"Carl... I love you too.. I always have." he smiled at hearing your response but then he saw you begin to cry and panicked. "wait why are you crying- are you lying-" you disapproved with a slight shake of your head "that's not the case, I just don't know why if you liked me back then... why you didn't tell me what was wrong or tell me what I did for us to not be like how we were and to make you not want you to hang out with me anymore after school..." Carl looked at you and sighed "my parents. They disliked the fact of me being friends with a girl and to top it off having a girl over." you looked up at him "but we were still so young.. we were innocent and wouldn't do things like that.." He looked at you and laughed slightly "I knew what the baby maker was back then." (yes I just called it the baby maker shhh keep it PG for the little ones) you looked stunned at him "oh.." he smirked "my adoptive dad didn't know that though" you tilted your head at him "what about your adoptive mom?" he looked at you in silence then at the sky for a moment. "that's how I found out." you confusingly looked at him "you saw them using the baby maker machine?" he shook his head slightly as a no "did she.. do something to you...?" he nodded slightly as a yes as he kept looking at the sky. "but... why would she do something like that..." he looked back at you "because there are messed up people in this world... and honestly your one of the first people I've met that doesn't seem to be like that" you sighed "Carl.. is she doing those things to you..." he nodded and looked away at you once again. "why haven't you stopped her..." he looked once again back at you "that's the only family I have anymore, my father would hate me if he found out and she said that she would tell him..." You hugged Carl "what about I be your family instead then? My family can also be your family!" you hugged him as tight as you could to make him feel better. he smiled and agreed to this but then began to think "WAIT! but I wanna be your boyfriend, not your sibling..." you laughed "you can be my boyfriend and share my family.."
