This will be a short and sweet chapter so I hope you'll enjoy it

1. Add a picture of a person with most of their hair exposed

2. With the color of your choice, outline their hair (it doesn't have to be perfectly neat, just make sure to cover every inch of hair)

3. Fill them in

4. Go to filter > blur > gaussian blur and set it to 15 - 20 px, so the edges won't look too harsh

5. Set the blending mode to either hue or color

6. With an airbrush, you can erase excess marks or draw in strands you didn't fill in before

After that, we're done!

However, I was curious what would happen if I did this with darker hair 👀

I did the same steps and uh, the colors did

n't turn out as I expected. I tried to change it through filter > adjust color > hue/saturation/lightness but it still didn't work :(

In conclusion, try using a picture of someone with lighter hair so the result will resemble more the color you picked.
