"oh my gosh! Alfred, im so sorry." Camile apologised for stepping on Alfred's foot for the 514th time. The poor man can only give her a smile in return then reassure her after.

Long story short, after that night of worrying about Camile doesn't have any clue to dance waltz; she only have 1 person in mind who could gladly give her lessons without any questions or judgement. It was Alfred. So she came by and ask him to teach her. So here we are. Stepping at each other's toes, oops.

Little did she know Dick was watching her practicing at the corners in silence. Smiling like a weirdo as usual. He felt something blossoming inside his chest whenever he sees her at Wayne Manor or at school or The Cave. Just the sight of her makes him feel like she's important.

It made him feel to protect her.

The scene continued with Camile and Alfred practicing. Cheeky Camile purposely joking around because she enjoys playing around with Alfred. It's like how she usually plays around with Tony. It's a sign of comfort and love that she expresses to the people she loves. You're considered lucky to have Camile joking around, it's never easy to have her open up and show her mischievous side.

It was kind of adorable sometimes.

and annoying.

|| Mission time with Canary

"Alright team, we'll be up against Sportsmaster and Cheshire. They've been sneaking up bombs to STAR LABS by train. I want you to decode the bomb and make sure it doesn't explode. If they're getting in the way, you know what to do."

They nodded and proceeded to go into the ship. Miss Martian's ship I mean.

Meanwhile..

" Alright? Take a step forward, back. Then to the left, right. Dip. And then your partner will hold your waist like this and then you just sway around to the music."

(guys dont take this seriously lol, I just write whatever comes to mind so im sorry if the dance is inaccurate.)

Alfred told Camile the instructions and this time she made it perfectly without any mistakes like last time. She flopped on the hard-rock-like couch after having to stand for the whole hour. Her legs are sore and tired. She let out a loud sigh and covers her eyes with her arm while the other rests on her tummy.

"Miss Camile, would you like to have cookies for snack time?" Alfred offered.

She stood up right away at the mentioned of cookies. When it comes to cookies, especially Alfred's. She heard that Alfred's cookies are the best made ever. So today she took the chance to taste it with her mouth.

" Absolutely! May I help you with it? Please~" She begged. Luckily for her, Alfred intentionally wanted to invite her to do cookies together. So he agrees anyway.

"Yay!" She squealed, hugging him tight.

~oOo~

"Yum~my! They weren't lying when they said your cookies are the best cookies!" She moaned at the choco chips melting inside her mouth. The cookie dough isn't too soft nor too hard. It's chewable and delicious. Not too sweet nor too thick.

Just perfect.

Alfred could only chuckle at her compliments. Many people have complimented his baking and cooking skills but hearing Camile's made him feel warm. It felt very genuine and wholesome.
"Thank you for the compliment, Miss Camile. I've heard them so many times."

She struggled to speak cause of the cookies in her mouth. She felt offended by that statement of his because he made it seems like he's tired of hearing it everyday.

"Try and finishing the cookies first Miss."

"Alfred, you could be rich if you sell these! heck, if you open up a cookie chop, im sure you'll be famous right away! These babies are no joke. They tastes great and what do you mean, 'I've heard it many times.'? You deserve every compliment you receive!" Camile jokingly and playfully hit Alfred's arm as she scolds him to accept the compliments.

Alfred deserves everything.

" Anyway, Alfred. Where's Dick? Have you seen him? " She asked the old man.

" Im afraid he might*ve been with Master Wally." He replied.

"Okay, thanks Alfred!" She cheered. She was about to leave the kitchen when she goes back inside to take some cookies and put it inside her small container for her to eat. "I'll take these hehe. Okay bye Alfred. See you tomorrow~"

As she's walking to the main entrance of Wayne Manor, "Hmm, Wally eh? Isn't that the guy Artemis always whine about? I bet it's the same guy. Now where to find him."

I cant believe this book is getting 3.06k reads!! Although I barely update often, but still, 3.06K READS??! That's insane. I've never thought this book would catch any attention. Im glad I've made it this far~

Im trying to end this book quickly becuz im slowly.. losing interest to write at the moment and I dont wanna abandon any stories of mine so Im sorry if the storyline sucks. Im sorry for the short chapter. I have no ideas at the moment, so dumb thoughts filling in I guess.

So I apologise for those. The desperation of ending this book is quite obvious and real so I had to. Plus, YJS4 will be coming up next year and im starting to forget characters from the franchise so thats also another reason to end it quickly ksksks.
