Semblance: He has dark matter, and he can use the dark matter to do crazy things like enhanced strength, speed, can stretch his limbs, make dark waves out of his hands, shadow clones of himself that fight, etc, etc. But he does have a limit on how much of that stuff he can do.

Weapon: A sniper rifle that is also a sword, somewhat similar to Paige's weapon, but the rifle is not constant, it also has special ammo, not like Ruby's, but it contains stuff like ricochet ammo.

Fighting style: He doesn't have traditional martial art training like Cy, but he does seem to have a modified form of sword combat, like Kenjitsu combined with kali, and he also has modified hand to hand skills, like kickboxing combined with pro wrestling. It is known what other types of martial arts he has combined.

Backstory: When Kyle was young, he was a mean boy, he got in trouble with teachers, he was abusive to Cy and Paige, and among other things. When he turned five, his parents did one thing they could, they left him. A week later, he met a young Cinder and he joined her, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.
