.
In the candy section, (Y/n) feels like she's in heaven. A bright smile on her lips as she jumps happily holding her fathers hand. Shoto looking over the candy with a fond smile, letting his little girl pick whatever she wanted. The red and white haired male picks out Izuku's favourite candy as a sort of peace offering to excuse his inability to grocery shop before turning on his heel and heading toward his boyfriend. The male hugging him from behind to show the little bag of candy making Izuku smile softly.
"Okay, you're forgiven," Izuku hums kissing his cheek as Shoto puts it in the cart before looking around for their little girl, "Where's (Y/n)?"
"Uh... she was with me in the candy bit... I thought she was with me," Shoto says sheepishly as he looks around, sending Izuku a small nervously smile, "Maybe she's—"
"You lost her?! Sho! I told you to keep a hold of her hand!" Izuku yells, rubbing his temple as she shakes his head and storms off with the cart, ignoring Shoto's inaudible sounds of protest, "Why can't we just got one grocery shop without losing her?!"
"She can't be far, there's nothing to worry about," Shoto says traipsing after him with a sigh, gulping as Izuku glares toward him, the greenette's forest green eyes staring at the younger male who bites his lip, "Babe, I have created a system with her so if I do leave her, she goes to a certain point,"
"And where's that?!" Izuku asks crossing his arms over his chest, glaring toward his boyfriend as he fumbles with his hands, "Hm? Sho! I don't have all day!"
"Dairy aisle," Shoto replies with a sigh, heading past his boyfriend to go to the dairy aisle. The pair weave and push through other shoppers, ignoring their glares and their little curt insults, wanting to get to their little girl before Izuku blew a gasket. The dual haired male pushes past some shoppers before stopping by the milk looking around.
Still no sign of (Y/n)...
Izuku glares toward Shoto, nudging his boyfriend with the end of the cart making Shoto stumble slightly. The greenette was in no means impressed. His green eyes filling with worry as he pulls away from the cart and begins walking through the store. The male pushing past shoppers and ignoring fan girls and fan boys alike, his mind set on finding his child.
"Daddy; you left me again," (Y/n) exclaims with a giggle, skipping to her father who happily takes her into his arms and kisses her cheek, "You're very forgetful daddy,"
"I know, baby girl, daddy's sorry," Shoto says softly, rubbing her back as she leans against his chest, the male kissing her forehead softly, "Good girl for being calm and heading where I told you to, mama's gonna kick my ass when we get home,"
"Oh there you are!" Izuku sighs in relief as he walks over, kissing his daughters cheek with a small smile, "Are you okay?"
"Mama, I'm fine," (Y/n) says with a giggle, placing her candy in the cart before looking up at Shoto with a bright smile, "Daddy and I made a pinkie promise that if I get lost I go to dairy aisle,"
"Well, you're not coming shopping with me anymore,"...
"Wha —"...
"I don't think I can take losing her in a store anymore,"...

Going grocery shopping with Denki Kaminari was one of the most fun things to do during the week. Shopping, for everyone and normal people, was boring. It wasn't fun. Sure, you get to look at food but you spend hours in a shop, having shopping cart wars with others and trying to manoeuvre the cart through flooded aisles. So Denki decided to make it ten times more fun than it would normally would be.
Where's the fun of doing anything without making a fool of yourself?
So here the electric blonde was, grinning to himself as he runs with the shopping cart before jumping his feet onto the bar at the bottom. Flying through the car park without a care in the world, laughing to himself while (Y/n) claps her hands with a bright smile. Denki making car noises as they get into the store, chuckling to himself as (Y/n) bounces happily in the little seat.
Humming softly to himself, Denki pushes the trolley along the aisle, looking at the little grocery list in his hand (something that Bakugo had to help him with). Stopping as he gets to the dairy section, making brake noises as he pulls the trolley to a halt. (Y/n) squealing with giggle as the electric blonde swerves the cart by the milk so he's not in the way. After pressing a soft kiss to her button nose, Kaminari looks toward the milk and holds out some long life milk and some skimmed milk. The blonde looks toward his tired violet haired boyfriend.
"Which one?" Denki asks looking toward him, showcasing each milk with a goofy grin before humming, "Maybe we should get ourselves a cow? That would save money on milk wouldn't it?"
