~Chapter 18~

Panic welled in your veins like geysers. You strung your fingers in your hair and groaned as your situations got about a million times more complicated.

"This literally means the one good reason I had for hosting Chara here is gone and I'm dealing with this shit because it could be guaranteed Genocide if either Chara is allowed control. This is just FUCKING FANTASTIC!" You yelled.

Frisk flinched away a bit but stayed close. "So you have your Frisk's Chara in your head?" He asked.

Sighing, you nodded. "Yeah, the fucker used the propulsion between AU's as an advantage and attached to my soul."

You knew he didn't understand so much about soul abilities her but you offered a weak smile. "It's fine Frisk, just another factor to work around."

"Are you okay?" Frisk asked.

You took a deep breath and sat up straight. "Yeah, I should've known. Your Chara wouldn't have images of Genocide to use against me. That should've been a tip off for me."

Frisk was quiet a moment before speaking again. "(Y/N), what's Genocide?"

You froze and turned slowly to face him. His innocent expression softened your steel heart and your tried to comfort him. "Something you won't have to deal with of I play my cards right."

"But what is it?" He asked again.

Waiting a moment, you answered with minimal word. "Terrifying." You said softly. "Genocide is terrifying and I won't let you suffer through it."

He seemed confused, but dropped it once you wrapped him in a hug. Frisk jumped up and stood opposite to you. "You stay here (Y/N). I'll get you some of mom's pie to cheer you up!"

Snickering, you merely nodded and he left. As soon as his booted footsteps faded, G!Sans reappeared next to you. He smirked at you, then sat. The sagging mattress caused you to lean against him but you didn't mind. You closed your eyes gently and thought until a strong scent pulled you from your thoughts.

You opened your normal (E/C) eye and looked at G!Sans. He had lit a cigarette and held it in between his teeth. Growling quietly, you moved your hand to his mouth and tugged it away. He sent you an annoyed look which you matched with your own. Before you could stomp it out, you looked at it and an old dam broke.

Sighing, you positioned the cigarette between two fingers and inhaled the smoke. G!Sans watched in fascination as you blew a ring of smoke within another.

"You've smoked?" He asked.

You nodded mutely. "You saw my past. Impossible to get away from it without a few packs. The reason I'm so against it is because I was an addict." You admitted.

G!Sans made the 'oh' face and turned to look at you. "I'm guessing it was your siblings that got you to stop?" He asked.

You chuckled. "That and human lungs don't go along well with tar."

He raised a brow. "Tar in cigarettes?"

You shrugged. "It's a human thing. Human cigarettes can kill. I already know monster cigarettes are made in a healthier way but just a little bit can get me hitched again."

Chuckling, he plucked the cigarette from your fingers and threw it to the ground, crushing it with his shoe. "Well, we wouldn't want that." He cooed.

You laughed. "Yeah, that would suck just a little."

As both of you laughed, Frisk reentered the room with a slice of pie and a fork. He walked over to you and presented the plate proudly.

"This one is fresh outta the oven! After what happened the pie ended up on the floor so..." You snickered.

"I'm surprised you didn't try to eat it." You teased. "You really do like Toriel's pies."

He giggled. "To be honest, I did consider it for just a second."

G!Sans scoffed. "You humans are disgusting sometimes."

You elbowed him with a laugh. "If you think that's disgusting, wait till I show you a book on human anatomy."

Frisk shook his head wildly. "Sans, don't trust the book. That stuff is disgusting."

"Frisk it's reproduction and digestive systems you think are weird! Only those two!" You countered.

"That's because digestive is what happens AFTER we eat the food. I don't wanna know that! And reproductive... Do I even have to say?"

You raised a brow. "I swear you have the maturity of a three year old."

He stuck out his tongue and wiggled his fingers in front of his nose. Had you not had pie, you would have pounced on him. Instead you raised a bite of pie to your mouth and bit it aggressively. Frisk smiled and darted from the room.

"Ha ha! You can't get me!" He chanted.

"Watch it Frisk! Once I'm well enough I'm coming after you!" You yelled back.

G!Sans chuckled next to you. "You're like his second mom." He teased.

You shook your head. "I'm like his big sister. There's a difference."

He rolled his eyes. As you looked at him, his face slowly closed the gap between the two of you. Before your 'lips' clashed, he spoke against your mouth.

"I don't care if your a mom, a sister, or even a grandma. As long as you're mine, I think I'll survive."

