Wasn't gonna post this yet but ya know what why not😎
Trigger warning: attempted rape (doesn't actually happen)
This chapter was supposed to be dedicated to one of you guys but it's kinda sad so I'll save it for another time.

Kellin's POV
I walked forever it seemed until I got to town. Some places were just closing up but I walked and walked until I was near the lower side of town. Normally I wouldn't go here without someone with me. It was just the place you didn't go in the middle of the night by yourself, but I was a man on a mission.

I looked out at the dark streets only lit by a street lamp so often. It was chilly and the longer I was out here the colder it got. I spotted a couple of homeless people but they kept to themselves, besides them the streets were deserted.

I spotted this little shop with the lights still on and an older woman sitting at the counter. I walked in and was met with the smell of chocolate chip cookies.
"Hey hun. Whatcha need?" She said and brushed a strand of her grey hair behind her ear and smiled up at me, face wrinkling.
"Umm black hair dye." I said and she pointed to the back of the store.
"Righta back there's got what you want. I got the good stuff too, not that rip off stuff they sale."
"Thanks." I said and made my way to the shelf and sure enough they had the exact brand I used. Go figure.

I brought it back to the counter and sat it down.
"Where you from hun? Do you think it's a little late to be out by your lonesome?"
"Upper side. Near Clairemont." I said and handed her the money.
"Oh boy be careful. Matter of fact. Jackson!" She yelled and a few minutes later a boy who looked to be 20 or 21 came from the back.
"Yea Gran?" He said and she pointed to me.
"Walk this nice boy to the edge of town."
"Alright Gran." He said and looked me up and down a second before hugging her and waiting for me by the door.

"Hold up boys I got some cookies." She waddled to the back room and then came out with two plastic bags filled with chocolate chip cookies. "Get y'all something to drink from the freezer. On the house. Now come back and see me. Be safe boys." She said and after getting a coke I followed the Jackson guy out of the store.

I was really uncomfortable walking with him. He didn't say anything just stayed two steps behind me and I really wanted him to just go back. We were about five minutes away from the start of the upper side when he spoke.
"Ya know you got a cute ass." He said with a whistle and I just looked at him, eyes wide.
"Umm thanks. I can go the rest of the way myself."

I started walking quicker but a pair of arms quickly wrapped themselves around me. "Hey no need to rush. We could always have a little fun. You seem like the type to give it up." Did I really give off that vibe?
"Let me go!" I grunted and tried to pull away from him but his arms were securely locked around my upper body keeping me in place.

"Come on! I know a slut when I see one. Baby I got something sweeter than those cookies for you." He whispered in my ear and backed us up until I was against a wall.
"Get away from me!" I yelled and tried to kick at him. "Get off! Help!! Someone!" I cried out desperately.
"Now now be quiet." He ripped my bag away from my hands and threw it into the darkly lit side walk and put a hand over my mouth. I screamed through it and he chuckled at me.

"Just play nice and things will go smoothly. You may even enjoy it." I was scared and at this point I was crying. I still struggled against him as he kissed my cheek and moved some hair away from my face. "Such a little slut." He mumbled and slipped a hand under my shirt. I screamed as loud as I could under his hand and he laughed. His hands crept down around my butt then back to under my shirt. I was disgusted and mortified.

Just when I thought I couldn't be saved someone roughly shoved the guy off of me. "No means no you fucking piece of shit." The guy screamed and grabbed the Jackson guy off of the ground as I slid to the sidewalk. He punched him and slung him in the street before coming over to me. I had my face in my knees and I was terrified at the moment.

"Kellin?" The voice said and I looked up to see Mike crouching in front of me.
"M-Mike?"
"Come on. Let's get you to the house." He said with a worried look and took my hands carefully in his and pulled me up form the ground. I turned around a moment and hugged myself. I was weak. I looked up and saw my reflection in the mirror and that's when I flipped out.

All i saw was myself breathing heavily, my hair ruffled up, clothes slightly stretched, red cheeks, hair a fluffy matted mess, and the thing that bothered me the most was the blonde roots.
"No. No. No." I gripped the ends of my hair and pulled and I turned in circles frantically searching for the bag containing the hair dye.

"Kellin calm down."
"Mike i need to find it." I said hurriedly.
"What?" He asked and placed his hands on my shoulders stopping me from moving.
"The dye." I said. "I can't...I have to have it....Mike I need this."
"Kellin it's just dye I will get you some more. You need to get to the house. Come on." I was hysterically crying at this point. I needed that dye to ease my mind.

I tore from his grasp but all he did was pick me up and throw me over his shoulder.
"Let me down!" I screamed.
"Kellin calm down!" He screamed right back. I hit his back over and over. He didn't understand. I needed that dye. I needed it to mask myself from what I truly was.

"Please Mike." I begged in a low voice. He sat me on the ground and for a minute I was hopeful but that was shattered as I was shoved in a car and Mike hurriedly got in and drove off. I pulled my knees to my chest and cried.

"Kellin what was so important about the dye?" He asked.
"I was always blonde for him. A little slut. That's what that guy thought to." I said quietly. "I don't want that Mike. I don't want to be someone's play thing, even if it's the only thing I am good at."