"You know how much money a cow is?" Toshi asks taking the long life milk and placing it in the trolley, running a hand over his face to try and wake himself up, "They're a good thousand or so,"
"Damn... didn't realise Bakugo was priced that high," Denki says innocently, grinning as he notices Hitoshi choking on a laugh, (Y/n) covering her mouth to try and silence her giggles, "Anyway~ Where to next baby girl? What's the list say?"
"It says... n — noodles!" (Y/n) says looking happy with herself as she reads the list, giggling as Denki shakes the trolley to 'start it up' before swerving away from the dairy and making car noises toward the dry food section, pulling up by the noodles, "Ramen noodles!"
"Ooh! Instant ramen!" Denki hums, picking up a couple of instant ramen cups and dropping them into the cart. The blonde ignoring the little disappointed arch of a brow from his violet haired boyfriend before turning to the ramen on the shelf and debating what brand he takes, "Mmm... do I spoil us a bit this week with the expensive one or do we go poor and get the cheap shit?"
"Cheap shit is good, babe," Hitoshi says with a small chuckle, kissing his cheek, "Look at you,"
"Wha — hey!" Denki whines, pouting toward his boyfriend as he places a couple of packets down onto the cart, "You're so mean to me, Toshi,"
"Where to next, kitten?" Toshi asks his daughter, ignoring the little raspberry Denki blows toward him with a pout, "Coffee pods?"
"No... it says... uh... bread!" (Y/n) replies with a giggle, smiling up at Kaminari as he runs down the aisle and jumps up, letting the cart roll on its own. Hitoshi follows him slowly behind, the male walking and letting Denki roll off with the cart, "Wheee!"
As Denki rolls up to the bakery section, (Y/n)'s eyes land on the donuts and the cookies and the pastries on the racks. Her eyes sparkling with nothing but want as she looks toward her parents, a cheeky grin on her lips as she watches them bicker of a loaf of bread. Denki wanting a much more expensive one compared to a normal loaf of bread.
With her parents distracted, (Y/n) grabs a packet of cookies and drops it onto the cart with a giggle. Her hands then grabbing a bag of donuts and placing them in the cart and then grabbing some eclairs and placing them down. Her eyes sparkling with glee as she goes back to fiddling with the shopping list when her parents place the bread in the cart and walk off toward the snacks and treats section.
"What candy do you want baby?" Denki asks tilting his head with a smile, kissing her nose as she looks toward the reams and reams of candy on the shelves, "Gummy bears? Mochi?"
"Mochi sucks kitten, don't get mochi," Hitoshi says as he walks toward the cart with his coffee pods for their coffee machine, "Ooh, fruit chews,"
Giggling, (Y/n) picks up her favourite candy and placing it in the cart before smiling as they head toward the cash registers. Denki and Hitoshi filling the conveyer belt with their grocery shop as the cashier scans the food through. The woman at the counter sticking her tongue out playfully toward the little girl who giggles and does it back. As the total flashes up, Denki tilts his head. It was a couple over their normal budget...
What did they get extra?
Confused yet not wanting to cause a fuss, Denki pays for it and heads toward the car with a small hum. The boy looking over the receipt and muttering to himself as he looks over it before seeing the cookies, the eclairs and the donuts.
"Um, Miss (Y/n), did you put some things in there without us knowing?" Denki asks arching a brow, chuckling as (Y/n) innocently shakes her head and nibbles on her candy, "Kitten, don't lie,"
"It was daddy!"...
"Daddy doesn't eat sweet things,"...
"Then it was papa!"...

Shota stands in front of the coffee section with his arms crossed over his chest, an irritated groan leaving his lips as he rubs the bridge of his nose. Beside him stood Hitoshi, the male scratching his cheek as he looks over the countless brands of coffee. Both father and son of the Aizawa - Yamada family trying to decide on what caffeinated drink they'll have for the upcoming week.
At the shopping cart, waiting rather impatiently, stood Hizashi and Eri with (Y/n) in the little seat in the cart. The trio pouting toward their parent and brother. As always, Hitoshi joined the family for grocery shopping to sort out his own as well. The violet haired males boyfriend, Kaminari, was in the furniture section asleep on one of the beds. The two always spent ages by the coffee section. Deciding on what they would have for the week. It was coffee! What did they have to think about?
