I start running, so so fast towards the room that held my som hooked to all the wires.

"You have to save Him!" I screamed. "There's still time"

I paced back and forth in the room as Ben grabbed me and held me to His chest, "They'll do something", He said.

"We got Him back", Vosch says. "Though the bolt of electricity to jolt up His heart we used one bigger than needed, so He's actually awake"

"My baby!" I call as I run up to Jace who lied on the stretcher.

"Momma", He said crying almost as I held Him.

"My sweet little boy is back", I cried.

"When will he be available for release sir?" Ben asks Vosch.

"Now if you'd like", He said.

I sighed in relief and grabbed Jace, cradling Him in my arms, "I have stashed candy for you", I whispered in His ear.

"Yay!" He called as I carried Him to the bunks.

"What's been happening since my accident?" Jace asks.

"We've taken a break from training", I say. "But we will be going back soon since you're up"

"Alright", Jace says as I lie Him on the bed.

"Jace!" Teacup calls and hugs Him tightly.

"Tea! Nugget!"  They rejoice in a group hug and it was so cute.

"Here's your candy", I say reaching into my bag and passing Him chocolate.

"Dulces!"

"Yes", I laugh. "Dulces"

"Hey", I say to Ben. "What's that?"

"Oh this?" He asks showing my a ring He was looking at. "It was my mother's, I was able to take it before I left. I'm keeping it as a memory"

"That's really nice", I smile and kiss Him on the cheek.

He smiles as I turn back around to see Teacup and Nugget sharing the dulces I had given Jace.

"I haven't heard you say one word in the longest time", Ben says to Ringer.

"I don't feel like saying anything", Ringer says.

"Maybe it'd be best if we just keep it that way", I smirk and shrug.

"Oh really, you wanna see what I thing would be best-"

"Ladies!" Ben called. "Calm down!"

"She started it", Ringer scoffed.

"Well maybe if you hadn't been flirting with my-"

"With your what?" She asks. "You and Zombie aren't even together, it's His choice if He wants to be with you or not. He obviously doesn't if He hasn't asked you out yet. Your just another one of His-"

"Shut up!" I call. "Stay away from things that aren't yours"

"Oh so now Zombie is your property?" She asks.

"Ringer", Ben says sternly. "I don't want to hear you bickering with Blue right now"

"Whatever", She rolls Her eyes.

Ben holds my face between His hands and kisses me, we share quite a long kiss, I wasn't complaining.

"Not my property", I joke as we pull apart and I see Ringer watching me from the corner of Her eye.

Later on that day, I decided to start training more. To run more in my free time, too shoot more, but I still have to make time for Jace of course.

"I finished the book", I said happily handing the book I had gotten weeks ago to Zombie.

"Is it your favorite as much as it is mine?" He asks.

"Hmm...I'm not sure", I laugh.

He rolls His eyes, "Are you okay with us not officially going out?" He asks.

"Oh please don't let what Ringer said get to you"

"I'm jut thinking about it", He says.

"It's fine", I say. "As long as I have you with me. I feel like dating would be an unspoken promise. Promises are rarely kept a anymore"

"You're very smart", Ben says and kisses the top on my nose. "Goodnight"

"Goodnight", I say and climb into Jace's bunk with Him.

The next afternoon, I sat without Ben since He had been called down for Vosch's needs. I wondered what they were talking about. I sighed and threw out my chow not really in the mood to eat, "Are you okay?" Asks Teacup as She looks up at me.

"Yeah", I smile letting Her lay Her head on my shoulder.

"When we fight the fifth wave", She starts. "Will I die?"

"No of course not!" I say. "I would never let that happen!"

"Thank you", She smiles and holds my hand in Hers.

I smile, this little girl cannot die. I won't let her die. Never. Hopefully we won't have to fight the fifth wave, maybe there won't even be a fifth wave.

After lunch, I'm walking back to the bunks, alone. Ben still hadn't got back and Teacup was walking with Nugget.

"Blue!" Someone calls.

I turn around seeing Ben standing yards away from me, "We're fighting the fifth wave"
