I looked outside the window to see the dark sky raining cats and dogs. It's so cool here in Korea but the atmosphere is really cozy though. I wore my jacket and rubbed my palms to be warm. The heater in this room is not sufficient though.

"Ma'am, tomorrow will be the shoot", a lady informed and I nodded. I know it is tomorrow.

"Do you need anything ma'am?", she asked and I shook my head in negation. I have a kettle and I will cook myself some instant noodles. I just want her to go out so that I could make myself noodles. I don't want her to know I am eating them. If the manager knows, he would kill me without a doubt for eating unhealthy food.

As she went away, I opened the packet of Korean ramen and put it in the kettle. I know that Korean people die for this instant food and I am craving it right now. The aroma is already making it mouthwatering. I then realized that I have to lock the door.

I quickly closed the door and came back to my ramen again. It was being cooked. Ugh! Why is this so slow?

I then heard a knock at the door. Oh no! What to do now? What if it's the manager? I will not answer it, they will think that I am sleeping. It's 1 AM already.

"Hey, it's Alex. Now open the door", I sighed in relief hearing him. I walked to the door and opened the door. He just barged in and I closed the door.

"Why didn't you open the door as soon as I knocked on it?", he asked and I showed him the kettle. Alex is the only person who understands me better and has been my close friend ever since I signed up for this firm.

"So, Miss Model is eating the unhealthy food again huh?", he mouthed and I just ignored him and walked to the kettle to check if the noodles are done or not. Being a model is really tough when you love food more than anything else.

"Says the one who ate two burgers yesterday", I snickered and he made a face. Alex is also a model with no diet manners. The noodles were finally done and I served them in my bowl. I dug in my fork and Alex took another fork. I glared at him as he dug it into my bowl.

"Why do you always do this? Why can't you let me eat in peace?", I scoffed at him and he just shrugged his shoulders as if it's nothing. Ugh!

"You have another packet over there. Boil that so that we can eat it", he pointed at a packet and I smacked his head. That was something that I saved for myself so that I could eat that tomorrow. But now, I am hungry and this idiot will not go out of my room at this moment.

I just sighed and got the packet to boil it. I just hate this idiot for eating my noodles. I shouldn't have opened the door in the first case. He smiled cheekily and I let out a sneer. I started eating the noodles and he ate along with me.

"I don't how are we gonna survive tomorrow's outfits", he mouthed and I nodded. The shoot is related to a body fragrance so it doesn't include the winter fashion. It would be more like soft and thin dresses which would freeze us tomorrow.

"You are at least muscular", I spoke and checked if the other set of noodles is being cooked or not.

"Who is stopping you from being muscular? Eat and gain some abs", he tittered and I slapped him on his arm, a bit hard though. He yelped in pain and I chuckled at that.

"You want me to go jobless right?", I asked him and he grinned sheepishly. He then ruffled my hair and tapped my forehead. I let out a scowl as he did that.

"Why don't you just quit this and achieve your dream? You are an adult now and you can do whatever you like. Why do you have to stick onto this?", he asked seriously and I smiled slurping down the noodles. I wish I could do that too.

"Modeling is not boring though. I travel to different places and flaunt my charms. It's also fine", I stated and he smacked my head lightly.

"I never said that modeling is boring and now don't try to skip that question. I know you are doing this for your mom", he stated and I smiled. I walked to the kettle and the noodles were complete. I got them for him and he smiled.

"Alex, I know what you must be thinking. But think on my side for once, she is the only one I have and I don't want to go far from her. And why do you always want to get rid of me?", I raised my brows and he laughed.

"Nice joke. Anyway, as long as you are fine, it's okay. Moreover, who wants to leave this firm when you have such a handsome and cool friend like me?", he smirked and I hit him lightly. We both then talked about random things and mostly about how to sneak out the next day and buy tasty food.

Since we are models, we have restrictions on our diets and we clearly violate them. I am not so lucky about my body though. It changes its shape when I eat more but that doesn't stop me from eating all kinds of foods. I love food and can't control my appetite.

