"I'm not going!" I told mom strictly as I stood at her door.

"You are!" She replied as she folded her clothes into a big box.

"No!, I'm not" I replied more strictly

"Yana!" She called slowly as she put the clothes she was folding away.

"I am your mother and you will be going with me" she yelled at me.

"No! The last time I checked, I'm responsible enough to take care of myself and you just like I have for the past 2 years!" I yelled back as the room suddenly fell silent as the weight of my words.

"Fine!" She replied breaking the awkward silence.

" I guess I'll just have to leave you behind since you are responsible for yourself!" She added as she went back to folding.

" wow! Did he tell you to do this?" I asked

"Yana! Don't!" She began

"Don't what mummy?" I shouted raising my voice than I intended to.

"Don't. bring. him. into. this!" She warned with her wolf at bay.

I swear this woman is a complete stranger!

" How can I not bring him into this when all the decisions you have taken in the past 2 days has been about him!" I cackled

" I am not having this conversation with you!" She replied sternly

"You know what! Neither am I!" I shot back as I turned to make my leave.

"Yana!" She called

"What?" I yelled while backing her

"I'm leaving with Locan tomorrow morning, I just thought you should know" she informed me as I stiffed on the spot.

How could she?

" And I would love for you to come with us to blackwood pack, they have this huge massive land we can play tag in and a bigger number of people to associate with. A new beginning for us Yana!" She said with excitment in her voice.

"No thanks!" I replied

"I'll be spending the night at Azriel since you have company and I wouldn't want to interrupt anything" I told her while referring to Locan who has been staying in our house since when he met mom.

"Fine!" She replied as I stomped out of the room but not before slamming the door closed.

I'm pissed! Scratch it! I'm beyond pissed which is not good for me. I could feel my wolf abay. How could she? After everything I had done for her! Damn it! I missed school like a million days for her! I even gave up my fuckimg role as the beta for her!

I stomped down the stairs as I angrily made my way out of the house and when I thought I couldn't get any angrier, Locan was standing in our kitchen! Eating our bread! I wanted to bite his neck off his head! My wolf wants to bite his head off.

"You are a guest here! You shouldn't be snooping around our kitchen cupboard" I scolded him while folding my hands to stop myself from puvhing him.

"I'm sorry, I was just..."

"What's your deal?" I asked curiously

"Excuse me?" He asked acting confused

"With my mom, you suddenly came from nowhere and started to boss her around making her do things she doesn't want to do!" I accused through gritted teeth, I won't want mom to come down and disown me.

"You're wrong! Your mom and I are mates and trying to do what's best" he said as he leaned on our kitchen wall. Now I'll have to wash it.

"What's best!" I repeated cackling

" If anything happens to my mother, I'll have your head!" I threatened before stomping off and heading to the pack house.

"She said that?" Azriel asked as we ate the chips he had brought early.

"Yep!" I replied as I ate another.

"Can I have a drink?" I asked trying my luck.

"Not a chance! You are a ugly drinker and I don't want to have to deal with your mess" Azriel said as I ate another chips.

"I think I'll do it!" I blurted out.

"Do what?" He asked as he looked up to me from the spot he was sitting at the pack's border. He was on duty tonight.

"Go with her" I replied as I looked into his eyes.

"Wow! So you are just going to give up your life here for a mother that doesn't care about your feelings?" He asked as I frowned a bit.

"You don't understand! She has gone through a lot losing my dad and all!" I defended

" That's being two fucking years Yana! No one can be that miserable!" He shot back.

" it's a mate we are taking about here Azriel, not some random man!" I shot back

" How would you even understand! You have chicken legs when it comes to asking anyone out!" I added as he flinched a little

"Get lost!" He said as he stood up to leave.

"I'm sorry!" I blurted out as fast as I can before he took off.

"I'm sorry, that was wrong and out of place" I added hoping he would accept my apology. Azriel is starting to be a little difficult to please, maybe it's the alpha gene or something but it's frustrating.

"Fine!" He replied as je turned back.

Pheew!

"So what are do you plan to do?" He asked as he took a seat beside me.

"Go with her I guess" I replied as I looked away from Azriel, he's not going to take it well.

"Really!"

"Move away?"

"Like it's that easy" he replied trying to suppress his anger. Freaking Alpha's and their angers.

"You won't be around for my coronation as alpha?" He asked

"No, I'll just be gone for a few days to make sure she's okay and I'll be back even before your coronation and who knows you might meet your mate!" I squeaked in excitement.

"Are you nervous?" I asked as he shifted uncomfortable

"I don't know, it's just weird I guess" he replied

"How did you feel when you turned 18?" He asked

"Normal I guess!" I replied

"But you haven't your mate yet?" He asked curiously as always.

"I told you, if I met my mate you'll be the first to know so just sit back and relax" I assured him.

"You better!" He replied

"So when will you be back?" He asked further.

"Well I know Lorcan is not a complete shithole and trust me, I don't plan to spend a week in his pack" I explained as Azriel chuckled

"You know they have operate one of the most successful packs in the world, right?" He asked

"When I'm alpha I would like to create an alliance with them if they are willing, though I doubt they will, I don't have much to offer!"

"Are you kidding me, we have close to 200 pack members, an average pack has about 70, we feed ourselves and all, we are pretty impressive if you ask me" I defended

"They have over a thousand pack members, times 6 of our pack land" he added

"Okay, maybe that will be a little tough to beat!"

"Have you packed?" He asked he lay down to watch the stars.

"Nope! I'll just grab a few clothes and leave tomorrow"

"You should get some sleep" Azriel said

"Yeah... I should. I can't imagine myself fitting with with that pack"
