On the night of new Sanger city a figure was jumping between buildings before landing at the entrance of the lab the light revealing Leo the blue masked turtle hearing some laughing taking a peek seeing Dr.Eggman was building a device to steal the city's power chuckled " with this device I will steal power from the city's power plant " one of the robots notice Leo hiding behind the wall and Eggman made a get away as the robots aim their weapons at the turtle Leo came out from his hiding spot and fight 50 robots bashing them unarmed one of them shot him in the chest by a laser blaster he recovered launched a blue fire ball at the robot who shot him not knowing about nearby electric and the blue chemicals the robots explode knocking the turtle back spilling the chemicals on him and the floor and electricity mixed with the chemicals turned blue zapping Leo before feeling his one of his eyes gained a sky blue ring around his pupil as it fainted

Leo collapsed on the floor after being zapped from the mixed chemicals looking all over the lab almost destroyed except the computer before staring at the mixed chemicals as blue lighting sparked to live before him hearing someone calling him blacked out he heard voices quickly opened his eyes notice that he was in the medical room in the defenders of the world base and U-Raptor,Don,Leo07 and Rise Leo were there Don asked " Leo are you alright" Leo replied " I feel light headed after being zapped" he let Don analyzing his body for chemical burns or lighting marks he didn't found any so he was clear U-Raptor stayed by his side after Don,Leo07 and Rise Leo left the medical room as the red utahraptor sleep Leo noticed his chest didn't had a scorch mark from a laser blaster not knowing that one of his green eyes formed a sky blue ring around his pupil as blue lighting sparked

Leo shooked his head only seeing the sky blue ring was gone unknowingly he gained bio blue electric powers
