Shigiraki gets in an attack stance, and Touya throws himself in front of me and dark growl erupting from his chest

I've never heard him do that before...

"What the hell, Dabi!? Why is there a hero in your house?!" He growled

"You know I'm turning over a new leaf, Tomura. I ran into Katsuki the other day, and I apologized for what I did. We've become..." He hesitates, glancing at me

"Friends...I guess." I mumble, not letting my stance down ready for a fight

Shigiraki looks between Touyas' protective stance over me and then to my ready fight and groans and relaxes, running a hand over the face

"The hell, Dabi... you can relax. I'm not going to attack him...fucking hell." He says, seeming annoyed

Dabi relaxed his stance but didn't leave my side, and I repressed a purr and kept my eyes on Shigiraki

"What the fuck are you doing here anyway? No offense, but you were a bit pissed I left. The only thing you've done was send me fucking memes once and awhile." Touya states and and Shigiraki snorts and flops on the couch

"Well we all kind of disbanded. The only Toga, Compress, and Twice are doing their own thing. Spinner and I have been gaming. Honestly Spinner sent me over here to see if you wanted to join." He says and I raise an eyebrow

"Well I'm a bit busy but I'll reigncheck that.  So what are you guys going to do now? All For One is in Tartarus and the league is disbanded." He says and Shigiraki glances at me

"Honestly Spinner and I might try to do the whole turn over a new leaf thing...I've never got to make my own choices because of Master. So I don't know I might try it out." He says and I see Touya look surprised but slightly happy

"As long you leave me the hell alone I don't give a fuck." I state and he snorts

"Sorry for kidnapping you and shit." He says and I snort this time

"Don't do it again and leave my classs alone and we'll be fine asshole." I mutter and I smirks amused and Touya turned to me

"I thought that was my nickname?"

"You didn't like it remember?"

"Well yeah but still."

"Do I need to bring out the fucking messages?"

"Listen here-"

"Will you both shut the fuck up." Shigiraki snaps and Touya huffs and snicker and yawn feeling exhausted

"Are you okay?" Touya asks worried and I roll my eyes

"I'm fucking fine just exhausted from...what happened." I mutter and he nods and there's a knock and he gets up to answer putting his mask on

"You got commanded?" Shigiraki asks and I look at him surprised and annoyed

"How the hell-"

"You look how I always looked." He states and I go quiet

"You were commanded? By who?" I ask, I didn't even know he was an Omega and he goes quiet

"Doesn't matter. It fucking sucks though." He says and I nod a bit

"Stupid Chef. Got pissy because I snapped at him for screaming at this overworked waitress. She got tripped and spilled coffee and food on herself, and he came out screaming at her. So I basically told him to go suck a dick and he commanded me and I...shut down anyways...Touya found me and brought me here." I say and he looked lost at the lost part

"Touya?" He asks and I froze for a second

"Uh.." I started but Touya comes in with the pizza now

"My real name. You might as well know now." He says, and I relax a bit

"Ah, I knew Dabi was a fake name." He says cockily and I see Touya roll his eyes

"I wasn't going to tell you my name." He starts, and Shigiraki raises an eyebrow

"Why? Touya isn't a big name. I wasn't going to think twice about it." He says, grabbing a slice, and I take a drink of my Pepsi. And I feel Touya glance at me and sigh

"My last is what worried me. I'm....a Todoroki." He says, and I choke on my drink and start coughing

"What the hell?" Shigiraki says as Touya pats my back and I stand up

"What? How?" I question, and he rubs his temples, seeming already tired from this

"I'm the eldest son of Endeavor. He thinks I'm dead." He states, and I remember the things he told me on top of I overheard Icyhot tell Deku.

"Your scars...did...Endeavor do that?" I ask, anger slowly boiling

"Might as well have. He pushed me so hard in training, but once Shouto was born. His perfect creation. He dropped me. I went and pushed my fire to impress him and turned my body into want you see today. My fire slowly destroys me." He explains, and I wince remembering before I gained control, my quirk would burn me.

"Fuck." I say sympathetically and he shrugs and Shigiraki seemed to be lost in thought clenching his fists angrily

"I can-" He starts and Touya stops him

"Stop Tomura. I already accepted everything. I don't forgive him, but... if I want to reconnect with my siblings Endeavor... needs to live." He says part him, seeming reluctant

I growl a bit silently, and he turned surprised

"Aren't you supposed to be a hero?" He asks amused, and I roll my eyes

"I hate Endeavor. I don't think he needs to die, but he really should tucking take credit for the hell he put you and your siblings through." I snap, and he snorts

"To be honest, I don't really care. I just want to be done with it all." He mumbles eating pizza, and I sigh, standing up

"Enough fucking trauma dumping." I snap heading to the kitchen and I open the fridge looking for something to drink

"Whatcha looking for." I hear next to me and I look up to Touyas sapphire eyes

"Do you really only have soda in your fridge. And...beer aren't you too young for that shit?" I ask, and he shrugs

"I wasn't a rule abiding citizen. What do I expect?" He asks, and I roll my eyes

"I have apple juice in my mini fridge if that appeases your childish taste buds." He teases, and I growl playfully, causing him to chuckle

"Glad to see you pissy again. Didn't like seeing you on the dumps." He says genuinely, and I suppress a purr and glance away

"Where's the juice?" I ask, changing the subject, and he smirks at me and walks to the minifridge next to the couch and passes me a bottle of apple juice

For the next hour, we all talked a bit, and honestly, it was nice not to have someone screeching in your ear or being loud and hyper.