Apparently, a lot.
The loud blonde sighs in exasperation as he slumps against the handlebars of the shopping cart. A whine leaving his lips as Shota picks one up before putting it back with a shake of his head. Just pick a goddamn coffee brand, Shota!, Hizashi internally screams to his tired boyfriend. Why did he have to take so much time?! Coffee is coffee!
"Ugh! Shota!" Hizashi whines, jumping up and down like an unhappy toddler, the cart shaking slightly with his movements, "Just pick a damn coffee and be happy with it,"
"Zashi, shhh," Shota hums disregarding his blonde boyfriend as he mutters to himself about one of the coffee pods. Hitoshi taking one from the shelf to look at the package before tilting his head and nodding to himself, putting that in his own cart, "This one will do,"
"Oh it will, will it?" Hizashi asks narrowing his eyes toward his boyfriend who nods and yawns, stretching his arms over his head, "You wanna spend an hour at the choosing the milk and cheese too?"
"Oh shut it," Shota replies, sticking his tongue out as he places his chosen coffee into the cart before walking down the aisle way ahead of his family, "I'm gonna go sleep on the display beds,"
"Wha — Sho?!" Hizashi whines, watching as his boyfriend rids himself of his shoes before climbing into one of the display beds, one of the king size double display beds, with a small hum, "Oh my god... Sho! They're not there for that!"
"Then why put beds in the middle of the store?!" Shota asks, his hair draping over his face as he snuggles into the display bed and falls asleep in a matter of seconds. In the bed beside his slept Denki Kaminari.
"Unbelievable," Hizashi mutters shaking his head as he runs his fingers through my hair with a small sigh.
"Can I sleep too, daddy?" (Y/n) asks tilting her head toward her father who shakes his head making her pout. The little girl whining, "But why can Papa go sleep?"
"Because Papa has no shame," Hizashi replies heading away from Shota to continue the grocery shopping with his two girls. The blonde heading toward the meat section to grab some pork and chicken for their dinners this week, "Shall we have pork or chicken steaks tomorrow?"
"Pork!" Eri and (Y/n) chant in unison with a bright smile, the girls giggling toward their father as he picks out the pork steaks before placing them in the cart. Hizashi kisses his daughters nose gently before heading down the aisle to the pizza bit.
"Right girls, pick what pizzas you want," Hizashi says with a smile, chuckling as Eri pulls out three pizzas and dunks them into the cart without a second thought. The loud blonde picking out pizzas that (Y/n) points to and placing them in the cart, "There we go, now we better go wake papa up before we get to checkout,"
As the trio heads towards Shota to wake him up and take him home, they all freeze at the sight of Denki being talked to by a member of staff. Another member trying to wake up Shota. Hizashi shakes his head and then does a U - turn toward the cashier registers.
"Daddy! What about papa?"...
"Pretend you don't know him,"...

Going shopping with Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki was one of the most hardest things to do ever. Even harder than when All Might faces All For One. Harder than when Midoriya faced Muscular or Overhaul or even Shigaraki. It was like pulling teeth out. Having an easy grocery shop with them was almost impossible. Like getting blood out of a stone.
Katsuki is normally already on edge as it is when they go shopping. Other shoppers just manage to rub Katsuki up the wrong way. Always getting in his way as he's trying to manoeuvre through the aisle. Always muttering insults toward him (Shoto sometimes having to hold him back from time to time to prevent a scandal). Katsuki hates going out grocery shopping but it's the only way Shoto can get him away from hero work and training. However, what doesn't help Katsuki's little angry outbursts is a certain someone.
A one Todoroki Shoto...
Not on purpose, completely by accident, Shoto provokes Katsuki in the smallest of ways. He doesn't even realise it sometimes. The red and white haired male didn't mean to provoke his boyfriend. He didn't want to provoke him either. Todoroki just preferred things that Katsuki didn't like.
So here they were, Katsuki close to blowing the supermarket up while Shoto close to freezing the dry food aisle and making it into an ice heaven.
The pair of them arguing over noodles.
