Zane's Pov~

I was lost for words...she...loves me? She has feelings the same I do...woah...

She then spoke up again. "I know what your going to say, and I get it." She started crying more. "But I don't understand! Why do I still feel pain. It's supposed to go away!...i-it...it didn't work...that's it...I-I...I'm gonna die..." She says collapsing on the floor then blacking out. Me and Aphmau caught her and carried her to the infirmary.

Was she really gonna die?...I just can't stand thinking I'll be losing her...for real...

Multitude of hours passed by and she was still unconscious, but stable...I just hoped...nothing bad will happen...

Soon. Her magic booklet came flying in, some reason all excited and anxious.

"What the heck? Why is (y/n)'s booklet here...and how's it flying..." Aphmau said confused looking through medical books.

"Hrmm....maybe its trying to tell us something." I concluded.

"Yeah, hey! Write down something so we can understand what your saying." Aphmau said, and soon enough, words appeared.

"I booklet! Have figured since she confessed her feelings, and since that was the only secret she has that confessing true feeling is not a secret and doesn't count." I said as the words were written down.

"But how can we fix her, isn't there anyway?" Aphmau asked.

"..." that's all it wrote until an exclamation point appeared. "Let me show you a picture." I said, and it showed a family picture of her as a little kid, and her mother and father, With her mother having blue hair, and father and herself with brown hair.

"Strange...why did her mother have blue hair?" I asked.

"She's probably another winter knight, but why blue?..." Aphmau pondered.

The book was writing again "The reason why she has blue hair is because one day, she nearly died...to save her, she gave up her magic and put it in the necklace...that (y/n) has now." I said, and it started again. "But she has to do it,.she has to be awake..." I said.

"Okay, now how are we supposed to wake her up?" Aphmau asked.

"Maybe shake her awake...maybe...splash her with water?" I said suggesting.

"Good idea! I have a bucket, now stand back." Aphmau said with the bucket with her and splashed it on (y/n). She jolted up.

(Y/n) pov~

I felt water splash on my skin, I quickly rise from where I was lying...wrong choice to get up quickly...I grunted in the pain.

"(Y/n), we have news, there's a way make you better...but that involves with your magic being taken away..." Aphmau said reassuring it was fine, I have her a nod. I looked at Zane.

"Before I get away my magic...is there something you have to tell me Zane..." I said.

"(Y/n)...I should have said this sooner....but...I lov-" Zane started stuttering so I cut him off, kissing him for what seems like forever. We soon break away and I speak.

"You stutter too much." I slightly giggle, but then put a serious face. "I need all the villagers here to see this...is that alright Aphmau?" I asked.

She nodded started out the door to get all the villagers outside to the village center, where I was going.

Everyone soon came and gathered around. And hey...why not let them see a show of pure magic right?

"Okay...I wanted all of you to know...I will lose my magic to stay alive...but I thought...why do it in private...when to see a show of pure magic...I hope this will be good." I smiled reassuring good and positive things were going to happen.

I started chanting magic words...my hair, it changed from brown to blue...it all started getting more blue around me...the blue magic, I put out my finger and a object appeared.

It became more and more clear each second until it was identified...it was a Butterfly...made up of blue magic.

Everyone gasped. I smiled, the pain was away, and the necklace grew dull...

Soon the people left and went on with their daily lives but all my friends were there...staying.

"So, what's gonna happen to the butterfly, it still seems attached to you...it looks like it doesn't want to let go." Laurence said.

"Yeah...Strange..." I said laughing. "But I can't take it's energy, I'll only be back in the same condition as I was before." I said.

"Well, any plans for the little guy?" Garroth asked.

"Yeah...I do actually, I remember my mother telling me something...when I passed out...she told me that told the magic is cursed...they'll have to go somewhere where it can pure itself." I said.

"Woah..." Laurence and Garroth said in unison.

I laughed again, and looked at Zane. He smiled.

"Hey Zane...where do you think I should send it?" I asked.

"...hmmm..." he pondered and looked at the sky. "You should send it to the sky...it's blue just like it is..."

"Great idea..." I say grabbing his right hand and pointing it to the sky along with the butterfly on my left hand finger. "Lets do it together." I say and soon, it went off.

It was soon out of sight. "Hey Zane..." I said.

"Yeah?" He said.

"Do you wonder where it went, for its journey?" I asked.

He chucked. "Maybe to another universe to start over with its magic."

I laughed. "No way! The laws of science isn't that good...yet!" I smiled.

"I'm glad you like me the same way." He said.

"I glad too, I love you." I said.

3rd Person.~

Zane and (y/n) ended falling in love with each other and got married a year later. But what they didn't know, that Zane's prediction was correct about the butterfly. And so it's magic continues.