Shigiraki honestly wasn't all that bad. I still felt uneasy. But he didn't do anything to cross a boundary, so I honestly didn't mind his presence. Around 9, I started getting tired, and Touya seemed to notice, so he said he'll probably be heading to bed soon, so Shigiraki eventually left.

"You can have my bed. I'll sleep on the couch." Touya said, and I rolled my eyes

"I'm not taking your fucking bed." I say flopping on the couch

"Your the guest Katsuki." He says bot budging and I scoff

"It's your god damn bed I'm not taking it." I snap and he seems to be getting annoyed

"I'm not going sleep in it just to be stubborn, i will lay on this hardwood floor just to spite you, so you might as well use it." He growls and I snarl at his growls

"Let's just fucking share!" I shout and his eyes widen.

"Uh...is that a good idea? You're an unmated Omega, and I'm unmated Alpha." He says, and I roll my eyes

"We aren't going to fuck. I'd tear you to shreds if you even fucking touched me like that." I snapped and he huffs annoyed

"Katsuki not what I meant, have you even had your first heat yet?" He asks and I was taken by surprised and flushed embarrassed

"Uh...no, why the fuck is that your business?" I ask and defensively and he sighs

"I'm not trying to be creepy Spitfire. But, you not having an idea about your heats or pre-heats is a little dangerous. And if their anything like Alphas ruts, the first one can happen out of nowhere. Once you have the first one, you start to get signs and be prepared. I'm sorry if I'm apprehensive but...if your went into heat there's a chance I'd lose control and it wouldn't be my fault because it's instinct and naturally you'd let me. I'd fight it but it be hard." He says seeming awkward and slightly worried

(Slight mention of sexual assault but nothing detailed)

Heats and ruts are things Omegas and Alphas go through. Betas don't have to deal with them.

It's when we are most fertile. We fall slave to our second gender and crave one thing. Sex.

Not only that we want to mate. Alphas typically get this urge the strongest and when the scent of an Omega in heat hits their nose they immediately want to jump their bones.

If the Alpha was mated it would be different. The scent would repulse them. But if unmated it's different. That Omega is desirable.

That's what Touya is worried about. Their have been many cases of Omegas typically homeless ones going into heat on the streets and an innocent Alpha walking by and immediately their second gender takes over and they force themselves onto them and the Omega doesn't fight it because their body wants it. But this leads to many situations to unwanted pregnancies and a lot of he said she said or vice versa.

But in the end you can't blame the Alphas. Many omegas have tried to call rape on situations. Which pisses me off because they cannot control it.

Thankfully there is way to prove if it was seond gender thanks to blood testing so many charged Alphas are let go because of this. And Alphas who actually did rape an Omega are put away.

The more I think about this the more I see Touyas point of view.

But at the same time. I'm stubborn.

"Look. I'm done arguing about this, I get your point but it's one fucking night and I'm fucking tired. So it's either we're both on the floor or the bed because I'm not taking your fucking bed." I say finally and he sighs and glances up

"Fine, but if you feel weird at all and feel like you might be heading into that. You will fucking tell me and will lock myself out of this house and stay with Shigiraki. I wouldn't send you home or have you leave strictly for your safety. I also will not hurt you. I will book it." He says, and I part of me was annoyed, but I'll admit. I was a bit warmed by the idea he cared

"It will be fine. Can we please just sleep or I'll walk home at night." I threatened and he shuts up and heads to the room

He goes in his dresser and tosses me sweats and a shirt

"The bathroom is over there. You can take a shower if you want." He says and I nod a bit in thanks

I honestly do take a quick shower. It felt nice, and I put on his clothes and despite me being more muscular. His height plays a big roll and his black sweats and black shirt are slightly baggy on me

I walk out and he is laying in bed in a white tee and gray sweatpants

He glances up from his phone and eyes me slightly smirking

"Looking good Spitfire." He teases and I scoff and lay down on the otherside

"Shut the hell up." I snap blushing slightly and he chuckles amused

"I'm joking...slightly. Anyways, goodnight Katsuki." He says turning the lamp off and I get under the blankets

"Goodnight...Touya." I say quietly and close my eyes

It takes a bit before Touya passes out snoring slightly. But before I drift off I feel Touyas arm wrap around my waist pulling me into his chest

I almost push him away but his scent hits my nose and soon enough...

I find myself relaxing and falling asleep in his arms...