(Y/n) sits in the shopping cart, almost bored out of her mind, as she watches her parent bicker back and forth. Her head looking toward Katsuki before flitting to Shoto before going back to Katsuki. Like a tennis match, her head watching the tennis ball. The girl gently sucking on a lollipop as she watches her mother almost rip his boyfriends head off. The flavour of strawberry entering her taste buds.
"Babe, we always have soba noodles!" Katsuki deadpans, running his fingers through his blonde locks in frustration as he glares toward his boyfriend who holds soba noodles, "Can't we have udon or ramen for once?!"
"I don't like udon," Shoto replies calmly, pouting somewhat childishly toward his submissive boyfriend, "Come on Kat, you know you love the soba,"
"Yes I do but it's getting tiring babe, I'd like a change of noodle," Katsuki replies, almost screaming at himself as to why he's arguing with his boyfriend over something so simple like noodles, "It's just for one week,"
"I don't want udon or ramen, I want soba," Shoto whines, pouting toward Katsuki as the blonde shakes his head and refuses to let Shoto have his way, "Please baby... I don't want udon!"
"Why don't you just get both?" (Y/n) asks, interrupting their bickering, the pair looking toward their daughter who shrugs, "I'm just bored and I wanna get home to watch Spongebob,"
"We're not buying both," Katsuki says looking toward Shoto's hopeful face, chuckling as the male deflates at that, "Udon or ramen, no soba,"
"Babe, we're literally rich, why can't we buy both?" Shoto asks with a pout, throwing the soba noodles into the cart anyway and ignores his boyfriends yells of protest as he grabs the handlebars and walks off down the aisle, "Come on, snowflake, lets go buy some vegetables before your mother makes an argument over that too,"
"Wha — Hey! I'm just being money conscious you little shit!" Katsuki yells charging after his boyfriend and hitting him upside the head making (Y/n) giggle, "Put the damn soba away,"
"No," Shoto says simply, kissing his boyfriends cheeks before zooming down the aisle with the cart, making (Y/n) squeal with laughter, "How about we get you some treats? Chocolate?"
Nodding happily, (Y/n) smiles brightly up at her father. The girl dancing in the chair of the shopping cart as Shoto pushes the cart toward the treat section and pulling out a couple of bags of candy and placing them in the cart. To spite Katsuki. The male ignoring the explosive blonde trying to get his attention.
"Shoto! Put the damn soba away!"...
"Mama! Buy both! I wanna go home!"...
💙 ShigaDabi 💜
There were often times when both Shigaraki and Dabi were more than happy to be villains. Both of them would rather stay indoors instead of go outside to do things. Especially when it came to shopping. They didn't want to endure the hassle of going to a large supermarket full to the brim of people (heroes and civilians alike). They didn't want the hassle of having shopping cart wars with other civilians. So they decided to take a different approach to it all.
Instead of having Fuyumi or Natsuo get their grocery shopping, since they've already done a lot for the villain couple, they decided to have their shopping ordered online. It saves hassle. It saves time. It saves brainpower and energy. They didn't even have to leave their base in order to sort out what they needed for that week. All they had to do was open a website, type what they wanted and order it. Choose a time slot, make sure they're home and then collect the bags.
The perks of being a villain.
With a small hum, Dabi opens up their tattered laptop on his lap and unlocks it with his passcode. The scarred male opening the browser and cursing under his breath at the questionable opened tab. What if (Y/n) had opened the laptop? Shaking his head, Dabi types in the supermarket they were buying from before signing into his account. Ready to order food. The male instantly typing in the types of fruit he wants.
"If you guys want anything in the shop, can you come here!" Dabi yells out from the bedroom, the male already adding his fruit and vegetables to the list before looking toward the line of villains ready to place their wishes, "Toga, I ordered pomegranates, you need anything else?"
"That'll be all, thank you," Toga says with a smile, skipping out the room as she hums a small song to herself.
The grocery shop wasn't just for Shigaraki, Dabi and (Y/n). It was for the whole league. They all lived together under one roof, it was only fair they had one big bulky grocery shop for them all instead of three or five of them. Dabi often adding essentials to the basket beforehand so everything is there. The League works together to get their head above water. They're a family through and through.
