This is the tutorial of my previous GIF. Hope you enjoy ♡.

1. Add a picture of a person
2. Lower the opacity and turn on force fade to 100%

3. Slowly draw the strands of the hair (it's pretty relaxing lmao), start from the parting so it's easier to know the direction of the hair
4. Then outline the body, ear, clothing, etc. It doesn't have to be the exact same, just simplify the shapes

5. I made the eyebrows by drawing two thin lines like the picture shown
6. I drew the eyes by following her eyeliner then drew a circle around her iris below it

7. I drew the nose by following her nose bridge, it's optional if you want to draw her nostrils as well
8. I drew a line between her lips, before following the shape of her mouth

9. You can color it, but I decided to just make it black and white. I also added some strands of hair and fixed some of her features
10. Decorate the background

11. Draw random patterns around the canvas, make it spacious
12. Lower the opacity of that layer, then add a new layer and draw the patterns again, but in different positions

(I wrote 11 and 12 but it's supposed to be 13 and 14, so just ignore it).

Go to your GIF making app, combine both, and done!
