"Amberfur!" Squirrelstripe called to his mate. She turned to him, "What?" "Where are you going?" He asked. "Hunting." She smiled. "Ok..." He sighed. The she padded into the forest in search of prey. She looked around but she scented nothing except... more Finchclan cats? No other cats should be out here. She felt claw across her side and yelped, straning her eyes to see her attacker. She felt them attack her face this time. She couldn't smell who it was with the scent of her own blood. Claw scrapped against her neck causing her to tell out in pain. Her paws became weak and she collapsed. The she looked up and the shadow of her attacker. "Goodbye Amberfur~" They sneered as Amberfur closed her eyes for good.

"AMBERFUR!" Frozenpaw screeched as she came upon the dead queen's corpse. Her paws became weak and gave way. "No... please no" She whimpered. "Frozenpaw?! What is i-" Spottedpaw padded to the other apprentice and saw the scene before him, "How could this..." He stopped and looked at Frozenpaw. "Let's get her back to camp..." He sighed and started to drag the She's body to the Finchclan camp.

"NO!" Squirrelstripe cried as he saw the corpse of his mate, "Please no..." He laid beside his mate and cried into her fur. Wishkit padded out of the nursery due to commotion outside. Her eyes widened in terror as she saw Amberfur. She didn't move only stared. Spottedpaw comforted Frozenpaw. Timberfoot and Cinderecho sat close to Amberfur silently mourning. Though Cinderecho had only been there for awhile, she had grown to enjoy the queen's presence. Frosteye sat by the she-cats side and licked her fur once last time as a farewell. Ravenstar sat by the she as well and said her goodbyes. She leaped onto Featherrock and looked down at her clan. "This is.. a tragedy," She sighed, "But this was not done by a fox or one of another clan. The scents on Amberfur are no lie, she was killed by a Finchclan cat!" The gathered cats gasped. "But.. that would mean.." Frosteye started. "Yes, we have a traitor within our camp." Ravenstar confirmed, "Do we have any accusations?"
