After a long and a bit boring introduction from my new friend,Hovernyan,it was time for me to go to Springdale Elementary.

"Time for another lonely day" I sighed,knowing today would be just like the others

"Don't worry,I got your back!" Hovernyan rest a reassuring paw on my shoulder

I smiled. " I know,but won't a floating cat spook a few students? "

"Only you and other watch holders can see me?" He handed me my backpack and waited by the door

" There are others with the the yo Kai watch? " I asked,adjusting the straps on my bag

"Yes,but I'll tell you of them another time. Let us go to school now" he was excited to visit Bloom school

At school:

"Br....,it's freezing in here" a girl said huddle with her friends to keep warm

"Don't they have heaters?!" A boy of yelled, breathing in his hands trying to keep them warm

The class was as cold as ice, the desks were frozen,there were icicles on the ceiling, and snow flurries on the floor. The teachers were trying to get the heaters on full blast but, they were frozen over.

"W-why i-is th-this happening?" I shivered, turning to Hovernyan for answers

"It may be the work of a yo kai" he answered,the cold not affecting him at all

"How are you not cold?!" She yelled at him, shivering more violently,wanting to be near a nice warm fire right now

"Oh,I have fur. Cold doesn't bother me at all!" He smiled, which only made me more angry

"Well, I don't have any fur, so I'm freezing!" I screamed into his ear. " Wait a yo Kai is doing this? "

"Yes. Shine your necklace by the heaters,she's over there" he pointed to the classroom heater

I lifted up my necklace by the heaters,then pushed the button on the side. On cue,a light shine on the heater. There it revealed a small girl wearing a cloak.

"Whose is that,Hovernyan?" I asked my feline partner

" That's Frostina. She's a yo Kai who brings snow and ice where she gpes. She's a very timid to kai, so let's be friendly and talk to her" He pushed me closer to Frostina

"But I'll faint!" Bloom cried, feeling forced into talking to this Frostina

"You will be fine. I'll be here with you. Besides,Frostina is an old friend of mine. I'm sure,you two will get along fine" he reassured,as the two walked closer to Frostina

"Ok. Hey Frostina! Can we talk?" I called out, already feeling light headed

"Huh?" Frostina turned to meet the face of the voice who called her

" H-hi" I greeted,keeping a distance,fearing that I would faint at any moment

"Help Hovernyan" Frostina saw her old friend first

"Hello Frostina. It's good to see you again" Hovernyan seemed happy to her again

"Same here. Who is this by you?" Frostina asked, looking Bloom

"I'm Bloom Yumi,Hovernyan new partner" I introduced myself, my voice more sounding more nervous

"I'm Frostina,nice to meet you,Bloom" she smiled,a bit nervous herself

"If you don't mind me asking,why are you freezing my classroom?" I held Hovernyan, his fur keeping the bittercold at bay.

"I was lonely and I wanted a friend,but got scared" she looked down

"I'll be your friend" I offered her hand to Frostina ,the nervousness completely erased from my face

"Really?!" Frostina's eyes sparkled, her smile widen

"Yes" I smiled back

Frostina's body glowed,her medal went to my hands

"You got her medal,now two are friends" Hovernyan meet my gaze, he patted my shoulder

"Yay....." The moment was cut short because I fainted from all the excitement

A new friend is added as more of her journey continues
