"Whenever you're in darkness, always remember that you're not alone in there."

There are many. many people who engulf themselves in darkness, in grief, in sadness, and in pain. They sometimes don't have a someone to give them light, to give them happiness. I, sometimes, shut everyone out and shove them out of my way. I always say that "I can do this alone, I can do this without anybody helping me." even if I knew that I couldn't do it. I just wanted to prove myself how strong I am.

In school, I just realized that I'm not the only one who's in the dark right now. there are people who experience anxiety, depression, loneliness, and many more. We're a group, we're a family in this darkness, sharing others's stories and fears. Unknowingly helping one another.

You are not alone.