"Can you get that spicy chicken seasoning we got last week?" Shigaraki asks leaning his head on his boyfriends shoulder as he snuggles his, the bluenette growing more and more clingy as the days go past, "That chicken you made the other day was really good,"
"Course baby," Dabi hums with a smile, kissing the bluenettes cheek softly as he inputs the order, the male chuckling as he feels the bed dip and a little body quickly crawling up the bed, "Hey baby girl,"
"You want anything this week, sweetie?" Shigaraki asks pulling his daughter into his arms and kissing her cheek as she snuggles, "Any treats?"
"Cookies!" (Y/n) exclaims happily with a giggle, her sweet tooth talking, as she points toward the chocolate chip cookies as well as the chunky white chocolate cookies, "Thank you daddy!"
"You're welcome, baby," Dabi hums kissing her forehead as he sorts out the time slot for the delivery, "There we go, all done!"
"Ooh! Dabi! Can you add some udon noodles?" Magne asks poking her head into the bedroom sending Dabi a nervous smile as he groans, "Thank you darling, hey baby girl, you ready to play hairdressers?"
"Yeah!" (Y/n) says with a giggle, kissing her parents cheek as Dabi tries to adjust their order muttering under his breath, "Auntie Magne's gonna cut my hair, daddy!"
"Don't take too much off, only tidy the ends Magne," Dabi calls out looking toward the big lipped female who smiles and picks up her niece, "Thank you,"
"I know what I'm doing, Dabi," Magne says sticking her tongue out. The transgendered female appointed as the little girls hairdresser since she was the only one that Dabi could trust who wouldn't ruin her hair, "Then we'll do a face mask? Maybe papa can join in?"
"You're not putting a face mask on me, Magne,"...
"But papa!"...
"Get rid of the puppy eyes! You know I can't say no!"...
❤️ KiriMina 💖
Mina Ashido lives and breathes shopping. Whether it be grocery shopping or clothes shopping or party shopping or gift shopping. Mina knew what she was doing, she knew what to get and where to go. She knew where the best quality products were and where to get the best deals. So grocery shopping, despite how boring and mundane it is, was right up Mina's street.
So Eijiro left the shopping up to his girlfriend.
A small smile plays on the redheads lips as he watches Mina ponder over the vegetables displayed before her. The girl biting her lip in though as she picks up a rather large beefy tomato, studying it before shaking her head and grabbing the smaller tomatoes to put into the cart. Pressing a kiss to her little girls nose.
"What do you want in your bento this week, Princess?" Mina asks as she rolls the cart a little further toward the vegetables that she knew (Y/n) would eat, "You want any sushi? Omurice?"
"Hmm... can I have some rice please mama?" (Y/n) asks tilting her head as she picks out what vegetables she'll have with her rice, assorting from peppers to green beans, "Thank you,"
"Now let's go to the meat aisle so daddy can choose what he wants," Mina hums with a giggle, skipping down the aisle with as she grooves to the music playing lightly in the grocery store. The pinkette wiggling her hips as she walks down the aisle with her daughter shaking in the seat and doing some dance moves that she's learnt in her newly taken dance classes.
Before Mina could have a look at the meat, Eijiro is there in a heartbeat. The buff male ushering his girlfriend forward a bit, pressing a kiss to her cheek with a smile as they get to the more organic and more good quality meats.
Eijiro always knew what meat he wanted.
Despite Mina knowing what to buy and what not to buy, Eijiro wouldn't let her decide on what meat to buy. That was his job. Poultry and meat and all things protein was in Eijiro's field. The redhead always had a meal plan for the week ahead to keep up with his training regime and for when he was bulking up and toning down. Food was often Eijiro's forte. The guy went to the gym almost every day, he was going to know a thing or two about health.
Giggling to herself, Mina watches her boyfriend stand over the chicken, beef, pork and lamb. The redhead picking up a whole chicken and looking over the footprint of the chicken, where it came from and how it was reared. Eijiro always took pride in what he was eating, he didn't mind spending that bit extra either.
"Pork or beef, babe?" Eijiro asks as he places some chicken wings and chicken breasts into the cart before going back to the shelves, "What do you fancy?"
