Violetta was wearing a old dress from the 1950s and Jasmine was wearing a suit dress for woman. Hailey was going on a inspection of a stress call saying that his daughter keeps on feeling of being watched. Hailey is a medium and a paranormal investigator, so she can't fear the natural world of the astral.

Diana's mother was sitting behind Diana during the trial. Diana looked at her. The look she gotten was "I don't love you the same." "All rise." Says the judge. Everyone in the courtroom stands up. "Jury, will you be honest or your decision in this court of justice of the crimes?" Judge asks. "Yes." One of the jury replies. "Attorney, will you be honest of the defendant in this case?" Judge asks Sara's parents attorney?" "Yes." The attorney nodded. "You may be seated." Judge command. Everyone in the courtroom seated. Diana's mother doesn't have a attorney to defend any crimes on the case.

"To begin, would Ms. Scott, explained what happened?" Judge says. Violetta rises up. She didn't expect to be called upon. "Miss, how old are you?" Judge asks. "Ten." Violetta replies. "Where you the witness of this case and if you were, would you answer honestly?" Judge asks again. "Yes." Said Violetta. "Explain what happened one month ago." Judge commands. "Month ago, Diana Roser was talking to Sara Sas about making a unauthorized ghost investigation in the abandoned part of Illinois and it was where the knife fight happened. Christina and I refuse; however Sara threatened us to go otherwise she'll stab us. We've did. Sara cussed and break a mirror which ticked a spirit off. She got pushed down while Diana laughed. Christina was dragged off the bed. We've head into the basement where all drama broke lose. I fall down the stairs due to fact I saw a shadow of a woman at the end of the stairwell. Sara cussed and she fall down. A knife flew over her head. Christina come down and saved me; but Sara Sas kept on getting pulled by the spirit. Then, she got her throat slitted. Kaitlyn followed me home one night. I was possessed by her. Christina was killed. The one who saved me was Jasmine Jackson, Hailey Octan, and Laurie Conlie." Violetta says.

"Do you believe that Diana should be responsible for Sara's Sas death and your possession?" Judge asks Violetta. "She's the one who decide to do this action and it's her responsibility for doing that action." Violetta replies. "Shall the attorney add more information to the scene?" Judge asks Sara's parents attorney. "I may in your honor," says the attorney. "Will you be honest for explaining in your decision just like Ms. Scott did?" Judge asks. "Yes." Attorney replies. "Ms. Scott is honest. Sara was also partially responsible for Violetta's spirit possession and Sara's death. Sara threatened Violetta and Christina to go along with Diana Roser. Sara actions of talking to such a malevolent entity is also results of her graphic death."

"Agreed. Diana threatened them and this is her action to tell Sara to stop. She didn't and kept on cussing to the spirit." Judge replies. "I am going to let the jury decide the justice of this young girl, Diana Roser." The jury began whispering to their ears saying what Diana's punishment will be. "Get on already." Diana mumbles.

"We've made the decision for Diana Roser." Says one the people in the jury. The male walks up to the judge and whispers in his ear. "Okay Diana Roser, please rise for your justice shall served." Judge commands. Diana stands up with her head down. "I here by Diana Roser is declared guilty however after ten days in jail and twelve hours of community service. As she longs to learn this lesson, thus will be off her record." Judge declares. "Case dismiss." Violetta stands up along with her new mother, Jasmine and her brothers, Ben and Kenji. "Hang on, Jasmine, I want to see Diana Roser for one last time." Violetta says. "Do if you must." Jasmine replies. Violetta walks up to Diana. "Di, you got off easy. It won't be long until you'll be back at school. I am your friend, but not the same. We can make our relationship up." Violetta says to Diana. "Yeah." Diana replies. "I'll see you when you serve your justice. At least you learned your mistake." Violetta smiles and catches up to Jasmine walking out of the courtroom.
