Hovernyan,the loyal cat of the brave tribe wasn't in the highest of spirits. It has been extremely dull since his friend,Nathaniel passed away. Though he became the yo kai,Moximous N,he rarely left Lucy side. Hovernyan missed the days they would patrol the roads of Old Springdale,helping people in need,and especially spending time with his best friend,Nathaniel.

"Maybe it is time for a new start" he told himself,getting his spirits back up.

Not all had been bad for him. He met Sailornyan,a light pink catnyan,who loves the ocean,and was an adventurous soul to his very own heart. A month earlier,they got married,it was a small yet blissful wedding. Though he loves his wife dearly,he missed adventuring more as days passed. He though about being Nate's partner,since Nate was Nathaniel's grandson but Nate had Whisper and Jibanyan already.

He considered Hailey Ann but feared that he may fall prey to USApyon's laser blaster. Maybe he could become a partner and give a watch to a new child. That would require a meeting with Lord Enma himself, as well as the yo Kai council's approval.

"This will be difficult,but I will make it happen!" He encouraged himself, flying to the yo Kai world with lightning speed.

After a long,tiring travel, Hovernyan had arrived in the yo Kai world. He swiftly went to Enma palace,so he may proceed with his plan. He knocked on the door,as expected Zazel answered.

"Lord Enma is in the mis  of important matters at the moment,please wait in the lobby for him to meet you" he lead Hovernyan to a grand lobby room.

Hovernyan say in a small velvet resting chair,like sleeping on a cloud,the chair was so comfy that Hovernyan had fought not to close his eyes. After what seemed like forever,Zazel came to get Hovernyan.

"Please forgive the long wait,Lord Enma is awaiting for you to meet with him. Follow me to the throne room" he gesture for Hovernyan to follow him.

Hovernyan followed as told,slightly nervous as they passed several chambers and corridors. Will Enma accept his request? Refuse it? Several questions flow through his mind,he pondered if he should ask Lord Enma about this request. The ruler of all yo kai,most powerful of all yo kai in existence. Would he truly allow him to make another human become a watch holder?

"We have arrived,please be courtesy of his highness,the meeting he attended to was not as planned. Please proceed" he spoke calmly, using his staff to open the large  bolted gate doors.

"Thank you, I will not be long, I swear. I hope that he will hear my request" Hovernyan slowly floated into the throne room,the doors slowly slammed behind him.

"Hovernyan,welcome to my palace. It is a pleasure for us to meet again. How are you,my friend?" Lord Enma welcomed Hovernyan with a innocent, welcoming smile .

Hovernyan bowed to his king,showing his devoted loyalty. " I am well,my king,it has been a period of time since I've been here. Though this meeting is not a social one,I have a request. Please hear me out"

"Speak my loyal subject,for I am all ears to your request. Hovernyan, you have aided in protecting the yo kai,as well as the human world from multiple dangers time after time again. So no matter the request, I will grant it" he gestured for Hovernyan to get  up , not to be treated as royalty but as a friend .

Hovernyan got up and hover to meet Lord Enma eye level. "May I partner with a human,and make them a watch holder?"

" Another watch holder? No offense but that sounds quite troubling. The three that already have one,they are quite how do you say "weird" . Adding a fourth one may make problems for us yokai. But I trust you, so I will grant your request. To be  in the safe side,I will give the child a necklace that functions as the watch would,it will also monitor the child's actions"Lord Enma told Hovernyan

Hovernyan's ears perked up,his smile widen. Finally he would be able to adventure again,helping others in need,and most of all, being around a youthful spirit like Nathaniel was.

"So have you anyone in particular?" The king asked, quite curious as well

Hovernyan's eyes widen in realization,who was going to be chosen as his partner?

"There is one,she is going but holds within her a heart of gold,a pure soul" the long smiled

"Who is she?" Hovernyan asked ,wanting to learn more about this girl

"Bloom Yumi"