"Wouldn't mind pork this week, we had beef last week," Mina says with a smile, giggling as Eijiro grabs a piece of pork as well as some pork steaks and placing them into the cart, "Alright?"
"Yeah, that's good enough," he says with a smile, and pulls his daughter out of her seat in the cart, "Lets stretch your legs a bit baby girl,"
As they continue the grocery shop, (Y/n) leans against her daddy's leg with a tired yawn. Mina and Eijiro often did their grocery shopping during the evening to avoid any unwanted run ins with civilians. Shops were often a desert land in the evenings, which was a plus for the family. Eijiro and Mina were often against being stopped by civilians and fans whenever they were off duty.
Off duty time was family time, after all.
Before heading to the checkouts, Mina innocently saunters toward the gin and the wine and the alcohol. The girl completely ignoring her boyfriends arch of a brow while (Y/n) giggles. Mina loves her wine and her gin and her party drinks. Every weekend she'd have a glass of wine to treat herself. Why not? She works hard everyday, why couldn't she treat herself? Eijiro chuckles gently as Mina bites her lip in concentration, the girl muttering to herself on what she fancies.
"Hmmm.. do I go for red or white?" Mina mumbles to herself, pouting toward her daughter as she squeaks with giggles, "Mama likes her wine, princess, it's her happy juice,"
"Uncle Kacchan says wine is icky,"...
"Yeah, well, Uncle Kacchan is a big party pooper who doesn't know what fun is,"...
❤️ KiriBaku 🧡
Kirishima hates grocery shopping with his boyfriend and daughter. He loves them to pieces, don't get him wrong, but they both make shopping ten times more difficult than it needs to be. Shopping isn't supposed to be hard! He doesn't understand why they have to come with them. Eijiro would be more than happy doing the grocery shop on his own, so Katsuki and (Y/n) could have some father - daughter bonding time. It wasn't that he hates his boyfriend... it's just...
Katsuki was a terrible person to shop with!
The explosive blonde wasn't a people's person, that was a fact. Shopping with Katsuki Bakugo was more than a chore, it was a job and a half. Katsuki was a victim of starting many arguments with other civilians. He didn't care who they were, man or woman, old or young, he would start an argument if they ever managed to tick him off. Then, he'd be rather picky about what foods he wanted and what brand they should have and almost make a scene in every aisle.
(Y/n) wasn't any better. The girl was an angel until it got to treats or candy. There were some moments where (Y/n) often argued with another child over candy. When the other child took it before her, or when they took the last one when she was about to pick it up. The little girl never took any prisoners. She didn't care who they were, if they messed with her candy then they mess with her.
So here Eijiro was, tempted to yank his his hair off as he leans against the shopping cart. His red eyes full of annoyance as he watches his boyfriend and daughter looking at the candy. Red Riot had a lot of patience. He prides himself on being a patient person as being impatient with others is often seen as hostile and unmanly. But god did he wish that he could abandon his manly ways right now.
Katsuki didn't mind (Y/n) having sweet things, kids adore candy and treats after all. What Katsuki didn't mind, was that (Y/n)'s favourites were rather high in sugar and quite unhealthy. She didn't get the bite size bags either, she got her mother to buy her the big sharer bags and she had to to herself!
So here the blonde was, pulling out a smaller packet of candy that (Y/n) had chosen in bigger bag form. The little girl pouting toward her father. Why did she need a tiny bag? That wasn't gonna last three seconds! She could have the whole bag in a matter of milliseconds! Why would her father want her to have that?! Annoyed, (Y/n) blows a raspberry toward her father.
"(Y/n), you're not having a big bag," Katsuki lectures, snatching the big bag away from her and putting it back on the shelf making the girl gasp and whine jumping up to try and catch it. Her eyebrows furrowing angrily, "You have the little bag or nothing at all,"
"Daddy! I don't want the little bag! I want the big one!" (Y/n) whines, jumping up and down, a rather large tantrum effervescing, her (e/c) eyes brimming with tears of anger, "Little one is shit! Don't want the little one!"
"Don't you swear at me, you little shit!" Katsuki growls, glaring toward his daughter who isn't backing down. She's faced Katsuki more times than he'd like to admit, and she's won more times than she's lost in arguments, "Daddy says you can't have the big one! Accept that!"
