"I wonder what's in there?" I asked myself, and walked to the door. As I walked in, I saw a flower.
"Howdy!"

Huh, did that flower just talked!? The flower had an adorable face on so I trust it.
"I'm Flowey, Flowey the flower!" Flowey said with a cheerful tone.
"Golly, you must be new to the underground arn't ya?" He asked and I nodded, I took a look around but it was too dark to see anything.
"Well someone has to show you how we do things down here!" He exclaimed with a creepy smile, that smile gave me shivers down my spine. All of the sudden it became pitch black, I couldn't see the flower in front of me but I did see a heart, it was red and it didn't look like a real one. Flowey appeared where I can see him. "You see that heart right there, that is your soul, a culmination of your being!"
I look at my soul and look back up at Flowey.
"Now in order to get strong you will need to gain LV, what's LV you ask, why LOVE of course!" Flowey exclaimed with that creepy smile on him. I'm pretty sure LV stands for level.
"You want some LOVE don't ya? No worry I'll share some with ya!"
After he said that, white, little...pills (drugs)appears and floats above him.
"These are little, white,...friendliness pellets, they will help you gain LV, now quick catch them all!" The little pellets starts zooming after me.
What the hell should I do!? As soon as I know it the pellets hit me, and man did it hurt. I fell down from the pain.
"YOU IDIOT!" the DEMONIC flower yelled at me as he has the most creepiest smile in the world.
"IN THIS WORLD, IT'S KILL OR BE KILLED!" He yelled once more. As I tried to get up I noticed there were pellets all around me. The flower laughed maniacally as the pellets got closer and closer to me slowly.

As they got closer, like an inch to me, a (really hard to explain this stuff) fireball quickly hit the flower and he flew away (Team Rocket).
"What a terrible creature torturing a poor, innocent youth." A cow-like (Lel whoops) creature slides in looking down on me.
"Hello, I am Toriel, the gatekeeper of the Ruins." Toriel said as she gives me a warm smile. I waved at her.
"Hello Toriel, I'm Y/N! I never thought a cow would talk!" I giggled and look up at her to see she is...glaring...at me.
"I'm not a cow my child! I am a goat!" She yelled at me and start walking away motioning me to follow.
"As you walk through the Ruins there will be puzzles you will have to solve." There was a couple of pressure pads on the floor and a switch on a wall. She walked over to the pads and pressed them all then flipped the switch. Well this is gonna be easy as pie! (Butterscotch pie)

She walked out of the room and I followed her.  She went through a couple hallways that didnt have much stuff in it, but then we came to a room that had a dummy in it.
"You will encounter a bunch of monsters along the way, when you get to them you will enter a battle. To win the battle we will not fight, what you'll have to do is stall them, talk to them, make up a conversation and soon enough they will spare you! Give it a try to this dummy!" She exclaimed with excitement to see what you will do.
"O-ok I guess..." I go up to the dummy and soon enough I enter the battle.

*YOU ENTERED A FIGHT WITH THE DUMMY

I looked at the buttons that are in front of me, FIGHT, ACT, ITEMS, and MERCY
I reached for the one that said fight, but thought that maybe thats not the button I want to push if it said fight. I reached for the button that said act and pushed it.

*TALK

I guess I push that one, I pressed it and started talking to the dummy.

*THE DUMMY DOESNT TALK BACK

*YOU WON

"Oh good! Now you know what to do later on." She smiled and walked out of the room and we continued our little TuTORIEL through the ruins. As we got to an end on this tutorial, she had to go.
"My child, you will have to finish this journey without me, as for I have to go home and get ready." She gives me a soft smile knowingly that I will do fine.
"Here! I will give you a phone so you can contact me!" She hands me a phone, which seems to be an old-fashioned one. I looked at it and she seemed to already have her number inside.
"If you need me just contact me! Oh and you should get to my house eventually, now I must go." And after she said that she left.

After a long time I have finally got to her house! There was a large tree that seemed to be dead and a beautiful house. I went ahead and went inside the house and immediately noticed Toriel, who was standing in front of me.
"My child you have finally came!" She grins in delight
"Welcome to your new home!" She gestures to the place around us. My new home? She sits there smiling until her eyes widens.
"Oh no! The pie! Make yourself at home!" After that she zoomed to the kitchen. I guess I'll take a look around. I headed towards the hallway, which had multiple doors. I head into the first one. Awe this must've been I child's room once. There was a tiny bed and a dresser and cute pictures around the room. I smiled and head out to go to the next room. I walked in and noticed it was bigger than the other one. This might be Toriel's room. I noticed a desk that had and open book at the corner.
I go over to it and looked at the book. There's an entry circled in red.

Why did the skeleton go to the party alone?...because they were feeling BONELY.

I couldn't help but snicker at the joke. I didn't think Toriel was the joking type. I yawned as I felt tired. Maybe I should sleep, maybe the first room would be fine. I head to the room, shut off the lights, and lied down on the bed. Soon as I knew it, I was out.
     

