Sans never made a Taco before. So it would be bad. He knows what it is though. It would be bad so both of the food things would be off the Checklist. He knew what it was like to only lose his brother. Not this Papyrus though.

Sans acted hyper at suger, Ketchup, soda and etc. In his box he had his normal clothes, a few ketchup bottles, books, Papyrus' scarf, notepad, pencil and money.

If Sans was correct he had to train with Alphys and the King, or in this case Queen is Toriel. So the person behind that door is Asgore.

Sans knew that Papyrus would find out one day. Just not yet.