"No! I want the big one! Give me the big one!" (Y/n) shoots back, screaming at her father making the blonde growl toward her, "You're a fucking big meanie!"
"Don't you speak to me like that! Who the fuck do you think you are?!" Katsuki growls, glaring toward his daughter.
People were beginning to stare. Gathering at the aisle making Eijiro feel more and more self conscious. What was the redhead supposed to do? He knew the pair didn't mean anything bad by it. (Y/n) often started swearing at Katsuki when she didn't mean anything cruel by it. Same with Katsuki. But that's not how others saw it. They saw a five year old girl swearing at her equally angry father.
"Can you two tone it down? Kat, she can have the big bag," Eijiro says, wanting to diffuse the situation as quick as possible to get it over and done with, Katsuki gulping down an insult as he tries to calm down, reading the situation, "Please, let's just continue shopping..."
"Eiji, she's not getting her way," Katsuki says looking toward his boyfriend who groans and shakes his head, "Now you're having the little bag or none at all,"
"No!" (Y/n) yells jumping up and down with an angry squeal, Katsuki trying not to laugh as she seemed rather adorable when she was angry, "Don't want the small one!"
"Brat, it's for one week," Katsuki deadpans, picking up his daughter who shrieks and squirms in his arms, "Don't hit me, you hit me and you get none at all,"
"Kat.... she's making a scene..." Eijiro says worried, gulping back a small sigh as he notices the eyes on their family. Bad enough that this could go on tv, portraying them both as bad parents. Which doesn't help Eijiro's anxiety, "Lets just go home, I'll order online,"
"Babe, we've nearly—"....
"I'll order online,"...
It's safe to say that they were banned from that supermarket...

As per usual, Tenya was very methodical when it came to grocery shopping. His shopping list was organised into categories: dry foods, fruit and vegetables, meat, dairy, snacks and necessities. Beside each item had a tick box. Every evening before he would go shopping, Tenya would do a budget check, he'd check the savings in their bank account and make an estimate on how much money he would spend on grocery shop. He'd then take into consideration that maybe (Y/n) earned a treat for the week for such good behaviour or maybe Ochaco needed extra feminine products or he needed to top up on something.
Tenya even brings a calculator to his grocery shop!
A small giggle leaves the brunette's lips as she watches Tenya compare two brands of coffee in his mind, both of them were the same price, different brands. Ochaco found it adorable that Tenya took everything so seriously. The brunette loves how his brows furrow in concentration, how his lips move subtly as he mutters to himself about things.
Sitting in the tiny chair of the shopping cart, sat (Y/n) with a little smile. The girl watching as her father nods to himself and places an item in the cart before ticking it off his list, the girl looking up at her father as he pushes the cart forward toward the dairy section. Ochaco kissing her daughters nose gently.
Shopping was rather uneventful with the Uraraka - Iida family. Nothing major ever really happened. After all, they were out in public and we're easily recognisable (Ochaco more then Tenya since he wore a helmet). If they managed to cause a scandal, which was almost impossible for the pair, then it wouldn't do any good for their reputation. So they acted accordingly. The bluenette always being an upstanding citizen and trying to be a good influence for his little angel.
"Daddy, can I do the calculator?" (Y/n) asks tilting her head up toward her megane father who chuckles and ruffles her hair, "I wanna help,"
"Alright angel, lets get you out the cart and you can help daddy pick out food," Tenya says picking her up and kissing her cheek, letting her hold the calculator, "So helpful,"
Tenya adores his little girl. She's so helpful, so kind and is the embodiment of her mother. Like a little cinnamon roll. The girl always wanted to lend a helping hand whether it be in class or at home. Ochaco can't count the amount of times her little girl's asked her to help out, (Y/n) would make a great hero. They both knew that.
With a little help from Tenya, (Y/n) inputs the price of each item that her father puts into the shopping cart, holding his large hand with her small one as they head down the aisle. Her eyes roaming over the calculator with interested vigour. Her mind whirring at the fact that a little machine can add complex numbers together in seconds. It didn't even use fingers! (Y/n) always had to count using her fingers! How did the calculator do it without counting?!
