Free

In the midst of her crying, she heard a sweet sound and looked up. Glows of light began to place themselves into the ruins of the palace and into her heart. Then she knew.

Janet: Truth shall set all souls free..

She said to herself and then stood up.

Janet: People of Neverland! A hardened heart shall cause hate and dark magic! Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that! Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that! We must not think any less of one another because we are one! One Kingdom! One nation! One People! Arise and be free! Set free your truths..!

She paused and looked at the ground where Haikiem had fell.

Janet: And you shall be too..

She smiled and turned to walk away, but then saw something. One by one, bodies began to come out of the mouth of the earth. Alive, were the people and joy appeared into her eyes. A man in white floated out of the pit and landed softly onto his feet. His smile was breathtaking and his skin was just as brown as the ground he stood on.

Janet: Haikiem!

She hugged him as the ground began to close it's mouth.

Janet: I Love You.

He pulled away from her and got down on his knee.

Haikiem: I Love You more than words can say. Princess.. My Princess, will you marry me and rule along side of me?

Janet: It would be the highest title of honor to be your wife.

He stood and hugged her. When they pulled away from each other, they saw that Neverland was restored. They went inside the palace and Prince Michael's body was discovered in the same place that it had been murdered. It was a great loss for the Kingdom, but Princess Janet knew what she wanted to do with his body..

The music played and she walked down the aisle to her Prince. Prince LaJune and Alice took their their places and had a double wedding. Dressed in white and gold, he stood there with a smile. They exchanged rings and shared a kiss at the end of the ceremony, then walked over to the garden. Red roses surrounded his resting place. She rested her head on his shoulder and half smiled at the grave.

Janet: Dearest brother, may your soul rest peacefully with the protection of many angels.

She placed a rose over his grave.

Haikiem: Are you alright, my Queen?

Janet: Yes. Peace is here and my brother is where he belongs.

Haikiem: Come now, we are having the feast now.

Janet: One moment.

He nodded and left. She bent down and placed her hands on his grave before reciting what she had engraved on his stone.

I am the thinker, the thinking, she thought.

I am the seeker, the seeking, she sought.

I am the dewdrops, the sunshine, the storm.

I am the phenomenon, the fleet, the form.

I am the desert, the ocean, the sky.

I am the primeval self

The You & I

She chanted and soon, she began to feet the wind beneath her feet make her stand up. The wind twirled and hues of blue appeared. She saw a hand reach out for her in the whirl of wind and she took it. Immediately, she was pulled into the whirl and her world lit up. His smile was still as warm as his skin once was and his hair was just as lively as she remembered.

Janet: Michael! Oh Michael..

She hugged him and he touched her face.

Michael: I am always here for you. I never left.

Janet: How did you-? What?

He smiled at her and walked with her inside the palace.

Michael: Mother Hindi use the rest of her powers to revive my soul so that I may watch over you. I am now as she was. And not only that, but King.

He winked at her as they walked inside the palace with his arm wrapped around her. Her heart was now whole knowing that he was not dead. Even if the sun never shined again, she knew that everything was going to be alright.
