I stir up some tea for me and the child. I smile towards them, at the table. "Is there anything you would like human?" "Can you call me by the name Chara and where's the exit?" "Wait! You don't want to go out! They will try to kill you!" I proclaim.

Chara seems like they doesn't care. They have Determination. "Give me a sec Chara." I race down to the door and gets ready to destroy it. I summon my trident and a fire ball.

I hear something behind me. I quickly turn. Chara. "Chara. Go back upstairs." "...NO." "What did you say my child? Good upstairs n-" I get cut off.

Pain rushes through me like a wave crashing down with a whole bunch of stuff in it. "I-I see now. It wasn't you who I was trying to protect. But the world itself. The monsters. The humans. You probably w-won't stop there. W-why was I such I fool." The pain starts to leave. "Ha. Ha." I close my eyes.

I quickly open my eyes again to see...