After a long time, I woke up to a pleasant smell. I looked around the room and noticed a pie. Oh pie! I quickly go over to it as I was really hungry. I immediately ate the pie. Dang this is good! I smiled and hope there was more in the kitchen. I walked out of the room and head towards the living room (I guess) but stopped as I noticed the stairs. I went over to them and looked down. As my curiosity got the best of me I went down them. As I got down the stairs, there was a long hallway. I could only get a couple steps in, but I was stopped.
"My child! Head back upstairs this place is not for you!" I saw Toriel right in front of me. I wanted to ask her what's down the hall, but she pulled me back upstairs.
"Please don't go back down there." She frowns softly down at me, Toriel returned back to the living room, with me following her.

As we were in the living room, Toriel was reading in her chair, reading about snails, she was telling me facts. I didn't listen, I was thinking about those stairs that led to that hall. She looked at me.
"Did you know that snails flip their digestive system when they mature?"
Uh...okay weird.
"Uh, goat mom, when can I go home?"  I asked her, a little scared for her response
"What!?...this IS your home now!" She hit me with another snail fact. This is not my home Toriel.
"How do I exit the Ruins?"     
"Um...how about an exciting snail fact?"
Are you serious?
"Did you know that snails make terrible shoe laces? Interesting."
How many times do I have to ask her?
"Toriel, I need to know how to exit the ruins." She frowns at me.
"I have to do something...stay here." She gets out of her chair and heads out. I decided to follow her.

Toriel seemed to went down the stairs. I went down their, it sent shivers down my spine at how creepy this was. Toriel was standing in front of me, but not facing me.                                                        
"You wish to go 'home', do you not? Ahead of us lies the end of the Ruins. A one-way exit to the rest of the underground. I am going to destroy it. No one will be able to leave ever again. Now be a good child and head upstairs." This is really scary and creepy. Why does she want me to stay that badly? She walked forward and of course I followed. Then she stopped.
"Every human that falls down here meet the same fate. I have seen it again and again. They come. They leave. They die. You naive child...if you leave the Ruins...They...Asgore...will kill you. I am only protecting you, do you understand?...go to your room." She heads forward once again. This is getting ridiculous. She stopped again.
"Do not try to stop me. This is your final warning." Once again she walked forward. I started to feel a bit guilty. She is heartbroken. Ahead of us, there was a large door and she stopped in front of it.
"You want to leave so badly? Hmph. You are just like the others. There is only one solution to this. Prove yourself...prove to me you are strong enough to survive." It all of the sudden turn dark and I saw my soul in front of me. Wait!? I have to fight her!?

*Toriel blocks the way!

I quickly went to act. I tapped on the check button.

*TORIEL - ATK  80 DEF 80
*Knows best for you

A pair of hands came flying to me with fireballs following. I dodge them as quickly as I can, but I got hit by one of the fireballs.

*Toriel looks through you.

Once again I tapped on act, but this time I tapped on the talk.

*you couldn't think of any conversation topics.

This time it started raining fireballs. Oh cmon! I get hit by a couple of them. My hp was at 5, I went to my items and ate the slice a pie I managed to get, I got my health back. She started attacking me with those hand things. I dodge them perfectly.

*Toriel looks through you.

I hit act and tapped on talk.

*you tried to think of something to say again, but...

Those hands again came at me and I get hit by a couple, my health at 17 now.

*Toriel is acting aloof.

Now everytime I get my turn, I kept tapping talk, but...I can't think of anything at all! What am I suppose to do!? I started to think of the fight button. Maybe that's my only choice...I have to kill her. When it was my turn again, I tapped on the fight button. Every turn I get, I hit the fight button, until her health was gone. Toriel's eyes widens and she fall on one knee and hold her chest tightly.
"Urgh...you are stronger than I thought...listen to me, small one...if you go beyond this door, keep walking as far as you can. Eventually, you will reach an exit." She stayed silent for a while.
"Asgore...do not let Asgore take your soul. His plan cannot be allowed to succeed...be good, won't you? My child." I felt the guilt grow in my body, she starts to fade away. Once she faded, her soul appeared. It cracked...its...gone. I stand there in despair, I killed a monster. All she wanted is a child who wouldnt leave her, and I killed her. I stared at the door and sighed. I have to move on, I have to go home, and with that I walked through the door. Their was another long hallway. I walk down the long hallway. As I got to the end of the hallway, there was another door and went through it.

"Hee hee hee..." I came face to face to a certain "friend" named Flowey.
"I hope you like your choice. After all, it's not as if you can go back and change fate. In the world it's kill or be killed. That old hag thought she could change the rules. She tried so hard to save you humans, but when it came down to it...HeE hEe...SHE COULDN'T EVEN SAVE HERSELF. WHAT AN IDIOT!!" He laugh maniacally and dissapear. Now I feel more guilt growing. I head toward the door and went through that one.
I got hit by a breeze, and immediately covered my arms.
