The Entry
I checked the time. It was 8:30, my bedtime. I put down my phone and went upstairs before getting changed into my pyjamas. As usual, I had 30 minutes to read before I had to put the book down and attempt to sleep. I grabbed a book I was in the process of reading, The Sight, and opened it on the page the bookmark was in.
30 minutes had passed. I put the book down and yawned. Just before I slipped into unconsciousness, I had this thought:
'I wonder what it would be like to be a warrior cat?'
I thought that thought would be insignificant, just a random thing my brain conjured up, but, oh how I was wrong...
I woke up in my nest-
Wait, wait, wait, wait, NEST?! That was certainly unusual. I took a look around me. I was surrounded by cats. Extraordinarily large cats may I add, the same size as me and I'm a human. Then, a fluffy, white cat awoke and stood up with a yawn.
"Good morning, Kinkbranch," it mewed, looking directly at me. I looked at it with a confused expression.
"Who's Kinkbranch?" I asked. "And who are you?"
It was the cat's turn to look confused.
"Kinkbranch, are you alright?" it asked.
"You don't understand, I'm a human, see? And you're an abnormally large cat I've never met before." I explained.
"What in the name of Starclan is a 'human'?!" the white feline asked. "Are you sure you don't need to go see Leafpool?"
That's when it hit me. Leafpool was a cat in The Sight. More specifically, the medicine cat. And Starclan was where non-evil dead cats went. Was I-? No, that wasn't possible... was it? It would explain why the cat kept calling me 'Kinkbranch'. But I couldn't be in the book because Kinkbranch wasn't a cat in the books. Then I remembered that one thought:
'I wonder what it would be like to be a warrior cat?'
Did that thought start all of this? I then noticed the fluffy cat was staring at me this whole time.
"Uhh, no, I'm fine, just confused. And a human is a..." I paused for a moment. What did warrior cats call humans? How I forgot that I have not a clue but eventually I remembered. "...twoleg." I finished. "I'm going to go uhhh..." I trailed off again. What would be a good excuse to go somewhere away from all these cats, alone? "...hunting." I thought of something. "Goodbye!" And then, without giving the cat a chance to respond, I ran out of the den, out of the camp and into the woods, ignoring the few puzzled looks on some of the cats' faces.
I stopped after I thought I had reached a decent distance away from the camp. Now I had a chance to work out what was going on. I already had a guess that, somehow, that thought became a reality. That I was in the Warrior Cats universe and that I was a warrior cat. To check this, I looked down. I had paws. Light brown tabby paws, attached to long legs. It had been confirmed. I was a warrior cat. Now I only knew one thing:
I had to get back to the human world.
Then, a realisation struck me. What if there wasn't a way back?

Sorry if anything is inaccurate, it's been a while since I read The Sight so I had to trust Google for some things. I speedran this-