He pressed his teeth to your lips and you erupted into red. His yellow tongue slid along your lips, collecting remains of your dessert.

"Wow, she really can bake a pie." He whispered in a deep voice.

You shook down to your core, bracing yourself against him. You giggled in an oddly-girly way. He kissed you harder, pressing against you. Yours lips parted slightly and he took the opportunity to slip his tongue into your mouth. You tried to fight for dominance but failed as his tongue overtook yours.

You moaned into the kiss, leaning back on your hands as he leaned into you. His arms curled around you so his hands knit together behind the small of your back. Your arms laced around his neck lazily as you deepened it yourself.

G!Sans skeletal thumbs slipped under your top, drawing ghost circles. It sent deep chill down your spine as your skin came into contact with their cool surface.

You gripped G!Sans closer to you, making him chuckle against your lips.
"You excited dove?" He teased.

You broke the kiss and gave him a pouty look. He chuckled again and moved closer to you. But instead of connecting his mouth with yours once again, he lowered it to you next.

You squeaked a bit as his teeth nibbled the skin around your neck. He smiled against your neck making you shudder.  He bit different location repeatedly until he found that sweet spot. He abused it gently, nipping it at first, then swirling his tongue around it.

You released a moan. You now straddled his legs, holding on to him loosely. He locked you in a kiss once again. G!Sans rocked you back so your back touched the mattress and be hovered over you. Your face reddened at his predatory look.

"Um... (Y/N)...."

No, it wasn't the deep, husky voice that spoke those words. Instead they belonged to a rather baffled Toriel who was trying to avoid eye contact. Behind her Alphys was trying to get a picture desperately.

You squealed and hid your face behind G!Sans. He laughed, despite his yellow cheekbones matching yours. As you got your nerves back, you realized just how serious you were getting. You blushed even more.

In a children's bedroom?! After everything that happened?! You groaned into a pillow. Toriel laughed nervously.

"Um, should I come back later?" She asked.

"No." You answered immediately in time with Sans' "Yes."

You looked to one another and tried again. However it only resulted in the same result with answers swapped.

Alphys squealed over your awkwardness and evaluated her pictures.

"You two are so KAWAII! I need to send these to the Shipper's Club!"

You sat up and sent Alphys a death glare. "Alphys don't you dare! I know where you sleep at night! I will find you!"

She cackled evilly and ran away with the photos, leaving Toriel looking at us uncomfortably.

"Um, Sans, I wish to speak with (Y/N)... Alone...."

He glanced at you and you nodded. Smiling back, he looked to Toriel.

"Okay, I'll be outta your fur." He joked.

With a quick peck on the cheek, he stood and left. Toriel replaced him on the mattress and looked at you sheepishly.

"Hello (Y/N). Frisk and the others explained as much as they could to me about you but I felt I should ask you the questions I still have left."

You nodded. "Yeah sure! Go ahead and ask away." You chirped.

She smiled gratefully. "Thank you (Y/N). My first question is, who are you exactly in your universe? They told me you worked with Dr. Alphys but that's as much as I know."

You smiled. "I'm close friends with the entire crew back home. That's includes Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Alphys, Frisk, you, Mettaton, and Asgore. We're all kinda one big family. I'm working with Dr. Alphys specifically to create a stable substitute for a human soul. Abilities my soul have makes me a great help to the cause."

"Abilities?" Toriel asked.

You nodded. "When in a certain range of a monster, my soul produces a surplus of HP as a defense mechanism. I can then direct the HP to stabilize a soul prototype as I experiment."

She nodded in understanding. "That makes sense. My other question is a bit more personal however. Do I still have person to ask you?"

You smiled. "Shoot." You encouraged.

She took a breath and looked you directly in the eye. "I'd like to know your connection to Chara." She said quietly.

You flinch slightly upon hearing the name. "Well Toriel, our situation is odd." You started. "First of all, this is my Chara. She attached to my soul when the accident that blew me here occurred."

She made the 'oh' face. "So is Chara a part of you?" She asked.

You shook your head. "She can't control me, she just kinda tries to snap my insanity."

Toriel's expression fell into disappointment. You scrambled to fix it. "Don't worry about it Toriel! I'm a strong kid. I can handle it, and Frisk even more."

Toriel smiled. "Yes, I should be more positive about this. Maybe we can retrieve my children if you succeed in all your goals." She mused.

You snickered quietly. "Maybe."