Noticing her daughters frown, Ochaco kneels down her pouting little girl and ruffles her hair with a giggle.
"What's up angel?" She asks softly, tilting her head as (Y/n) inputs the next number and makes a small confused noise as the calculator does the addition seamlessly.
"Why can the calculator do adding without counting on fingers?" (Y/n) asks tilting her head up toward her mother who smiles gently, "It's not fair mommy,"
"It's a machine, sweetie, it's been programmed to do that," Ochaco explains, kissing her forehead gently, "Anyway, mommy's in her twenties and she still uses her fingers to add up so it's not so bad,"
"But I thought machines were big... like robots?"...
"Big Hero Six have big and small machines honey,"...
"But the big robot is good! Little machines are bad! Are calculators bad, mommy?!"...

Shopping wasn't particularly difficult with the top three pro heroes... but it wasn't easy either. You'd think, with being able to save countless lives and think easily on their feet, it'd be easy as pie to try and go shopping for their weekly food intake. But no. Not with these heroes.
There was always something that had to go wrong whenever Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki went grocery shopping. It just spells disaster, really. It didn't matter what grocery store they were in. It didn't matter if they brought a shopping list or not. Something would often go wrong that none of them could help (but in some cases they could) and often lead into an argument or disagreement of some sort.
Which left (Y/n) in the middle, more often than not.
After spending an hour pushing their way through the supermarket, looking at what to buy and negotiating on certain foods. The trio enduring a rather uneventful shop bar Katsuki having an angry pop at some woman. Shoto and Izuku having to stop Katsuki from wringing the woman's neck for muttering under her breath about their relationship dynamic. They all arrive at the checkout counter.
No arguments. No disagreements. No snide comments between one another. Just peace and quiet between them as they load onto the conveyer belt. Katsuki stood by the woman at the counter, watching her scan everything through and trying to reduce the amount of chat between them. Izuku, as per usual, more than happy to strike a conversation between him and the cashier. The greenette talking to her about what she got up to at the weekend and about other heroes.
Meanwhile, Shoto stood there loading the final products onto the conveyer belt. The male then places (Y/n) into his arms and pushes the cart toward Katsuki who begins loading it up with the bagged items. The trio working as a team to make sure they have everything and that they haven't lost their daughter. Luckily, everything goes smoothly.
Until the total flashes up.
As the cashier announces their total, Shoto nods and pushes his hands into his pockets to rummage for his wallet. He pulls out his phone. He pulls out a lollipop that was meant for (Y/n) if she got a bit fussy. He pulls out his house keys and car keys. No wallet. The male groans and searches in his other pocket. Pulling out nothing. Katsuki getting agitated as Shoto rummages through the same pockets confused.
"I think I left my wallet at home," Shoto says toward his two boyfriends, Katsuki's eye twitching in annoyance as he looks toward the boyfriend that's responsible for the money, "It's not in my pockets,"
"Are you serious?! You've had a whole hour to make sure!" Katsuki seethes, glaring toward his boyfriend who seems indifferent about the situation, the poor cashier register seemingly worried about the exchange, "Who leaves the house to go to the store without their wallet?!"
"Kacchan, it's okay, I'll use my wallet," Izuku says, trying to calm his blonde boyfriend down by resting a hand on his shoulder, sending the cashier an apologetic smile, "I'm sorry, Kacchan is easily angered,"
"I thought I had it, Kat, people are allowed to make mistakes," Shoto replies, grabbing the colouring book that they bought for (Y/n) and handing it to her making her eyes light up happily, "Izuku has it covered anyway, so it's not a big deal,"
"Big deal my ass! It's a huge deal! You just embarrassed us!" Katsuki yells while Izuku quickly pays for the grocery shop and ushers them all out the grocery store and into the parking lot, "What if we didn't bring our wallets? Hm? They'd have to put our stuff away and we'd have to do it all over again!"
"Mama! Shhh! You're being too loud," (Y/n) says looking toward Katsuki who sticks his tongue out toward the girl making her giggle with a bright smile, "Daddy is very silly,"
"Yes, he is, he's also very stupid,"...
"Mama! You can't call daddy stupid! It'll hurt his feelings!"...
"Your mother has called me worse, snowflake,"...
