I stood steadily as I scanned the whole area for movements. I deepened my paw into the ground and raised my ears a bit higher to notice any slight movement. It was dark but it wasn't difficult to see my surroundings due to my Wolf's vision.

A rustle, I thought as I heard a slight movement behind the thick bush that stood feets away from me.

That's our cue! I told my wolf as I gave handed control to her. She is more agile and skillful than I am.

She moved steadily and focused on the bush like a lion stalks its prey while I watched her do her thing. She moved slowly as she bent her front paw while she moved. Suddenly, she leaped over the bush pouncing on the brown bigger wolf whom yelped in surprise as we rumpled down the ground which ended with me pinning him to the ground.

"You're it!" I mind linked the bigger brown wolf as he easily flipped me over.

"Why are you so good at this game?" He mindlinked.

"I'm the queen of tag you know!" I replied proudly

"Just a sec, I'm going to shift" I added as I dashed to the spot where I had stripped to shift back to my human form and to put on some clothes.

"I still think you cheated!" Azriel accused as he made his way towards me while putting on his shirt.

" This is just you being egoistic " I replied as I ruffled his brown-blond hair to get all dried leave particules off.

"I'm not being egoistic, tag is such a stupid game!" He defended as I grabbed his hand and tucked it behind his back before kneeling him to the ground.

"Take that back!" I warned

"Get off me!" He yelled angrily as he jerked me off causing me to fall off.

"Geez, Alphas and their angers" I replied as I helped myself up

"I'm not an alpha yet and I taught you that move for protection not for fun" he answered as we made our way out of the woods.

When we finally made it out it had gotten a little darker.

"Are you staying the night?" He asked as we made out way into the pack house.

"Nah, I promised mom I'd be home tonight" I answered

"Oh!" muttered.

Azriel and I made our way into the pack's kitchen because I am so perched and so was he!

The pack house is the biggest building in the pack. It's like the city square. The alpha and his family lives there and a few other officials like the betanything ahss family and the likes of them.

"Blyana!" The current alpha called in an iffy tone as I turned back to face him with my half empty glass of water in my hands.

"Alpha Damen!" I replied

He was Azriel's dad, and he would be retiring really soon as Kyle's birthday is in some weeks time and I'm super excited about it. And he also wants me to be his beta.

"Shouldn't you be home. It's past 9" Alpha zinch informed as I stared at the pack's kitchen clock.

It was a few minutes past 9!

I began to panick causing the glass to fall and shatter.

"I'm so sorry about that!" I apologized to no one in particular as I bent to pick up the broken pieces.

"It's okay, leave!" Azriel said as he bent to stop me.

"Thanks, you're the best!" I told him causing him to smirk as I jolted out of the pack house.

"Call me!" Azriel shouted after me as I increased my speed. Thanks yo my wolf strength.

"Oh shit!" was all that kept playing in my mind. I would never forget myself if anything happens had to her.
