Kellin's POV
"Will you be my boyfriend?" I stared at Vic like he had twelve heads. He really wanted me to be his boyfriend. Well he did kiss me but...hell what but's were there to it.
"Why all of the sudden?" I asked.
"It just feels right Kellin. I don't know. I've never really showed you that I liked you I guess and I just recently found out myself, but I do like you."
I kissed his cheek slightly and snuggled closer in his arms.
"Yes."
His arms tightened around me and I couldn't help but feel content. How would this effect us at school though? Does he want to keep us a secret? Will he pretend to be an asshole?

I sat up straight and turned towards him. He looked at me confused.
"Vic what about school?" He stared off for a few moments before talking.
"I don't care. If I'm in a relationship I'm not gonna hide it. I don't care what people say about me and if they say a word to you they have to answer to me." He said confidently and I settled down. He was willing to risk his popularity for me.

I smiled and sat back on the bed with him.
"What about your friends? Jaime hates me."
"I don't give a flying fuck what Jaime likes and dislikes. I like you and that's all that matters."
I smiled up at him. "Your really going to risk losing your friends just because you like me." He nodded his head.
"Your not who I thought you were Vic."
"How so?"
"You seemed like an arrogant and cocky asshole." I said bluntly.
"Well thanks Kellin." He said with a laugh.
"But your not, I don't think. Unless you prove me wrong." I said.

We laid in his bed talking until it was time for me to go. He drove me to my house and hugged me tightly before leaving. Once I closed the door I pressed my back to it and took a deep breath. Maybe we got into a relationship too quick, but I couldn't help the attraction I felt towards him. We learn more about each other as it goes. It would work. This would work.
"Kellin sweetie is that you?" My mom called from the kitchen.
"Yea." I said and made my way to where she was.
"Kiddo. I know that look who is he?" Was the first thing my dad said.
"Dad!" I covered my face with my hands.
"I have to meet him."
"We literally just started the relationship four hours ago."
"So there is a boy!" My dad shouted. My mom laughed at the two of us and I sighed.
"Yes dad."
"I knew it." He said and continued drinking his cup of coffee.

"What's his name?" Sage said and came into the room.
"Vic."
"Ohhh so it's the boy your doing the science thing with."
"Yes mom."
"He's cute." Sage said and took a seat beside of my dad.
"Yea and he's taken, by me." I pointed out and my dad laughed.
"Jealous much?" He said.
"Shush." My mom scolded him.
"My son has a boyfriend either met me tease him, kill the guy, or both."
"I said shush." Mom said and hit him with a dishrag.
"Okay. I'm sorry."
I laughed at the two and went up to my room.

I pulled on some comfortable clothes and laid at my bed staring at the ceiling. What the hell just happened?

Vic's POV
I fixed my hair for the fifth time, finally satisfied I walked downstairs and got my keys. I raced to my car. I was late, I had to pick Kellin up I was supposed to be there ten minutes ago. I sent him a quick text and sped off down the street.
Once I pulled up to his house, I honked the horn and he came out. Damn he was gorgeous. He had on a white t-shirt and a red flannel, along with black skinny jeans.
He opened the car door and smiled shyly.
"Hey."
"You look great." I said as he buckled up.
"Thanks. I have a question?"
"Yea?"
"Could we pick Oli up." He asked timidly.
"I mean I guess we could, he doesn't like me though. Have you told him?" I asked as we pulled out.
"Umm no i wasn't thinking straight last night."
"Ohh so I had you messed up." I teased.
"Shut up." He said and I laughed. I got directions to Sykes's place and when we pulled in, Kellin hopped out and went up to the porch and walked through the front door.

I waited in the car and finally a very pissed off looking Sykes bursted through the front door.
He opened my car door and pulled me out.
"Listen here Fuentes, if you hurt him i will kick your ass. Treat him like he's gold or else." He said his grip tightening around my shirt.
"Oliver quit!" I heard Kellin shout.
He met me go and got into the back seat. Before we got in the car Kellin came over to me and fixed my shirt.
"Sorry." He said. I kissed his cheek.
"It's fine babe." He smiled at that and made his way back to the other side of the car.

The ride to the school was mostly Kellin filling the silence. Once we were there I parked the car and paused a moment. I really liked Kellin and I wasn't one to hide relationships, but I was still nervous. I had never liked a guy before.
"Vic are you okay?" Kellin said and I looked at him. "Listen you don't have to worry about telling people yet."
Oliver scoffed from the back seat. "Remember what I said Fuentes." And with that he got out of the car.

I took a deep breath before getting out of the car and going over to Kellin's side. I opened his door and helped him out. Okay Vic this is a normal relationship, do like you always would. I grabbed Kellin's bag to carry for him and laced his fingers with mine. I walked us confidently towards the school doors. Ready to face whatever was behind them.