Hence, I have to do a lot of exercises and also cut down the amounts at times. But Alex is different, he eats a lot of food but never gains weight. His abs remain the same and his stomach never bulges, not even a bit. So, he eats a lot and sometimes irritates me by eating delicious food right in front of me.

We bid byes to each other and he left my room. We are staying in a hotel room till the time we have to be here in Korea and it's fine. The hotel room is really nice and comfy. I wrapped myself in the blanket and drifted to sleep.

"Kate. Open the door, you lazy ass. We are getting late", I woke with the loud bang on the door and Alex's voice. I then realized that it's already time that we have to be ready. Shit! I opened the door to see Alex clearly mad.

"I thought of asking for the spare card had you not opened the door", he snapped at me and I smiled cheekily.

"You have five minutes Senorita", saying this, he closed the door and I ran to my bathroom. I quickly freshened myself and dressed up. All the makeup and costume will be taken care of later. I picked my duffle bag and walked out of the room and Alex is already ready.

"Is it still raining?", I asked him and he nodded.

"Not heavy though. Light drizzle. And why to worry when we are going in a closed SUV?", he asked and I just shook my head telling it's nothing. Rainy weather is actually nice and gives the feeling of being engulfed in the breeze of nature.

"Are you still remembering your best cut for that Forest Tourism commercial?", he asked and I sighed. True to his words, that was my best cut so far and even led me to model for Elle and Dior. It was a rain scene in the middle of the forest and I had to express the glee enjoying the rain.

"I like rain in the first case and I don't remind myself my best cuts since the magazines do that already", I snapped at him and he sneered at that.

"Self-admiration huh? Are you also inspired by the BTS album or what?", he asked and I smiled. When we got to know that we are having a shoot in Korea, the first thing we both did was exploring about it. We got to know that Kpop is really famous and the people over here go crazy over the artists.

"It was nice. We heard their songs before coming here and don't tell me you didn't like them. You were literally dancing to their beats of DNA", I snapped at him and he nodded.

"I am not saying that I don't like them. The artists over here are really talented. I have heard the songs of Exo and Blackpink also. They are quite good you know?", he told me and I nodded mentally deciding to hear them later.

"And you know what, I started learning Korean", I stated proudly and he looked shocked.

"So Kate tell me, how many things are you hiding from me lately. I was present with you for hours yesterday night and you didn't even bother to tell me that you are learning Korean. Are you cheating on my back?", he started his melodrama and I just shrugged him away. I learned the basic words and I still don't know how to pronounce them clearly.

We boarded the SUV and our managers greeted us. Stella is Alex's manager and Andrew is my manager. Both are a big bother when it comes to diet. And regarding the rest, it's all good. They are young and also chilled people. They are always together just like me and Alex. Of course, they tease us for a couple and we tease them back with the same card.

"Stella, What do we do after the shoot?", Alex asked her and she checked the schedule.

"Your shoot will be done by afternoon and I think you are allowed to roam around. But I will let you only if you promise me that you won't eat anything unhealthy", she stated in a firm voice.

"Stella, did I ever go against your words?", Alex mouthed and I laughed internally. He is such a nice actor.

"And what about me, Andrew?", I asked and he sighed.

"Your shoot is longer than him. I think it will end by late afternoon. And you can also roam around but the same rule applies to you", he stated nonchalantly and I smiled.

"One of you could have said that. Both of you know our schedules. Since when were you together talking about us?", I raised my brows and Alex giggled.

"We were together since morning waiting patiently for the always late Kate who stayed up late night accompanied by Alex", Stella stated and I widened my eyes. How did she know that Alex came up to my room last night?

"Alex's voice is loud enough for the whole floor to hear. He was knocking on your door and called you loudly. We are not telling that's wrong anyway.", Andrew explained and I glared at Alex for giving them a point to tease us.

"How come both of you heard it together. Were you staying in the same room too?", Alex asked them and showed out a sly smile. This is cool. I could see Stella flushed and turned away looking straight. We love making them at a loss of words. Alex showed me his palm and I did a hi-fi. Andrew shook his head, probably in disbelief.

I looked at the window with raindrops dripping on the glass and streaming down slowly. I love playing in rain with you. And I miss that so much now. I wish you are here with me and that we can work together like you always wanted.
