He froze then slowly smiled back, just keeping the conversation going as to not draw attention to it and risk having you stop smiling. It was a pretty sight he hopes stays for a while and will keep appearing.

Jeritza:

His mind stopped working, unsure what's going on and if you know something he doesn't and why it makes him feel warm inside. Maybe his other side is acting up?! So he was quick to say "goodbye" mid conversation and hurry away.

Manuela:

All froze to her. She's witnessing an actual miracle. Holy shit she's the luckiest woman alive! This is the hottest, sweetest, cutest, most wholesome thing ever! No one has ever made her feel this warm inside before! When you called her name she said a slow unsure "Y-yes..?" and tried to stay normal.

Hanneman:

"What did you do with the real one?" was his first question right away before even thinking. His eyes were wide, in pure disbelief at what he's witnessing. He felt as if he was seeing something as rare and unique as a shooting star; that he should now make a wish.

Catherine:

It made her smile drop and get nervous. Why are you smiling..? Are you gonna slaughter everyone here..? Are you sick?! So she squeezed your cheeks between her hands, gasping Manuela needs to examine you then she took your hand and pulled you along to get you medically checked out.

Shamir:

Her eyebrow raised up but tried to keep straight faced. It was a nice sight, like a breathe of fresh air after so much stress and work. When you asked 'what' at her eyebrow raise she shook her head, claiming she remembered something else but go on.

Gatekeeper:

He let out a loud gasp. When you gave a confused look he quickly assured nothing, though with a goofy smile. Later when someone asked him if anything happened today he had such trouble to not excitedly say that he saw you smile and how good it looked.
