Dear Diary,

I saw her again. She was wearing the same black apron as always. I can't believe how she looks prettier in it each time I see her. She really works magic on me. Her soft, wavy hairs look so shiny and smooth even when she ties them in a messy bun. And her smile—it's worth dying for.

I know I am falling for her deeper and deeper, but I cannot help myself anymore. Falling for her feels like a drug now, and I am addicted to it. Her soft voice makes me want to give her the whole world, and her eyes make me blush. Her words work like a siren's, and I agree blindly to her. Thanks to her, I have tried some pretty weird desserts at that bakery. Who thought I would eat sweets almost every day even when I don't have a sweet tooth?!

Today, I ate this new kind of donut. It had a sugared dried hibiscus flower on the top. She asked me if I wanted to try it, as it was a new recipe, and I said yes once again. Not going to lie, it was terrible. It was so sweet that I wanted to puke, but I just gulped it down with a smile as she looked at me with those innocent doe eyes, hopefully. Only God knows how much I lie and exaggerate only to talk to her, even if it means just a few sentences.

Tomorrow, I'll try vegetable sandwiches again. I want to see if she remembers my usual order. It would be so cute. I just hope I get the courage to tell her about my feelings one day. But wait, what if she already has a boyfriend? I did see a band around her left ring finger! Oh no, please don't be somebody else's. I have fallen for the first time in these 24 years of my life, and I cannot let the love of my life go away like that. You have to be single, Mihi. I cannot lose you. Maybe you can break up with your boyfriend and then we can date, right?

I think I am overthinking again. And it is almost 1am now. I need to sleep. I have to attend a meeting tomorrow. I have to get up early and proceed with everything quickly to stay at the bakery for as long as I can. I'll check in tomorrow with the updates.
